I saw their lox bagel from photos and I was bummed they didn't have it that day so I ended up ordering the bagel sandwich (cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber) and a breakfast burrito. Both were decent, though the bagel could've definitely used more cream cheese. 3.8/5 DRINKS Ube White Mocha - 3.8/5: The flavor was there, but it could've used more coffee. Vanilla Latte - 3.8/5: Solid and enjoyable. My overall rating leans closer to a 3.8 mainly because the service was slow and my drink order was initially messed up. The barista did correct it and even let me keep the extra drink, which I appreciated. However, I was also accidentally charged twice and had to get that adjusted. Overall, it's still a nice place to stop by for coffee, and I'd be open to giving it another try.

Yes, the drinks were pretty. My friend and I sat close to the counter and each one was hand crafted with care. The decor was so relaxing as if nature had been brought inside. Loved the ambiance! The biggest highlight was when one of the owners came out to greet us and thank us for our business. I felt so at home. She took the time to share how her business was named and some challenges that happened along the way. I watched as regulars came in to order including a police officer who they knew by name. Love the community that I witnessed in this small boba shop with such a big heart.

This place was recommended by my friend who lives in the area. I decided to give the place a try since I needed to meet my cousin who goes to UOP. First, I would like to commend the ambiance of the shop. It was very inviting and it gave a different vibe from the other coffee shops I've been to in the area. This place was very clean, organized, and very orderly in their prep area. I love love the drink I had, I got the Sunset. It was a cold brew but it had these chocolate notes- it was crazy but very good. My cousin got the Hammered and I got to try it. The workers said that it's the most popular in the menu, and it was a very good recommendation so I also recommend this drink! I also do not understand the other people's comments about the pastries. I got a bear claw, and it was outstanding. They said the pastries come fresh every mornings and they deliver from the Bay Area, so they don't make them there at the shop. My cousin got the Piazza panini, and I got the other half. It was very flavorful so this is also worth getting. Overall, I definitely recommend this place, as it stands out from all of the coffee shops I've ever been to! They placed the bars super high for me, so next time, I'll be super picky with the other coffee places I visit. read more

I've given this place quite a few times. Most of the time the staff isn't friendly, like a bunch of teen girls just wanting to cash their check. One time they even forgot my order and didn't even have the milk i requested after waiting 15 mins. Then when i was asked if another option was okay i told them no & the one girl that wears glasses and has colored eyes made a smirk noise under her breath. The matcha is very bad. It's not the vibrant green, but swamp water color. Coffee is ehh, taste burnt. Id recommend other coffee places over this one. But to each their own! Hi Mark i appreciate your response! I can agree to disagree. I stated i wanted almond milk & she forgot my order. There were probably 2 people in the store, but they also had their drink. This particular lady I've encountered has been not welcoming more than once. So i waited 15 mins for a drink that i couldn't have made correctly due to her forgetting it and also forgetting the milk you guys had in stock. I visited Groundstack Coffee and really appreciated their concept -- they focus on unique, natural flavors in both coffee and tea, without using syrups. That's something you don't see everywhere, and it makes the experience feel more authentic. The coffee itself was good -- well-balanced and thoughtfully made. It's definitely not a cheap place, but you can tell they care about quality. The service was also great: friendly, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere inside is cozy and inviting, a nice spot to relax and enjoy your drink. The only downside for me was the restroom situation. For a place that pays so much attention to detail, having a clean and comfortable restroom is important -- it's part of what makes a cafe feel truly complete. Groundstack Coffee is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers! The warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff make it an ideal place. The coffee is exceptional--smooth, rich, and clearly crafted with care. Whether it's a classic coffee or one of their creative specialty drinks, everything is top-notch. I liked how when I walked in they asked if I had any questions about their menu. A plus! It's a great spot to hang out or get some work done in a calm and cozy environment. Parking can be a bit tricky with the busy Pacific Avenue traffic, but once you're inside, it's well worth the effort. This is definitely a spot I'll be visiting again and again! read more

It was just a latte flavored drink. I really do miss how the owner made it. I will try to come again and hopefully the mocha will be corrected.
