Traveling from California and went here shopping with my boyfriend for my birthday on 7/1/24. The Asian Lady down stairs was nice helped me with my bracelet I went upstairs and another white lady who I believe is the manager because she gave an employee approval for an item discount with a customer. Anyways the manager helped me with my sandals, she took out a size 7 and 8 for me to try on, we end up buying it and she said she will packaged it for us and bring it downstairs. I got home and opened it and it was the display model "dirty sandals" you can tell by looking at the bottom!! So happy to have found a store near by the place I'm staying at . I was impressed with the greetings and professionalism of all the sales associates when I walked in this store. I asked to see the shoes and was directed to the upper level by YUNGMI !she was so sweet and helpful but not too aggressive at all . I don't visit this location often but when I do I'm there for something specific or picking up an order I've put down in advanced. Since parking is pay-to-stay, I always try to make sure I'll be able to get a validation from one of the businesses I'm visiting in the shopping center. Otherwise you'll end up paying a pretty penny to just browse around. Validation is only given if you have an appointment with a sales associate or if you purchase something. That's the one thing I really don't care for about this location. Because online and in store differ in inventory, I'm not able to browse the website and be assured it'll be in stock here. And with the parking inconvenience I'm not able to just come in store to check if it's there. So I'd say call in advance and ask if an item you're hunting is in stock. I've also asked sales associates to check stock from other stores even off Island. First floor of the store is where majority of the handbags, wallets, accessories and shoes are. Second floor is where you'll find clothing, dressing room and belts. Although there are two floors and the store looks large, it still seems pretty small and awkward to me. Because of the area, there's lots of tourist and some from foreign countries have little to no manners. I really only continue to shop at this location because I've connected with one of the employees and she always keeps me up to date on the promotions. She's also gone above and beyond for me on many different occasions. I appreciate her and will continue to give her my business as long as she is with the company. If I could give a negative star I would. I called the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center location for a sale item. Someone named Chikako answered the phone and checked to ensure the item I was looking for was in stock. There was one left. I rushed down to the store. I was there within half an hour. When I was in the parking garage she called me and asked if I was in the store. I said no I'm in the parking garage. Within 7 minutes I was in the store and she said she sold the shoes to someone else. I was flabbergasted, dismayed, just upset. I have never had such poor customer service. She obviously had my phone number and couldn't even tell me she sold the shoes before I made the trip to the store, or better yet, be an upstanding person and keep the shoes for me when she found out I was in the parking garage. Other than a few choice words I was thinking of using at that moment, there are no words to describe how disappointed in Tory Burch, it's employees and the integrity of the brand. I was a loyal Tory customer with countless Tory brand items including handbags, shoes, clothes and accessories. Will I shop at Tory again? Maybe. Will I shop at that RHSC location? Never again. When the sales associate mentioned there is a discount available for the 2nd purchase. Alana was unwilling to help us, she claimed it was online only discount and they cannot apply the discount because we didn't provide email. How come a sales person constantly find excuses and blame the customer for not getting the best deal? And she also assumes it is the customers responsibility to provide emails for further promotion. this attitude pisses us off. Why would a customer buy anything from a sales that doesn't work for the customer's best interest? Today was the last day of their fall sale event & my mom and I could not have had a better experience. We're from SD & we couldn't help but notice how sweet every employee was here. I wish we got the names of the girls who helped us but both of them were so kind & friendly. The first girl had beautiful blonde hair with amazing lashes & the other was such a cheerful & elegant Korean woman whose lived in Hawaii for 30 years! The manager was also nice enough to honor a deal that was mistakenly told to us from a different location. She did not have to do that but it really meant a lot. I've come here quite a few times. Bought tons of sandals and purses. Those times I had great service. Yesterday, I came in dressing eh. So they assume I'm just there to try out and waste their time since they won't get a sale from me. I came in before these big Japanese group came in. But the lady who was suppose to help me decided I wasn't worth her time so she decided to help them instead of me. Honestly, I had already know what I wanted but I wanted try it on before I purchase it. I wanted to make it quick! Try on, purchase and leave. No, she made me wait for more than 15-20 mins unacceptable!!! When I got up and about to leave. That's when she notice and came back asking "if everything was ok." No I am not ok! Making me wait because someone else is dress better, and think their worth your time more than me isn't ok. Just because someone isn't dress to your standards doesn't mean they don't got money. So I went into Tory Burch in Waikiki to purchase a gift. I dont even know who Tory Burch is. Or even if Tory is a guy or a girl! But anyway, it is basically a womans store. It is two floors. The top floor is very small in comparison to the bottom half. We entered through the top floor and walked the stairs down to the bottom. The staircase is very "dizzy" It has a lot going on. Sort of "psychedelic". Dont go down drunk or on drugs because like Eminem said, you can "lose yourself" in it. At the bottom, the hall way is very narrow. Its possible that you could run into someone if one of you doesnt move to the side. The bag my wife wanted to get was at this location because it was not at the Ala Moana location. So we didnt even really browse anything else. We got in, picked our item, I gave them my credit card and had to wait a while for them to run it. I didnt think that it would take as long as it did to run my card but it took at least 6 or 7 minutes. Maybe they wanted us to stay longer hoping that we would buy more stuff? I have no idea but I dont think it should take that long to run a card. Even running it old school with the credit card machine swiper is faster! Tory Burch, youre lucky you had what the Ala Moana store didnt otherwise I probably would not come back. For high end prices, I would expect quicker and a more comfortable experience. read more

My friends all love the Tory Burch brand. They have every single shoe and bag created. Tory really created a following. I was lucky to have been gifted classic shoes for Christmas and I too have fallen in love with the brand. It's pretty expensive so it's not like I can shop here every week or month or even 6 months. While the shoes are cute and comfy the Waikiki Store is pretty intimidating. The first time I went to the store was to buy a gift certificate for my boss but ended up leaving because no one would help me. They only stared at me. I thought maybe it was just a coincidence. I decided to go back recently because I was given a pair for my birthday but unfortunately it was too big. I went to the store just to exchange the size. There were at least 3 people working. This time the sales girl was nice enough to ask if I needed help. I shared that I was given this as a gift and wanted to just exchange it for a different size. They called for the shoe and then another sales girl helped me. She was helping two other people at the same time. A sale is more important than a return/ exchange ( I get it I worked in retail too). It was more her attitude. I think I'll try DFS' Tory Burch next time. I like the brand (shoes and accessories). I think the service could be worked on. Service the locals as well. read more

Avoid this Royal Hawaiian store if you can. Have a very bad experience there -- should not matter being a browing customer, buying customer or a returning an item customer. They have bad customers service from their managers so I would assume this would be the norm of their sales associates (kind of follow the leader norm). Go to Tory Burch Ala Moana store -- they have excellent customer service, they don't look down on you. They are respectful and treat you good. We were shopping with 2 small kids, and they were so nice to them, asked them if they wanted to play with angry birds on their iPad, which occupied them quietly while we shopped. It was bliss. They go out of their way to help you with anything you need; if you can't or if they don't have it at the store they will find it and ship it for free. I did that and the items arrived 2 days later! I bought a cute bag for almost 400 dollars expecting it to last long and be functional. I was in love with my bag and I had it maybe 2 days and the leather between the chain strap had snapped. I took it in and had it replaced they said they never seen that happen before. So I have my second bag thinking nothing like that would happen again and 2 months later at work I noticed it had snapped on this bag as well. WTF!! RIGHT!! I took it in again and the lady told me they sold out of that style in the US a refund is all they could do for me. I really loved my bag! If only it would have been sturdy..(I only took this bag to work and home) I would expect more durability and craftsmanship put into the bag since I shelled out nearly 400 dollars for it. I got my refund and got no apology or anything from the staff. Sadly I will not be shopping here again! I have a Volcom bag similar to the Tory I refunded and the leather between the chain strap has not even torn or broken it's going on 3 years I've had this bag and it only cost me 50 bucks. I love how there is a Tory Burch store right next to the Kate Spade store in Waikiki - my two favorite designers right beside each other! The layout of the Tory Burch store is nice and classy. There are two levels here which a lot of people don't realize, so don't forget to check out the upstairs floor. The salespeople are very friendly and helpful if you need them. Every time I have visited here it's been really busy, especially with tourists. I like that though because the sales people do not really focus on you and you can browse around at your own pleasure without feeling any pressure to buy items, or having someone follow you around asking if you want to try things on. The styles here are amazing and while it is expensive, the quality measures up to its price. I have purchased a handbag from Tory Burch and been very happy with it. This is my first time here at this location & by far, will be my go to Tory Burch store. My boyfriend & I decided to come here because the Ala Moana location closed at 9PM. I did not know they had two floors because we entered on the second floor & I thought to myself, where's the shoes? Lol. Even though their was one person on the second floor, she greeted customers. Anyways, so we walked downstairs & we found more bags & finally, found the shoes! I immediately went to look for what I wanted, which was the miller sandals, & as I turned around, the sales person, Destiny, & I both made eye contact. I didn't expect a sales person right away but she was on point! She knew exactly that I needed a size. I ended up asking to try two sizes but the first size, which was my true to size, actually fitted perfect! Some people had said that the miller sandals are not true to size, but actually it wasn't for me. Destiny had offered my boyfriend & I beer or soda (they ran out of water, but that's ok)You got that right, beer! I was shocked when she said that because that was the first time I heard someone offer beer in a store. It ended up being a cute tiny size corona bottle & a tiny size coke a cola can. Service here was seriously on point. They also had a 30% off summer sale going on, so check that out! Even though they can get busy here, they will always make sure every customer is being helped.
