I am pleased to write this review of the Guardian Garage Floors Company. This is a great company with the very best employees. I asked for an estimate and they sent Jon Sigerud (Regional Sales Manager) out give me a free estimate. After he thoroughly explained the process, materials, and cost, we made an appointment to have the job completed. The crew showed up just after 7 am in the morning and began the work after explaining how it was all done and how long it should take to complete. These guys, Rod, Devin Zay(s), Alex, Luis, and Jose went to work immediately. Wow, I have never seen a group of guys work so well together. It was like a well-oiled machine. They each seemed to have a detailed routine on how to complete the job as efficiently and quickly as possible. After sanding the concrete to a smooth and clean surface, they then cleaned up the dust and repaired any flaws in the concrete surface of the floors. Now I have a three-car garage with a 40 foot RV garage so they had a lot of work ahead. They carefully completed each step with all the guys doing something the entire time. When they were ready to put down the final clear coat, all the guys went around the surface area to make sure there were no areas that needed more attention. Careful attention was given to difficult places to get to like corners and hard to get to locations. The job was completed a little after 2 pm. I was able to put my cars, etc. back in the garage and RV garage 24 hours later. I cannot say enough about how well these guys worked together to make my garage floors beautiful. Guaranteed for life and transferable. Thanks for a job well done!!!

I have a new build home and I knew I wanted to have the garage floors "epoxied" but didn't know much about the process or product. It seems like every company offers a "lifetime warranty" and low prices, but they weren't interested in helping me understand the product or their service/process. Guardian sent Zach to our home for a consultation and he explained what the typical epoxy floors are, and why Guardian is different. They came in at a bit of a higher price point than some other competitors, but in reality those other companies aren't true competition: Guardian has a skilled and dedicated crew, operates successfully in several states, uses proprietary materials and has been around long enough for their lifetime warranty to actually mean something! The team showed up promptly at 7am on our scheduled day and they actually finished early, which is always a bonus! I could not be more thrilled with how my garage floor looks now, and I'm going to tell my construction superintendent to recommend this company to other folks with new build homes who want this service.

On September 3, 2025, Guardian Garage Floors completely redid my 25-year-old pool decking along with my very large patio, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The sales representative, Eric, was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough in answering every one of my questions. He gave me a guaranteed installation date, and true to his word, a crew arrived right on time. The crew--Bryce, Kobe, Derrick, and Nate--deserve special recognition. They were the nicest young men I have ever worked with. Their attention to detail was impeccable, they took their time to ensure everything was done right, and they were more than willing to answer questions along the way. Their cleanup was spotless, and they didn't stop until the job was completed to my full satisfaction. Guardian Garage Floors delivered on every promise: fair pricing, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship. This is a Christian and veteran-owned company, and it truly shows in the pride they take in their work and the respect they show to their customers. I cannot say enough about this crew or this company. I highly, highly recommend Guardian Garage Floors and especially the outstanding team that worked on my project. For full transparency, I am in no way affiliated with this company. I am not a family member, and I am not a friend of a friend. Before making my decision, I interviewed six different companies, and I am so glad I chose Guardian Garage Floors.

WOW....just..WOW ! Super impressed with this company. On time, high quality, attention to detail for a reasonable price. Rod, Kobe and Christian did an unbelievable job! Exactly what i asked for. Only 4 hours to knock out a 3-car garage. From grinding the old coating off to top coat...amazing teamwork. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Cannot say enough great things about how wonderful Guardian Garage is! We called a couple other vendors and when Jon came out to give us an estimate; we knew right away Guardian was the one we would go with. He was so professional, confident, genuine and helpful. We went with the first color swatch he showed us, and it was the perfect choice! Christian and team were also so professional, arrived on time, and with such detail, finished our floor in about 4 hours. We just love our beautiful new floor! Guardian was so wonderful to work with from start to finish; so very happy, and highly recommend them.

Look how well they did the edges on the steps and block wall! Specks are black, white, gray and orange.

You will not be disappointed. These guys and their product is the best in the business. Did my office 2 years ago and home garage today and it's just incredible. And I went with Hog color today and it's pretty awesome. Not an overwhelming orange. Highly recommend!

Jon from Guardian Garage Floors came out and was honest and explained everything. The guys in the Phoenix area came out and were very professional and did a phenomenal job. Ryan was a very hands on owner and it showed in his guys workmanship and quality of the product. Guardian was definitely not the cheapest but they are the best. Thanks for making my little (haha) shop look amazing.

a garage floor being installed

Quality experience from start to finish! Had a team of three finish the floors in a 2-car and RV garage with the Polyaspartic coating and it looks great! There are less expensive companies in this city doing the same work but I believe the extra money was worth it! Bryce, Jeff, and Jerome were professional in all aspects of the job and also pleasant to talk too...it is obvious they care about the work and the results show...thank you!

We talked on the phone. I had many questions. He took the time to answer them all. With rescheduling, the office staff were always friendly and accommodating. David S. was knowledgeable and informative, but never sales-y. After the inspection, he emailed a report with the measurement data, a diagram of the home indicating where repairs would be made and several options. No repeated calls or pressure to schedule work soon. The foundation stabilization and repair options included installing helical and push piers, underpinning, the poly filler, stem wall patches and repairs. There was a lot offered and the overall total was very costly. I do understand I'm not just paying for getting the piers installed, but all the knowledge, time and coordination to get there. After the initial freak-out at seeing the cost, I know I can discuss with David S. what parts are critical and how to reduce the total. There were various degrees, like a base package versus something that had more features. Some items AFS would be contracting out, so there's potential to save if I hired those contractors directly. I believe the specialty of AFS is installing piers. If you only need foundation patching, you might search for structural concrete specialists. As some reviewers noted, utilizing AFS will be much more expensive in those situations. Ask your contact. If you're a homeowner reading this, you're probably worried about some things you've seen in your home. The last thing you need is the added stress of someone trying to get you to sign off on a project. Of course, if it was urgent...fortunately, my home isn't in danger of falling down tomorrow. I'm grateful AFS provided a no-cost, no-pressure assessment. David S. provided the data for me to make an informed decision. He didn't use any and fear or pressure tactics. When hiring a contractor, I want one that I can have a collaborative conversation with. I can't speak to the installation itself, but if I decide to go with piers, poly fill or underpinning, I feel good reaching out to David S. to further discuss and make changes to the solution. I haven't decided on what to do with the foundation. There are more urgent home repairs. I also wanted to make sure I found root causes and to make sure those were addressed. Something I learned through this process: if you're seeing signs of foundation settlement, look for areas that are wet by pushing a stick around the perimeter of the house. Even if unused, sprinkler systems, irrigation or service lines can have water leaks that will cause the soil to expand and shrink. Those lines need to be repaired or if unused, capped off. I have unused sprinkler lines running right along the back of the house! Oh, after scheduling the appointment, AFS sent a book about foundation issues. It cost a bit to send. I support reducing waste. If you don't want the book, I wonder if you can ask them not to send and email a link instead!

Kevin called a couple hours later and I could tell the sincerity of his voice immediately, "how can I help you?" Nice guy. Polite. I proceeded to tell him what I've noticed for a while now: Our side yard and backyard have noticeable puddling during heavy rain pours, and it takes a while for the puddle to clear. I told Kevin based on what I've read we might need to regrade, or place french drain? Kevin looked up at our house via Google map and he provided his thoughts and assessment on what might be a better solution. He gave me a phone# and the name of a guy that could better help us and provide resolution to our issues. I felt that Kevin was honest, professional, and guided me with appropriate direction that was best suited for our issue, especially given the cost involved. You rarely get this kind of professional service anymore! Kevin, thank you so much for returning my call. I can't say enough positive things about you! God bless you!

We got 5 different quotes, and even though they came in higher than some, they do a great job of educating you on why, and they have all the receipts to back that up. We went with them for that peace of mind, the unmatched warranty, and knowing it would be done correctly and not falling apart in a couple years. They way they manage the entire project from the first to last step, is a constant reminder on why they are worth it. They run this ship like a well oiled machine! Every appointment was so professional, always on time, and always informative. From the very first appointment with Joe, he was so kind and personable and informative. He really treats the whole appointment like an educational session, and I understand why now. I was thankful for all the information, and how non-salesy he is, no pressure and just really comfortable and detailed as well. He provided very professional, detailed drawings and photos of what it would look like. When we met the project manager, Chris, he was just as friendly and personable and informative. He kept us updated at every step, and was on top of every detail. He always texted us updates, and very communicative. The crew they sent out - AMAZING. Not only did they get the job done in half the time, but their attention to detail was above and beyond! They were very friendly, and top notch on their work ethic. On the final clean up day, I was expecting maybe an hour of tidying up, but what I got was one extremely dedicated guy that spent 5 hours METICULOUSLY double checking every inch of my entire yard, even the areas that they did not work on. He cleaned every inch of our yard, the street, the driveway and even part of our neighbors! He held a level AGAIN at every section of the pavers and double checked it, and then he cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. Every time I thought he was almost done, he'd come back with a new tool for more cleaning. Truly, I've never seen a crew work so hard and diligently and be so scrupulous with their attention to detail. You also get a portal to track the entire project, and to access all the warranty and contract docs that no one wants to file anyway. I would highly highly recommend System Pavers for any project, and we will absolutely use them again. Thank you!

We chose System Pavers because they were the premium option. They were also the highest bid we…read morereceived (around $38,000), but we believed we were paying for quality, expertise, and project management. Their sales presentation was impressive, and we were told they would coordinate everything for our pool patio remodel. Unfortunately, our experience looked nothing like the polished videos we were shown. The project stretched from February 5 until May 14 and required constant homeowner involvement. Instead of having a project manager ensuring the work met quality standards, I felt like I became the project's quality-control inspector, inspecting every stage of construction, discovering mistakes, documenting issues, and asking for them to be corrected. I expected to hire a contractor. Instead, I spent three months acting as the quality-control inspector for my own project. During the project we dealt with broken pool pipes, damage to our pool aerator, fill tank, and underground plumbing, uncapped sprinkler lines beneath the patio, missing weed barriers, uneven pool coping, improper edging, damaged landscaping, and extensive construction debris left throughout our property and neighboring yards. In addition, several pieces of our personal property were damaged or destroyed, including a broken pool net, broken garden hoses, a seven-foot wooden shade post that workers used as a cutting surface, and a planter that was thrown away after crews moved retaining wall blocks to drive equipment through our yard. We also endured weeks of piles of pavers, dirt, rocks, and construction materials stacked in front of both our home and neighboring properties, along with plastic bottles, McDonald's bags, and other food waste left behind by crews. One thing that became obvious was the lack of communication between departments. The salesperson promised certain things that the installation crews clearly never knew about. For example, we specifically discussed reusing our landscape rock, but it was thrown away during demolition because that information never reached the crew. Customer service became increasingly frustrating. When we emailed management documenting workmanship concerns, we received little response regarding the actual problems but had no trouble receiving payment requests. During one phone call, the project manager told us, "We thought the ship had sailed on customer service." Hearing that after months of issues was incredibly disappointing. One issue that really damaged our trust involved the sprinkler system beneath the patio. When water started shooting through the middle of the new pavers, we were initially told the lines had definitely been capped and it must simply be leftover water. Once someone inspected the problem in person, the response became, "Oh, we must not have capped them." Because multiple pool components had already been damaged during demolition, I insisted on having the underground plumbing pressure tested before resurfacing the pool. That test found additional damage that required repair before the pool could be completed. Had we not pushed for that testing, the pool company told us hidden leaks could have remained beneath newly installed plaster. Near the end of the project, I refused to sign the Certificate of Completion until the remaining work was finished. I was initially told work would have to be delayed if I didn't sign first. After refusing, management then said they would finish the work regardless of my signature. That experience left me questioning why there was so much pressure to sign paperwork before the project was actually complete. To be fair, not everything was negative. The second project manager, Jose Corral, completely changed the direction of the project. He was knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and immediately recognized many of the quality issues that had been overlooked. He worked hard to make things right and deserves recognition because he was the one person who consistently treated us like valued customers. I understand that construction projects can have unexpected challenges. My frustration isn't that everything didn't go perfectly--it's that we paid premium pricing and repeatedly had to advocate for issues that should never have occurred in the first place. Looking back, I don't regret investing in our home--I regret having to spend three months acting as the quality-control inspector on a premium-priced project. Homeowners shouldn't have to monitor every phase of construction just to ensure the work is completed correctly. If you're considering System Pavers, keep detailed written records, photograph every phase of the project, inspect everything before it gets covered up, and don't sign completion paperwork until every punch-list item has been completed.
