A cute little adult shop with plenty of interesting finds! Very nice variety, they also had some super cute club/rave attire and some of their games (not all sex-related mind you!) looked like a ton of fun. Will go back again when I'm not on such a tight budget! They also have a sweet little gift bag for checking in here for the first time. Mine was a cute pink "sexploration" toy bag that had a decent sized sample of Sliquid lube and a c-ring. My only gripe (if it can be called that; it's really not a huge deal) is that the c-ring is made of a jelly material, and therefore definitely not body-safe and shouldn't be used more than once. I suppose it's to be expected, since it is a freebie, but something non-porous and easily cleaned (like a little bullet vibe) would have definitely gotten more use! It's okay here. I bought a boxed outfit that was marked as a 2x-3x and it was definitely not. Can't return it so I wasted $37 on it and now it's in the trash. It also had a rip where it wasn't properly sewn. Won't be buying from here, order on Shien instead because it's cheaper and they take returns and refunds and it is the same quality. The stockings I got were cute. Employees were nice which is why i'm giving 3*. They did drop a display right by me while I was in line which was loud and nerve racking and awkward. Won't be coming back here but if you don't mind spending a lot of money on mediocre products or you need somethings last minute then it's no issue. read more

My husband and I were feeling a little (hahaha a LOT!!!) naughty all day long so we hopped into the car to drive 40 minutes to Gilbert to visit Groove. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the store. Although I liked that it felt more like a boutique. It's very clean, fun and they have very nice, quality products. I ADORE the girls who work there. They cheerfully greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. They were all so helpful and gave great recommendations. I was a manager in customer service for a long time and I was impressed by how they always made sure that all of their customers were taken care of and satisfied, without being too pushy. Key is absolutely LOVELY. I could've stayed there all night talking with her. The shop looks small on the outside but it is jam packed with TONS of toys to please almost anyone. I've been to many larger adult stores that don't even come close to the great customer service we received or the excellent products they offer. Ah I absolutely love this store. Every time I go I am absolutely so excited and happy to be there. Totally wish I could work there but the workers said it was up to how the owners felt about you. I tried to order from this company several times over the last week. Every time I tried to complete the sale thru PayPal it said there was an error and to try again or use a different card. Over a span of 3 days I repeated the attempt with my PayPal account, and then with my Mastercard and my VISA. Nothing worked. On Monday , Tuesday, and Wednesday I used their "contact us" form and explained what was happening every time. As of today, Friday 4/1 no one has responded to any of these emails for help. I did receive a message each time saying they would contact me ASAP. If they can't respond or fix their site then they don't need my business. I thought I had found a new store to shop with but not now. I just ordered the same $75 items with another vendor. Five days is long enough for anyone to respond. Lastly I called PayPal who has handled 99% of my purchases for over 7 years, they stated NO attempted charges for Groove, or any merchant/name, for the amount I was purchasing. I then called my Mastercard and they advised the same - NO attempted charges from them or anyone???? read more
