Service is amazing! Christina helped me find the perfect size. Lauryn, Victoria, and Erica also provided excellent service and conversation. Store is super cute and clean and great music and vibes! Definitely coming back to get more goodies! And everyone is gorgeous! read more

This place is great. Just stopped in for a look and was pleased to see such upscale, fun, and positive romance accessories. The store was arranged in a circle so I could 'drive by' my favorite section until I was sure what I needed. The local owner/operators are also kind and funny. Defiantly coming back. read more

I had a great experience at Grove today. Sage was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I have never had a bad experience at this location. read more

A cute little adult shop with plenty of interesting finds! Very nice variety, they also had some super cute club/rave attire and some of their games (not all sex-related mind you!) looked like a ton of fun. Will go back again when I'm not on such a tight budget! They also have a sweet little gift bag for checking in here for the first time. Mine was a cute pink "sexploration" toy bag that had a decent sized sample of Sliquid lube and a c-ring. My only gripe (if it can be called that; it's really not a huge deal) is that the c-ring is made of a jelly material, and therefore definitely not body-safe and shouldn't be used more than once. I suppose it's to be expected, since it is a freebie, but something non-porous and easily cleaned (like a little bullet vibe) would have definitely gotten more use! Over all, I can't wait to go back here with more money: I've got quite a few ideas for my next toy purchase. ;) read more

Awesome store. Great tech. New stuff I've never considered to enhance my intimacy and relationship. Check it out.

What an overwhelmingly pleasant experience! I was skeptical but was immediately at ease upon stepping through the door. This place is a one stop shop for all adult accessories. HUGE selection of top quality products at competitive prices. Something for everyone. The staff is incredible: professional, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and ready to answer any and all questions. Check it out & you will be amazed too read more

This is more like a boutique compared to the other shops. It has a small collection and may not have everything for everyone, but but they do have is unique and high quality. read more

This place is awesome. I just moved to the area and I decided to stop by. The staff is friendly and helpful but they give you enough space to browse. They have so many options the variety is great. The place is clean, organized and presented nicely. It doesn't look that big from the outside but when you walk in it's pretty spacious. They even have changing rooms in case you need to try anything on.I will definitely be returning. read more

I love the service we get every time we we go to the Groove. The people who work here are super awesome and helpful. It never feels awkward like it has at other similar shops. This is now my go to sex shop! Their insta has also inspired some ideas for the bedroom so I definitely recommend following them on there too. read more

Amazing customer service and lingerie selection!!!!! As a boudoir photographer at desert lace photography I love going and finding new pieces!!! read more

My second time at this location and I won't go anywhere else. The staff was so welcoming and educated on all products sold here. I was helped by Amanda, she toured us around the store noting all the things she's heard great reviews about and other popular items. I am personally relatively shy when talking about these things, but Amanda made it comfortable and fun. I will definitely be going back. read more

I heard about Groove from some friends who have visited the store's location and after hearing how pleased they were with the merchandise and service, I decided to take a look at their online store. All I can say is WOW!!! Groove has some amazing products for unbelievable prices! I bought a few pieces of lingerie. When my package arrived (it only took 2 days to ship across the country!) I was pleasantly surprised to see that not only did I receive the beautiful lingerie I had ordered but Groove decided to throw in a couple of "toys" and samples. I was impressed with the quality of the lingerie, the super fast shipping, and the overall customer service. A+++! Thanks Groove! You made this girl and her hubby very happy ;) read more

My absolute favorite! Groove always has a great selection of beautiful lingerie for every size and taste. The staff are always so warm, engaging and helpful. Liz and the girls are just amazing and have gone above and beyond for me time and again. The atmosphere is so fun and relaxed I inevitably always spend more time and money than I intend. This is the best place in the valley to buy intimates, toys and all kinds of fun stuff! read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the store is well-lit and clean. A good variety of toys and lingerie.

Hands down, best adult store I've ever been in. Suzie is amazingly sweet, so helpful and really knows her stuff! I told her what I liked and she found me things that I LOVE! I easily spent several hours circling the store spotting something new and exciting at each turn. I will definitely come back again, again and again! I've already raved about Groove to my friends so I know they will be stopping by. :) I look forward to my next fun shopping experience at Groove!!! read more

My husband and I were feeling a little (hahaha a LOT!!!) naughty all day long so we hopped into the car to drive 40 minutes to Gilbert to visit Groove. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the store. Although I liked that it felt more like a boutique. It's very clean, fun and they have very nice, quality products. I ADORE the girls who work there. They cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. They were all so helpful and gave great recommendations. I was a manager in customer service for a long time and I was impressed by how they always made sure that all of their customers were taken care of and satisfied, without being too pushy. Key is absolutely LOVELY. I could've stayed there all night talking with her. The shop looks small on the outside but it is jam packed with TONS of toys to please almost anyone. I've been to many larger adult stores that don't even come close to the great customer service we received or the excellent products they offer. We already have a long wish list for Groove and will definitely be visiting again...and again. Thanks Ladies!!! read more

My wife and I have recently found this store and love it. When we walked in for the first time I was quite surprised by how welcoming the staff were. And the store was neat, organized and very well kept. The staff are very helpful with questions. I definitely would recommend this store. If you have questions ask Erin she know the products. read more

Ah I absolutely love this store. Every time I go I am absolutely so excited and happy to be there. Totally wish I could work there but the workers said it was up to how the owners felt about you. I would die tho I was able to work there. I do enjoy everything about the store. Wish their toys where fully charged every time I went tho so I could see the different styles as I've never seen or felt most of them. My boyfriend always feel comfortable coming with me there. I hope one day I could be in a happy environment like that read more

Very helpful staff. Clean store. Good location. Great selection in different products. Prices not outrageous. Would recommend them. No complaints. read more

I tried to order from this company several times over the last week. Every time I tried to complete the sale thru PayPal it said there was an error and to try again or use a different card. Over a span of 3 days I repeated the attempt with my PayPal account, and then with my Mastercard and my VISA. Nothing worked. On Monday , Tuesday, and Wednesday I used their "contact us" form and explained what was happening every time. As of today, Friday 4/1 no one has responded to any of these emails for help. I did receive a message each time saying they would contact me ASAP. If they can't respond or fix their site then they don't need my business. I thought I had found a new store to shop with but not now. I just ordered the same $75 items with another vendor. Five days is long enough for anyone to respond. Lastly I called PayPal who has handled 99% of my purchases for over 7 years, they stated NO attempted charges for Groove, or any merchant/name, for the amount I was purchasing. I then called my Mastercard and they advised the same - NO attempted charges from them or anyone???? read more

First time here and it was great! So many great products and I loved that everything was spread out and the person that was working there was super nice. I'm definitely coming back here for more products. Definitely worth it!! read more

Just as the other reviews say, this place is classy. The staff was very nice and I didn't feel awkward at all. I heard about this place from a Pandora commercial, otherwise I never would have known it was here even though I've driven by many times. read more

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They have a huge selection of anything you might want, it is clean and professional and the employees are very knowledgeable. I was looking for something specific and they did not have it in stock. The woman we were working with said they may have it in another store and we could pick it up in a couple of days, when she came back, she said it would be there in a couple of hours!!! I would highly recommend anyone to Groove if you are looking to spice things up but don't want to feel like you are in an unclassy environment. read more

Great selection... great prices... friendly people... no weirdos (which is super important to me) I go once a month

Visited the store with my wife to check it out. It's a beautiful store with a cool vibe. All the products were laid out nicely. My wife loved the lingerie. Lots of cool sexy stuff. We had great service. Beth was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is definately our new place to shop. Head and shoulders above anywhere else in town. We'll be back! read more

Love this place. It's classy and has all good stuff! The staff is helpful and I felt comfortable there shopping. Been back several times.

I stop into this store when I am in town to see my family. I always make sure I stop in and see what new products they have, because they always have something new and wonderful. When I first stopped in, I was happy to be greeted warmly and was offered help, should I have a question or want direction. As I am a browser, I was happy to be left alone to wander around until I did have a question. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, but not hanging over you. Besides the great selection and cool staff, this store has easy parking out front and is a fun destination either alone or with a friend. read more

Amazing!!!! So much better than fascinations.... the selection is great and the lingerie is awesome and the wigs are of great quality. I really can't say enough good things about this place. After striking out for lingerie at Fascinations (repeatedly), I checked this place out and was not disappointed. It has an upscale vibe, but at very reasonable prices. The selection is amazing, the store is so clean and beautifully laid out. The toy selection is impressive to say the least. The associate was very helpful and friendly, but not pushy. If you want quality and unique selection lingerie - and not blah lingerie that you can easily find at Victoria's Secret - this is the place for you. read more

Nice selection, amazingly helpful staff, and they even offer a military discount!

This store is great. They were very helpful and patient with me not exactly knowing what I wanted. Liz was especially helpful and easy to talk to. She was a valuable source of knowledge.
