The demo was done quickly and without any major dust or issues as we went with the dustless removal. That team was in and out and very profession. No mess either. The tile crew came in the next day and they were clearly very experienced and cared about doing a great job start to finish. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. The end result was amazing and could not be happier. Becks has a very fair price , great quality work and no hidden surprise. We will use them again on our bathroom remodel and highly recommend.

The actual laying of the flooring took under 5 hours but had to be split over two mornings because when the old carpet came up, the floor was uneven. I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. But I didn't find out till later when the planter box was all flooded like a lake and overflowing like a river to the street. I found the broken PVC right where I instructed his worker to plant an agave fior me. When I told Isaiah's TFH Landscaping that his worker broke the sprinkler line, ISAIAHs said he would send the worker over to do the repair in a couple days which Isaias said was Tuesday, the worker never showed up. When I called him to say the worker never showed up he said he would come in a couple days and he personally will come and be there. Well Isaias never showed up. What's worse is he used to answer the phone on the first ring and was "always there for me" and even said "You know I am always here for you and I answer the phone". But after he didn't show up two times he wasn't answering the phone anymore .... ever. I left many, many messages telling Isaias I was disappointed that not only does he not show up to do the repair that his worker broke, but he deliberately is ghosting me for weeks. He sees from caller ID it is me calling for him to repair something he damaged (I sent pictures of the hacked irrigation pipe in the hole where the agave got blown outta there from the broken line), so he deliberately does not answer the phone ever again to BE THERE FOR MEEEEE, like he told me previously. That deserves 1 Yelp star. So you think I'm going to do business with him if he doesn't even answer the phone ever? Someone told me "because they don't get paid to repair their mistakes and have to take time out from already paying jobs to go to a job that doesn't pay. I never spoke to Isaias again because he didn't care to come back ad fix the broken pipe his worker hacked to pieces. That deserves 1 Yelp star don't you think? I have a new landscaper who has many solid 5 Yelp stars, and so far he has shown up every time I needed him, right on time, even when he squeezed me in. But I have no experience if he will show up to fix something he didn't do right, because nothing like that has happened so far.

Guardian floors did such a fantastic job. I have never seen garage floors like this before. Being able to drag floor jacks across the floor with no fear of chipping or damaging our beautiful floors is unreal. Jon came out to show the swatches of all the different colors and chip sizes they offer and he was able to squeeze us in right away before we had to move in all our tool boxes, cabinets, dirt bikes and our boat. Bryce and I think Fernando? were there all day making sure it was done right and explained everything to us in great detail. It's rare to see people who seem to really love their job and take a lot of pride in what they do, especially young people. I was very impressed with them. We have an RV garage and an attached 2 car garage, and they did such a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with the results, it's not only beautiful but practical. We had our garage and patio surfaced with epoxy flooring. After interviewing and getting quotes from at least 5 companies, we decided to go with Guardian. We are delighted with the results, the service, quality, professionalism and bang for our buck. Bryce and the crew were prompt, polite, efficient and very respectful of our property. We posted photos on our HOA site to allow neighbors to see how fantastic this company is and the finished product is just beyond our expectations. Service above and beyond and Bryce also alerted us to a slipping danger around our pool and treated the area with a grit type material to protect our grandkids from being hurt. This proclamation was enough for me to know who I wanted to hire. When it came time to schedule, Rick had immediate dates available. The technician, Jesse, arrived within the timeframe promised on the schedule date. Jesse presented himself very professionally.
