My husband provided the stock number and asked if it was available. Anthonny advised that it was indeed available and asked when we could come down to look at it. My husband advised it would be about an hour to get out there (we live in north Orange County). Anthonny then proceeded to tell him that he'd pull it aside, have it washed and gassed up so that we can test drive and possibly take it home.. (email attached below for proof of appt time that was made) We got loaded up (2 kids and a newborn) and made the drive out to Ontario. Upon arrival, Anthonny came out, said hello, and said he would go grab the vehicle. A few minutes went by, and he came back and informed us that the car was not on the lot and that it was a demo car that was being used by the owner's wife. He then proceeded to tell us that he had pulled the car aside for us; but that he was not able to hold the key (implying that from the time we called to the time we got there, she had come and borrowed the car) He then tried to sell us on a AT4 Ultimate; which is another 20k and did not help the situation. He could clearly tell that we were frustrated, and went to "make a phone call". While he was gone, another gentleman Alazar came in and talked to us. In doing so, he clarified that the vehicle was never on the lot and the owners daughter was driving it. As a family owned dealer who strives for customer satisfaction, this was a very frustrating and avoidable experience had Anthonny actually taken the time to make sure the vehicle was there. We wasted almost three hours of our day and ended up with no vehicle.. will not be recommending this dealer to friends or family.

The post purchase…read moreexperience has been frustrating at best and I simply cannot trust this dealership to be a maintenance partner. I want to be direct about why this has become frustrating. When I reached 1,000 miles, the app instructed me to schedule service. While I get this seems too soon to many drivers, 1k miles has always been my personal standard for 1st oil change on new vehicles and was pleased that Genesis seemed aligned with that. I scheduled service and drove 50 minutes to the dealership, only to be told nothing would be done and that I should "come back at 5,000 miles." Days later, I received calls and texts indicating my vehicle was overdue for service, which made the situation more frustrating and confusing since I had already been turned away. When I reached about 5,400 miles, I scheduled service once again (since I was told to come back at 5k). A day or two before the appointment, I received a call asking for my mileage. When I said I was around 5,500, l was told again that nothing could be done because "we like to wait for 6 months or 7,000 miles for the first service." I was told by the person who called that they would push my appointment to the following month. Frustrated once again, I agreed since I didn't waste my time and fuel driving there only to be denied. A few days after my appointment was scheduled, I started to receive texts and emails about my "missed" appointment (as if I was an irresponsible owner). At that point, I realized that I could not rely on this dealership as a maintenance partner, so I performed my own documented oil change and tire rotation. My experience with service is a sharp contrast to the very positive sales experience I had. Everything since then has been a disappointment and an absolute frustration. Prior to my purchase, I had read many Genesis reviews about how frustrating the service experience can be. After I made my purchase I felt confident this dealership wasn't going to give me the negative experience other owners who purchased from other dealers had. Boy was I wrong.

    This is my first time selling my car here. There was very little interaction as most work are done…read moreonline. It was actually super easy, a child can do it. But they're not of legal age. It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.

Soooo what type of car this company provides??? its seems lemons cars , i really dont recommend to buy cars from here , have a lot of issues , the only thing that they said is we are sorry , and that you can change your car for other one, that not at all a solution. At least the people from call center are good , but its seems that the cars no!!! At the moment my problem had no solution yet, i have the car with problem atm and no other car to use.

We were on the hunt for an EV9 that matched our preferences, and came up against dealers unwilling to drop their dealer add-ons, unwilling to be transparent with numbers, and overall giving us bad vibes. Enter Citrus Motors Kia. A phone call from Walter and the manager and we were able to come to agreement on a brand new EV9 GT Line. We got there as they were closing up shop but the team stayed until we were ready to roll. Side note, this happens to be the second Kia we have purchased from this particular dealer. Last time, they were located elsewhere. The new facility on Guasti is clean and even the restrooms smell good. Cool decor, free water and coffee, a couple of vending machines, and comfortable seating are nice amenities while you wait. Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. Shout out to Michael V. for being efficient, thorough, and professional. We forgive him for being a Niners fan. Walter was awesome, as well. The EV9 is a super cool vehicle and we're pleased to be an all EV household now. Two thumbs up, highly recommend

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very kind young lady in the service department who walked me over to speak with Justin in sales. Although Justin had been called to assist me, I overheard part of a phone conversation that made him seem uninterested in helping. I even asked the young lady if he was available to assist me that day, and she politely assured me that he was. I then went to get my daughter, since it is her car, and we waited to speak with someone. Fortunately, we were greeted by Oscar -- and he completely turned the experience around. Oscar was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He truly did his best to assist us and made us feel valued as customers. If Oscar had been the only person we dealt with, I would have gladly given this dealership a 10 out of 10. Shoutout to Oscar for exceptional service. I hope Citrus Kia recognizes and appreciates him.     January 30, 2026 (update)…read more I've had good experiences at the Audi Ontario Service Dept. before, especially with Brandon and Ralph, who were fantastic. Unfortunately, my visit on Friday, the 23rd, left me frustrated. I arrived for my 7:15 a.m. appointment on time, but no one acknowledged me initially, despite making eye contact with associates who were chatting. I stood there unsure of where to go until Ramon eventually spoke to me from his desk without getting up. The interaction felt distant and condescending, especially when he questioned the batteries in my key fob as if I had chosen something subpar. He also stood uncomfortably close at one point. When I mentioned a gas tank issue, he suggested we drive to a gas station, which had never been discussed beforehand. After the paperwork was completed, I drove off in the loaner only to realize the gas tank was nearly empty, showing about 35 miles left. It was inconvenient to have to refuel immediately when I was already trying to get to work. While Ramon did eventually assist and followed up later via text, the overall experience felt inconsistent. I also noticed other customers receiving faster and more accommodating service. I know Audi Ontario is capable of excellent service, as Brandon and Ralph have shown, but this visit left me questioning the consistency of customer care. I hope for more uniform and respectful service in the future. November 6, 2025 (initial) I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first Audi at Audi Ontario, and I have to say Tania was absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, she was amiable, friendly, and incredibly courteous. Tania was always straightforward and clear, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. What really stood out was how transparent and honest she was. I never felt like I was being given the runaround or any kind of sales pressure. She really made me feel like I was talking to a friend, someone who had my best interests at heart. Tania was also super knowledgeable about every detail. She walked me through the different models and trims, answered all my questions with ease, and made sure I understood everything from start to finish. She was the one who handed me my keys at the end, and that full-circle experience was just fantastic. In short, Tania turned what could have been a nerve-wracking first Audi purchase into a genuinely enjoyable experience. If there's anyone who deserves to be highlighted or featured for outstanding customer service, it's definitely her. Thanks again, Tania!
