Beautiful location, and seating space. Great for meetups, studying and just a place to sit down and take in the moment. Service was great and employees were helpful. Complementary water and access to the bathroom for guest. Slightly disappointed in their actual coffee presentation as it relates to their social media posts. I was wayyyy to excited about the pistachio latte they shared on their social media ( they presented a green "pistachio" latte topped with a cold foam and what looked like whipped cream) only to present me with a brown coffee that didn't exactly taste much like pistachio. When I asked the employee if that was my drink she said yes. I asked her why it didn't look like the photos they show on their social media and she responded as if she was let down herself. Highly recommend adjusting your social media photos or leveling up on your coffee presentation brew house or you may just have a lot of misinterpreted buyers. read more

Brew House Coffee is now a go to for me. They have a large variety of coffee for many different coffee lovers. I am so happy I found it just walking around Lodi. The first thing I noticed was I loved the decor with all the coffee items and sayings. I really like the openness of the shop and how much seating is available to go and read a book or meet a girlfriend to chat. They also had ice cream and pastries available that I will have to try next time. I ordered the Vanilla Latte with oat milk and it was so good! Creamy and just what I was in the mood for. My husband ordered the mocha and that was also good. I noticed they also served Nitro cold brew and the barista was kind enough to let me try it as I usually like sweet drinks but wanted to try the Nitro. Convenient place to grab something quick and light before walking around town. Everything was very reasonably priced in my opinion. The bathroom is for customers only. It's outside and up the stairs or the elevator and you get the key from the workers. Drink came out right away, food took about 10 minutes. It was pretty busy when I got there, about 9:50am on a Sunday. Plenty of parking this early in Downtown Lodi. The breakfast food selection is nice bc it's not over whelming. This place has some really good potential I may have to go back again to get a better review. But I LOVE the location in Lodi. It's on the strip and when I went they had a market going on in the morning so it was super crowded. The shop itself is beautiful, quaint, authentic, and the tables all had some kind of game on them like chess or cards etc. and I really loved that. But geeezzzz the coffee fell short for me, wasn't hot at all, very milky and no coffee taste. I got a latte so granted I know there's a lot of milk but I couldn't taste coffee whatsoever and I was still extremely tired after. BUT I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because like I said I came on the day they were having a market and it was PACKED in here so maybe it was just really busy and I came on an off day. I'll give them another chance next time I'm in town. read more

Fantastic place I love their loaded burritos and coffee, wonderful service!! I also love how you can sit and do your homework.

The food and beverages were excellent! We were greeted and rung up by a nice young man. But the girls working here were very rude. When we asked for a knife or refills they responded in a very annoyed fashion, almost like they thought we were interrupting their conversations. One girl specifically constantly has a negative expression on her face. It's not that hard to smile! Wish we could score it higher but the two girls definitely ruined the experience a bit. read more

My son and I stop here after golf at Micke Grove (I'm not local to Lodi, and my son lives in Elk Grove. Very much dig the vibe here; staff is warm and patient, the selection of normal barista options (espresso drinks and such) are augmented by wine, cocktails and smoothies. And the food is really good! We like the breakfast burritos, and they also have the usual complement of pastries and cookies typical for a coffee joint. The location offers plentiful parking, and the vibe is quite chill. brewhouse coffee has a lot going for it -- the espresso is always high quality, and their drinks are genuinely really good. the atmosphere inside is cozy and fun, with plenty of games available if you just want to hang out and relax for a while. that said, the customer service is what brings the experience down. the staff consistently seems like they don't want to be there -- not engaging, barely speaking to customers, and often giving off dirty looks while people are ordering. it also feels like there's tension among the team, which definitely spills into the customer experience. as someone who works at a coffee shop in the area, i've also noticed that brewhouse unfortunately has a bit of a reputation among local baristas for being rude or standoffish. it's a shame, because the drinks and environment have a lot of potential -- but until the service improves, it's hard to fully enjoy the space. read more

I looked up a coffee place to try something new, was disappointed with this place, I asked for a Carmel coffee blended, yes like a Carmel frappe, and it tasted like water down chocolate milk... i got a coffee cake warmed up as well and it tasted like dry sponge. No flavor. The two girls working, not welcoming at all. Yes one said hi welcome in, but with the least energy anyone could have. Very quite. Either way I tried this place. Great coffee, great staff, great ambiance. However, my complaint is about the stupid rule they enforced where customers have a 2hr limit on the WiFi. I've never heard of that before at a literal coffee shop. I'm a student and spend lots of time on assignments and use the WiFi for them at coffee shops. I understand if they want to make room for other customers and keep the flow of service moving. However, that is the stupidest policy I've ever heard of even considering I am a paying customer at a coffee shop that IS OPEN UNTIL 8PM. It's so frustrating knowing I can't enjoy completing my assignments at a nice coffee shop that doesn't close before 2pm and have to do so elsewhere after a pathetic two hours. read more

Nestled in a nice location. Staff was warm and friendly. Plenty of parking but 90 min limit for parking. The affogato with vanilla and chocolate + expresso shot was delicious 5/5 and well-priced. The grilled cheese was a 2/5 given it was American cheese and basically good bread with American cheese toasted - nothing special, left a lot to be desired - they should give you cheese and bread options - not worth it. WiFi is usable for only one hour. Only worked on one of our computers. There is other WiFi in the area or your phone hotspot. Nice place to meet to get paperwork or work done for two people. Peaceful ambience. Overall 4/5 given notes above. Would come back but would choose different food options and probably opt for coffee alone. read more

This is a cute little quaint coffee shop in downtown Lodi. Their menu is small but they serve breakfast, lunch, coffee, and beer. They also have a nice little surprise and serve alcoholic slushies! How perfect for a warm evening or a hot day. The service is slow but the staff is nice. We waited about 15 minutes to order and there was just one person in front of us. They have amazing desserts, pastries and gelato. They also serve afogado! Now that was a nice surprise! Now onto our order..... we ordered a cappuccino, a caramel macchiato, and a bacon egg and cheese burrito. Now we wouldn't think that would be too difficult. Our coffees came out and they were made with oat milk; which was not what we ordered. Then our burrito came out and I asked them if it was the bacon egg & cheese burrito and I was told yes. We bit into it and it was indeed not what we ordered but it was a loaded burrito. We took it back to the counter and informed them and they shook their head and remade the correct burrito. I think that someone else took our order of both the coffees and the burrito. They probably need to get customers names and call out the names when calling out the orders. The burrito was bland bland bland. The coffees were mediocre. We will give them another try but for now it's not a place that I will make a point to visit. read more

I really wanted to like this place but it was a little frustrating seeing the disconnect between the staff and my order. Ordered a breakfast burrito and hot coffee (I see the girl grab an iced coffee cup even though I ordered hot) and I got charged for two coffees.. no big deal we can refund it and recharge it, but seems like staff needs training on how to handle that. Additionally after ordering my burrito, a staff starts making one for herself. She gets hers and mine hasn't even started being made yet and I'm looking around while she eats hers. You'd think they'd prioritize the paying customers. On top of that an iced coffee came out which no one claimed but I'm pretty sure that was meant to go to me but I already received it. Overall it's a cool place but they need to get more organized. read more

Food: 4/5 - The iced caramel machiatto was really good and we got a second one after finishing the first one. The food was solid but I felt it was a bit bland for my taste. Service: 5/5 - The baristas were very friendly and patient with us as we went through their menu to decide what we wanted. HORRIBLE SERVICE, person in the front didn't address us, I was waiting for 10mins and when they were very rude and felt like they didn't want to be there. I felt rushed the whole time, as a first time I would want to know recommendations but they just pointed at the board. I felt like they were high while they were working, I smelled a certain odor and eyes slightly red, they kept dosing off especially when they gave me my change they had a hard time counting the coins and just kept giggling, I had to count it to make sure I had the right change and sure enough I was 2 dollars short. HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEE, SECOND GUESS COMING HERE! I came here today with my client who is disabled & has cerebral palsy and we had a very upsetting experience. From the moment we came in we were not greeted by the employee or acknowledged what so ever. We proceeded to find a table & my client placed an order through the app. We waited for his food to be ready for a while & the app did not notify us that it was complete so it had been sitting on the counter for some time before we realized it. (An employee SHOULD call the name of an online order once finished & set on counter). But that did not happen. Eventually I got up to grab 1 of 2 items my client was supposed to receive after waiting a while. I then proceed to ask the girl working behind the counter about the second item, she looks at me with an annoyed face, grabs the item from the fridge behind the counter & gives it to me. I say thanks & she still doesn't say anything and she walks away. After that moment, I proceeded to ask what was there normal procedure for online orders and if they call names than she proceeds to tell me why this place doesn't do so, and she had no accountability what so ever. So I follow up with telling her we were not even acknowledged when we came in & she said if she would have known we placed the online order, she would have done so. Is it not human decency to acknowledge a customer who comes into your establishment? Even prior to making an order? There was no customers inside & not busy at all. My client feels like he was DISCRIMINATED against for being disabled and it was very upsetting to him and me. After she said her comments, I walk away and she proceeds to tell a customer in line about the conversation I just had with her. It looks to be one of her friends & a young man. She's making faces, shaking her head and obviously talking about me & my client, this was VERY RUDE and unprofessional. My client felt uncomfortable dining there. She then proceeds to tell another employee that had just walked in about the exchange, once again as we are sitting a few feet away. This employee needs to be held accountable for her actions so it doesn't happen again. Treat EVERYONE like a human being, BARE MINIMUM! read more

Coffee was good. There policy of carding everyone, including 40 year old's with gray beards is kinda dumb. Then, not taking the digital/scanable CA DMV license that I carry was even more dumb. Glad they got their liquor license back but it's gonna be hard to grab a drink with their silly policy. At least they have good coffee. read more
