Best coffee in Stockton! The baked goods are amazing and the staff is super friendly. It's my go to spot when I visit.

A cute coffee shop in downtown! Beautiful indoors and has outside seating. Cons are the parking, but worth it! Baristas are friendly and helped me find the drink for me! I would definitely try this place out.

It's so nice finding cool coffee shops in a downtown area. Although this area of Stockton is pretty empty, Trail Coffee will always have me make a trip to this area of the city. Love the vibe of the shop. Lots of wood elements and plants. Reminds me of my own house. My favorite aspect is that it is a Nicaraguan coffee shop. My husbands family is from Nicaragua so it's nice to have some of their culture around us. My only hope is that they incorporate more Hispanic flavors to their coffee. Whenever I come, I get their Iced Dalgona Coffee with whatever seasonal syrup they currently have. All of their syrups are house made and delicious. My son and I have coffee dates here once a month and I'll try to keep em up!

Stopped here on my way to a conference and it was such a win. Super easy street parking, and the space is so fun, decked out for fall and Halloween with some beautiful plants and even a massive disco ball. Vibes = perfect. I grabbed an Americano and it was smooth and delish. Service was quick and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Definitely a spot I'd come back to if I'm back and would recommend anyone visiting.

Trail Coffee Roasters makes some solid coffees and this location is so cute and welcoming. I used to come more often when I lived in Stockton, but now I mostly only stop by to meet up with friends in the area. One downside is that this location is only open M-F, but I understand since downtown is less busy on the weekends. Inside it's very open with plenty of natural light and a variety of seating options. It's a great spot to get some work done, study, meet with friends or just chill out. On my last visit I ordered a large iced raspberry dalgona drink ($7) and it was delicious. We sat on the comfortable brown chairs and mugs available for sale too. There is street parking available as well as some paid parking lots nearby.

Parking can be limited. Pay at the street meter. Outside patio seating available. Great coffee house ambience with big windows to see downtown Stockton.

CC baked by Willow bakery at Trail Coffee

Trail Coffee has a delish Chocolate Chip Cookie from the new baker (The Baker on Willow) to them. The CC reminds me of the ones Judy G. made. Delicious! Biggest difference is that the chocolate chips in this CC aren't the mini ones. For this CC lover... I like large pockets of chocolate, buttery flavors, and that brown sugar note. Mmm The service is always on point as well. Thank you for the quick chats and your great coffee!

I have started going here. Their white chocolate mocha and chocolate chip cookie are too good.

Cute cozy cafe vibes. Wooden chairs are a tad uncomfy though. I got a matcha latte with oat milk, sweetened with vanilla. Smooth, sweet, and warm. Would go again.

My wife and I drove visited Stockton this morning for a family activity at the children's museum. Prior to, I looked at all the coffee shops in the area and settled on this one even when parking looked like (and is) a challenge. When we arrived there were no less than 4 people working the counter and no one in line to order. We placed an order for two coffees and two pastries. After waiting 10 minutes or so my wife went to the counter for our missing ham&cheese croissant. There was one on the counter and my wife thought it was our missing order. Upon taking it, a young man from behind the counter yelled, "excuse me!" "Is that yours?" "What did you order?!" My wife repeated the order and two staff members took the time to looked through their history to confirm the order and then realized that had made an error. Meanwhile everyone at the cafe looked at us assuming we were committing theft. No one apologized for the mistake! We will be returning to Stockton for the children's museum but never giving this place a penny!

Came across this place through Yelp and decided to check it out. I was welcomed by their golden doodle pup and already knew I loved this place. Ok first off, this dog was so welcoming. Came up, gave a quick sniff, and went back to bed. Like a "hello! Welcome to my store" type of feeling. Lol The barista helped me pick out my drink. They make their own syrups. I believe they have lavender (which I got) and another one. I ended up getting their lavender latte. It was good! Not too strong of a flavor but definitely could taste it. Definitely would go back and try more. Thanks trail coffee!!

The best coffee in Modesto…read more One of only two coffee roasters in Modesto City proper, Milone has been roasting superior coffee for almost 30 years (since the late 80's). It all began as Plantation Coffee Company, a roastery & full service cafe. They closed the cafe part of the business long ago, & today operate as wholesale distributors. Where can you sample some Milone coffee? Several local businesses carry them...Sabatino's, Michael's Pizza, Papapavlo's, Velvet Creamery, & Picasso's, just to name a few. I was particularly impressed to learn that the coffee I had at Sabatino's, which I loved, was just one end of a surprisingly broad & prolific spectrum. From Brazilian roast to Fogburner, there's a roast for every palate. And after sampling just 2 of their roasts, it was easy to surmise that any coffee lover will find a Milone roast that he or she loves. Not a business owner? No problem. You can come in & purchase beans by the pound. But remember that this isn't a full service cafe. I had the pleasure of meeting Scott during my most recent visit. Scott knows everything about coffee. He's basically a walking & talking coffee encyclopedia. He is also beyond personable. A gem. This is the best coffee in Modesto. 5 stars.
