When my belongings arrived, every single box was crushed. The ones clearly labeled "fragile" were smashed beyond repair. My furniture was treated like garbage -- not a single piece arrived without stains, dents, or serious damage. One item even looked like it had been kicked, with a large gash at the bottom. Wardrobe boxes that I had purchased from U-Haul and carefully packed were destroyed. The driver admitted he was embarrassed to deliver them in that condition, and then tried to act like he was doing me a favor by repacking my clothes -- which he completely ruined. Many of my clothes with sentimental and financial value were dumped into boxes like trash. Some may be saved with expensive dry cleaning, but most are ruined forever. The movers themselves were polite in person, but the way my belongings were handled was beyond negligent -- it was outright careless. The only thing that wasn't destroyed was my Peloton bike, which they clearly knew they'd be liable for. Everything else was fair game. This company shows zero respect for their customers' belongings. If you care about your furniture, clothes, or anything of value, stay far, far away from Weleski Transfer. They turned what should have been a normal move into an absolute nightmare.

The estimate was accurate. The packing was efficient and professional. It took them about 6 hours to pack up about ten rooms' worth of stuff, and another 4 hours the next day to load the truck. They stored my stuff for me for two weeks while I waited for the new house. Then they arrived at the new place at 8am as they promised and unloaded everything and set up the piano. During this past year (2021) I returned on April 1st for summer storage, within 4 days my RV was vandalized. The event was featured on WTAE news report dealing with catalytic converter theft from vehicles in the area and RVs stored at ASA Self Storage. It was after this event, which was reported to the police, that I realized the ASA claim of security is not accurate. The security fencing only surrounds three of the four sides. To acces the facility, all one has to do is walk approx. 30 feet around the corner (closest to the road) as the fencing ends. The advertised security cameras are useless, as detailed by the local police department since they haven't been kept in operating condition (dirty lens) making any video unusable. After several attempts were made to contact ASA, they eventually responded by stating they are not responsible for any damage. When I repeated my concerns, and requested reimbursement of 2 month's prepaid rental (only stored for 10 days before removal) and insurance deductible, my request was met by email's from their attorney. He was very firm and eventually very rude. The attorney stated they they would return the 2 month's prepaid rental if I agreed not to pursue any further action. I would definitely avoid storing anything of value at this facility. During this event, at least 2 other RV's were vandalized and I found out later that a friend of my son has there trailer broken into with several items stolen. All of this has been reported to the Jefferson Hills Police Department.
