I've never had an issue parking right at the door that I need and there are only a few spots right there. They always have ample carts available at each door for use. They do provide a garbage dumpster for tenants which is rare. The elevator and hallways are always clean and the front desk is helpful when needed. The price does continue to go up for the monthly rent, but it has never been enough to make me want to leave immediately.

Not only are the storage areas safe and secure, the room prices are fair and include a free lock. Further, the owners are caring individuals who are responsive to their customers' needs and go out of their way to be of assistance. As a senior, this is most appreciated, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing a storage room. My only regret is that I can't give them a 10.

They over inflate the miles you actually drove. They said I drove 11 miles...I calculated my route and it was 9.2 miles. There is a $9 credit card fee...but they require a credit card. They also encourage a $15 damage coverage, which I actually recommend because I am positive they will find something damaged when you return it. I get that you need to put gas back in it but I didn't even use a gallon (I went 9 miles) and as charged 2x as much as the current cost of gas. Unfortunately, what I was moving didn't fit in an SUV and I didn't have anyone available with a pickup truck to help. It would probably have been cheaper to higher moves for 1 hour than to use U-Haul. Never again.

They have several size units to choose from. I went with the 10 X 10. Robert, the manager is friendly and thorough with the details of the rental. Also they are military friendly so it was indeed a pleasure to work with Robert. Good value, close to home location, expert service, clean and equipment available to move things into the unit.
