I opted for the Quarter Pounder with Bacon--I have always enjoyed the classic taste of the QP even though I rarely go to McDonald's much anymore. (once a year or so). Well, this one had BACON--yum, right? I mean, bacon is like the most "in" condiment out there these days. Alas, it only added a SLIGHT flavor enhancement to what was otherwise "just ok". But here's the worst part: this QP was about a FRACTION of the size of the ones I grew up with---for almost 10 bucks! NOT lovin' it! Seriously, in about 5 bites I was done with the entire sandwich. How can McDonald's justify this nonsense? I get it, food prices are way up and fast food across the board is about as much as sit-down food. It's tragic, but it's reality. But cmon, McDonald's, you cannot be serious about the diminutive nature of your burgers! I still remember "supersize it" at McDonald's. This is more like "supershrink it". I'm done.
