We used Weleski Transfer to move us to our new home and I'm happy to say they took an enormous amount of stress away during an otherwise very stressful time for us. Our belongings were handled professionally and with lots of care. The movers worked nonstop until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and made the entire process as easy and streamlined as it could possibly be. We felt taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. The movers arrived right on time and the job was done efficiently. We hope that we never have to move again, but if we do, we'll be calling Weleski to help. read more

They didn't move us but the woman that came to inventory our house was rude. I guess she didn't like the looks of our house. It was messy with boxes everywhere because she said they couldn't help us. I would NEVER call them again. Very poor business attitude! read more

Worst Move of My Life -- Everything Destroyed I have moved many times in my life -- across states, even across countries -- and I have never experienced anything as horrible as this company. When my belongings arrived, every single box was crushed. The ones clearly labeled "fragile" were smashed beyond repair. My furniture was treated like garbage -- not a single piece arrived without stains, dents, or serious damage. One item even looked like it had been kicked, with a large gash at the bottom. Wardrobe boxes that I had purchased from U-Haul and carefully packed were destroyed. The driver admitted he was embarrassed to deliver them in that condition, and then tried to act like he was doing me a favor by repacking my clothes -- which he completely ruined. Many of my clothes with sentimental and financial value were dumped into boxes like trash. Some may be saved with expensive dry cleaning, but most are ruined forever. The movers themselves were polite in person, but the way my belongings were handled was beyond negligent -- it was outright careless. The only thing that wasn't destroyed was my Peloton bike, which they clearly knew they'd be liable for. Everything else was fair game. This company shows zero respect for their customers' belongings. If you care about your furniture, clothes, or anything of value, stay far, far away from Weleski Transfer. They turned what should have been a normal move into an absolute nightmare. read more

Extremely overpriced for the service provided. Half the crew standing around smoking cigarettes. I then realized they never took a lunch break. What kind of management or supervisor allows men to do physical labor all day without allowing a lunch break? I begrudgingly tipped the guy I thought was in charge of the crew and watched him pocket the cash. Got the feeling he didn't split it with the rest of the guys. Left a very bad impression. I worked for tips for years and it's extremely unethical to steal tips. I'll never deal with this moving company again. read more

Ask for Phelix (pronounced Felix) as your driver and the head of your moving team. He is exceptional, and those working on his team, both during loading your stuff and delivering it, work well with him, and he leads them quietly and efficiently. He is the ultimate professional. He just did a 3000-mile move after my parents passed away on the east coast, to get all their belongings to my home in Seattle, and I have no hesitation at all recommending him. He's kind, lovely, and makes certain your moving needs are met. Over 200 items, many heavy boxes of paperwork, and some priceless mid-century furniture items, arrived perfectly. read more

We hired Weleski to move my son from Wisconsin to Ohio. I was impressed from the first contact until the final communication. Weleski was fairly priced and communication throughout the entire process was top notch. The companies they used to move out of Milwaukee to the ones they contracted with in Dayton to drop off were professional, speedy and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. read more

Poor communication. Missed an item although it was listed for pickup. Refusal to communicate simply said "not our fault" Also damage to an item, took a long time to file claims process - not forthcoming with information on how to do this. Would not recommend. read more

Awful moving company. If you have a corporate relo and they try to have you use Weleski, insist on using a different company. The movers are not just lazy but rude and confrontational. Disgusting behavior and terrible service and quality. read more

I used Weleski Transfer for my move from NC to PA. They kept my belongings in storage for the nearly 2 years it took me to find a home in this competitive housing market. Both loading and delivering my stuff went super well. Both crews were prompt, professional, and personable. They made sure everything arrived in the same condition that it was packed away. Very respectful of making sure furniture and boxes were placed where I specified. Would absolutely use them again should I have to move in the future. read more

Most easy transition. Very timely and arrival to all facades great. Ease of paperwork/payment&communication very autonomous. Best ever and movers polite, proficient and punctual. 5 STAR rating!! read more

We've used Weleski several times and every time they are amazing. On time, efficient, kind, careful of our belongings, asked all the right questions, and came in under budget. Our most recent move was a hefty one - 3500 sq ft house - and it was handled expertly. We were amazed by how quickly it all happened (packing and moving) and everything arrived safe. We recommend them highly! read more

My wife and I have made several local and cross-country moves and our experience with Weleski Transfer was by far the most seamless and reasonably priced. The staff at Weleski not only communicated frequently during the entire process, but our driver John was exceptional when it came to inventorying, loading, and caring for our household goods. read more

I would do ZERO stars if I could. Beware of this company. I booked a move for mid July 2021 way back in May and had trouble getting a response from the "moving specialist" for follow up. Finally two weeks before my move she said "Oops you are not on the schedule." Most infuriating was their reluctance to correct their BIG error. Kept evading and lying, rather than making it a priority. so I hired someone else and had to postpone my move. They cost me rental costs for a place I couldn't live in without my stuff, a price increase as prices had gone up since I booked way back in May, and the screwup of all the logistics, including help from friends and family who had taken off work to help me. Evasive and unprofessional. Atlas Movers should rethink their affiliation with this company who left me high and dry when I was counting on their doing their job. Infuriating! read more

I was connected with Weleski Transfer through my employment. there were many problems with the move. 1. Only 2 guys came to pack up our stuff which is OK considering they were really fast and experienced. Few stuff were missed but no biggy there. 2. I have no idea about how the payment was made as the estimate was about $400 below the budget that my employment offered so did not worry about it. Well, just a few weeks ago which is more than 4 months after my move, I received an email telling me that I have an excess charge that was beyond the budget and I needed to pay about $300 more. 3. 1 week ago I get another mail that I have more charges that need to be paid for a total of $461. And by the way they gave me 1 week to make the payment or there will be an upcharge?? This is all very frustrating to me as it feels that I was tricked in to contracting with them though I did receive an in-home estimate. The final charge they were requesting was almost 20% higher than the quote they gave me. I am trying to resolve this issue and will update this review based on how they respond, but you can be sure I'll think twice before moving with these guys again. read more

I do not recommend this moving company business , they destroyed all my personal property in the move and charged me $850.00 and refused to unload truck unless i signed wavier on my damaged property and they tried stealing my cell phone , I have filed complaints with attorney general, bbb to get my claim proccessed properly for all my damaged property. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. They continue to refuse to refund the money We will fight them in civil court with criminal civil lawsuit read more

I called Weleski based on a referral. We needed to move our 2 bedroom condo into storage while staying with my in-laws for 8 weeks, while we waited for our new home to close. I left a voicemail with Cindie. I received a call 72 hours later from a woman named MArlene. I had all the relevant information handy - when we needed to be out, approximate storage time, where we are located. I'm very friendly but Marlene was quite rude. She kept saying "well if you're REALLY interested AND that's in your price range...." Lady, I'm in Oakmont, not Homewood. I can afford a mid-grade mover. Ironically, she scoffed at my question of insurance included in the storage prices. She passed me off to another person named Mary Ann -- 2nd pass off, if you're keeping track. I asked if Mary Ann could give me a call at her convenience -- nope. I was put on hold for five minutes. ....Only to be told, once Marlene (not Mary Ann, are you lost yet?) returned to the phone, stating that "we're closed till October 5th". Closed? What does that even mean? I asked for clarification "oh, we're booked". Well. That was a gigantic waste of time. read more

Very accommodating and on time. Recently had an ETS move from the Army and Weleski Transfer was awesome.

Don't use them if you can help it. Unfortunately, they were sub-contracted by our relocation company. The relo company says that Weleski claims they tried to call me and left voice mail messages for me to schedule a debris pick-up. They lied. I never once received a phone call nor a voicemail from them. So it took me hounding the relocation company for 5 days and threat of legal action for them to finally set up a time. read more

Had Weleski help me with a move this past month. Scott, my driver, was timely, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process of packing and delivery. Megan was very helpful with coordinating my move and keeping me posted as well. Thank you Weleski for your help and making my transition as seamless as possible. read more

I can't really speak to the quality of the move from Weleski Transfer, because they still haven't actually delivered my belongings. Weleski was contracted through the company I work for to do a corporate relocation from Cleveland to Chicago. They were given keys and access to my storage unit in Cleveland on 11/4 and I was told the items would be delivered sometime between the 5th and the 9th, but that I would receive a call 24 hours in advance of the delivery. I was also told that no deliveries would happen on the weekends, so come Friday afternoon with still no word I reached out to my relocation coordinator who told me the move had been pushed back from the 10th to the 11th and that she would call me back later in the day with more information. I never heard back and called again the morning of the 9th to be told the move had been pushed back again to the 11th to the 12th. So now we're looking at over a week to move household goods, which barely filled half a 10x10 storage unit, five and a half hours. I was able to obtain a modicum of satisfaction by contacting Atlas Van Lines, which apparently operates as a franchiser of sorts for Weleski, who offered me compensation for the delay so my partner and I could at least buy some cookware and plates and utensils. All in all, a company can have the most conscientious movers in the world, but if their management is so concerned with profit that they'll delay your move for over a week to try and fill a truck, is it really worth it? read more

Weleski transfer moved us a few days ago and were awesome. The movers were personable, efficient and did a great job! Would definitely use them again. read more
