However, we were only at our standard rate (~$91) for the next 3 months when it jumped another 50% (~$134)!!! The pricing on the website isn't even as high as we are now being charged! I was told that there is nothing they can do and that the space will be evaluated every 6-9 months. It sounded like a 50% increase is common practice! If you plan to store short term, you should be fine. Otherwise, beware! Further... the secondary security gate was broken for 2 months leaving the facility wide open!

The 2 people that run this facility are absolutely amazing. Sanda is such a peach. Very easy to work with and talk to. One of the things that really stuck out for me was when I was in her office, there was another customer that came to the gate and she was punching in her code wrong. Sanda was able to see who it was, called that customer by name through the intercom, and advised she should enter it again. Knowing each customer like that adds such a personal touch. It really warms my heart. During one of my trips I noticed Alex in the front watering the garden. He stopped and waved to me, it felt like home. I will continue to recommend this storage facility to my friends, family and fellow yelpers :D

I spoke with the staff at this location at 2 pm Saturday, 5 hours before they close. They scheduled my pickup for today, Sunday at 7am. Instead of having my truck at the front, I get here and the idiots give me keys to a truck all the way in the back, completely trapped and blocked by 13 trucks and no way out. have been here for almost two hours waiting for these jerks to "open". On top of that I have a funeral to go to and now my whole day is ruined.

They did an alright job, I personally wouldn't use again and I probably wouldn't recommend them…read more They damaged two items of ours, one a handmade wood cabinet that I got quoted to repair at $300 and a desk that we had to replace for $200. They sent us a check for $150. So, unless your move went well or goes well, it will cost you even more to fix and replace items if they are damaged or broken. They also charge by the hour. From our old house to our new house it's about a 45 minute drive. Took them well over 2 hours to get here which they charged us for and then added an additional hour for travel. There were three men on our job, 1 worked like a dog, 1 spent a lot of time on the truck and didn't really carry much out, and the third spent at least an hour watching planes in the sky, so money well spent on him. My husband and dad carried more out of the house than 2 of the movers. It seemed like a good price when they quoted before the move but in the end I wish we would have looked around more because we wasted a lot of money with them.

Although this review is based on my end-of-2022 move, recent reviews show this company is still…read morejust as incompetent. I had a Crate & Barrel storage bed that required disassembly and reassembly. The movers refused at first, saying, "we're movers, not handymen." After about an hour of delaying, they attempted to disassemble it and broke the bed. I've moved cross-state twice with this same bed and never had issues before. At the destination they couldn't put the bed back together, so I filed a claim (see attached photos). It took 22 emails and 12 months to get a $500 refund, which the company called a "goodwill" payment. They ignored key facts in my original claim, including the market value of the broken bed ($2,000) and that they had failed to use the local shuttle service they had promised (a $1,170 value). The refund check arrived late and included a barely legible note requiring me to deposit it within seven days to release them from any future claims. When I asked for clarification, the representative replied rudely that it was "legible to read and understand" and insisted I deposit within seven days. In my experience, this company's staff and movers were unprofessional and unethical. Photos and documentation are attached.

No packing, wrapping, boxing, or prep work required. Just the stairmaster-from-hell. And they had to be careful not to damage the walls going up a stairway with a U-turn landing while carrying 60 lb bundles of 7' flooring. The two gentlemen they sent were great, got to work right away, and moved the entire batch in exactly one hour. I could not be happier. My back REALLY could not be happier (I moved the first 600 sqft myself and am still paying the price). Zero complaints, good hard but careful work. I will give you a caution when you set this up. The first estimate you get will be nice and low. As you move through the system, times and costs will grow. Gently remind them of the original quote for # of hours, minimum travel time, materials, etc. that you received. I did and they honored their original estimate. They had added a materials charge which I had them remove (giving them the benefit of the doubt, it's a large-ish company and whoever was processing my final invoice probably didn't get read-on to what the job entailed). So, no vases to pack, no mattresses to move, hence I can't judge them on that. But they accommodated my schedule, came when they said they would, did a great job, and charged me the amount I was promised. I would absolutely use them again for this type of job. My back agrees.

TL;DR - Movers held our items on the truck until payment was made prior to unloading. Movers had no…read moreexperience moving items (uncovered mattress, face down on the sidewalk with the mover on top of it) They did not understand how to load a truck (small items were loaded first and not stacked). Claimed truck was 'full' despite being half full. Movers were instructed not to unload our items at our destination, UNTIL payment was made (which how can that be if time to unload was not accounted for?). Damaged walls and items. Had to call 2 friends to help unload the truck. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with.We used them for a move on April 2024 to move our items from our townhome to a house that was 0.3miles away. The move took 6 hours longer than expected, despite having already broken items down and made them easily accessible. The moving crew had 0 equipment and were extremely unskilled in moving the most basic items, including a mattress. They called a week before the move to get an estimated list of items that I would need moved, during which on the phone call that I explained I was currently travelling and can only list of what large items come to mind and approximately 25-30 boxes for the miscellaneous items. There was no follow up email sent to gather a formal list of all the items needing moved. On moving day, movers were 2 hours late and 2/3 workers showed up in an unbranded moving truck that did not have a ramp. I walked the movers through our townhome and showed them everything that needed to be moved. However, it became very apparent that the movers had no experience in how to move out a house. They were unnecessarily wrapping things that didn't need to be wrapped, and did not know how to move a mattress as it took around 30 minutes to get it down 2 normal flights of stairs. It wasn't until hour 2 of 6 of moving out that the third mover showed up. They spent a total of 6 hours trying to move our well packaged and organized items out of the townhome. I spoke with Michael Dunne who asked me what is going on and why is it taking so long to move out. I explained that the movers were disorganized and lost with this move out process, and that the truck did not have a ramp. One of the movers came back to me and said that they couldn't take half of the items I showed them because it was 'not on the list' - the estimate list that I read out over the phone while travelling. We were 5 hours into this move out process that should've taken no more than 1.5-2 hours with any other company. They also claimed the truck was 'full' even though nothing was stacked. I also had to help them move some of the bigger items into the truck myself. 6 hours into the move, Michael Dunne called one of the workers and said they had to move onto the destination right up the street and start unloading. Extremely frustrated at this point, I agreed to move on and we'll come back for the other items ourselves - Michael Dunne got me to schedule another pickup in a few days, during which a $100 deposit was made. When we arrived at the unloading destination, the movers were instructed not to open the cargo door until a full payment of $2081 was made, PRIOR to unloading the items. This was around 2x what was quoted as they were charging for 'extra time' due to their inability to support a proper move-out. How do you know what to charge hourly if you haven't done the unloading process yet? They parked on a very busy street and not our driveway, despite me requesting the drivers to park in the driveway or even our front lawn. They refused, stating "we are not a traffic company, we are a moving company. F**k the traffic". Multiple items damaged, walls damaged, it took until 9:30pm (9.5 total hours) to have 75% of our items moved out of our townhome that we can still see out of the window from our new house. It took multiple emails and phone calls to cancel the follow up move and receive my $100 deposit back. I never received the signed contract at the time payment was made, and emails and phone calls have not been answered.
