It was easy in, a young lady and the gentleman operating the truck were friendly and helped unload the five boxes of documents. The materials were loaded into the shredder as I watched. I told them November 23rd I was vacating my storage unit and got confirmation back from the property manager they would NOT charge me for my storage unit if I vacated by December 1st. I did this, sent another email confirming I did, asked if they needed anything else from me, and took a dated picture showing it was empty. They charged my debit card on December 2nd anyway. Then when I told them about this, they never called to update me (even though they got an update from their accountant and confirmed this when I called A SECOND TIME), and then told me it would take 3-10 business days for the money to be seen on my account. I did everything right and still got charged for an empty storage unit before the holidays and before rent is due at my apartment. They then told me it's up to my bank when the money appears on my account even though they caused the problem in the first place. I've had to do extra work for their mistake when it wouldn't have happened if the job was just done correctly. This is absolutely ridiculous, disheartening, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I wanted to recommend this place to my friends and coworkers and previously praised this place up and down. It's so unfortunate that lack of professionalism and responsibility from this company has now turned away many future customers. I will not be back and will tell anyone who needs a storage unit to not use this one.
