She…read moreempathized with my situation and invited me to come in this evening and explained that they are having service issues with their current phone provider and that they do have a voicemail. I really appreciate the prompt follow up and accountability, and I'm excited to go back in and get a bra that we're sure fits *perfectly*. My other bra is wonderful so I have no doubts I'll be able to get this resolved. Thank you, Jen!! --- The service was absolutely lovely, but I'm disappointed I left with a bra that has a band size too large after a fitting on Saturday. Their location is quite far from me so I tried calling at 11 AM and have called 3 times since, trying after 30 minutes each time. I haven't been able to get through at all, and I'm disappointed that there's no voicemail. I ended up emailing them and will update this review with how they respond (if they're able to). If you have a phone number associated with your business, please make sure that it's either available to be called or at the very least, have a voicemail. Forcing customers to either A) Travel a long distance to speak in person or B) call multiple times is frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope they respond positively to my email and are open to either an exchange or refund. The only reason why this review isn't a 1 star is because I absolutely had a wonderful time at the bra fitting and both individuals were very personable.

I stopped into this store hoping to be fitted for two new bras. The store was completely empty, yet…read morethe owner told me I would need to come back on Tuesday to be fitted. The interaction felt dismissive and quite rude. Given that this is a high-end boutique selling very expensive bras, I expected a higher level of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. I stand by my experience and wish you well.

Good vibes! Groove is where it's at!!…read more I felt welcomed, I was greeted by a nice young woman. The store was bright, clean, the merchandising was appealing, and they had a great selection of lingerie and toys. I did not feel worried or awkward the way I did at another adult shop I recently visited. What a breath of fresh air. The store was very clean and had a great vibe. The Groove associate was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and knew the appropriate space to give the customer. That's key and an excellent sales quality. The merchandise was well presented and the lighting was good to showcase everything available. This was an all around pleasant shopping experience. The employee was friendly, there to help, but not hovering. She was great, I felt comfortable with her. The location is strategic and needed in the area. Groove is a non-intrusive adult store located within the community! I saw several customers enter the store after me, which was nice. I want this place to stay. Side Note: if you come in with a backpack, you'll be asked to check it at the counter. I found this refreshing because unfortunately, some people can be shady and you really don't want that kind of clientele shopping next to you. I did appreciate her asking to hold the backpack.

This place sucks. I bought an item that had a sticker price of $90 but when I got home, I realized…read morethat my receipt said I'd been charged $100 + tax. I called the store, and the associate said they didn't have the ability to issue a refund (???) so they'd have a manager call me back. Fine. A manager called me back a week later and said they would not only issue a $10 refund to the card I used, but also that they'd have a $20 gift card waiting for me the next time I came in as an apology for the inconvenience. This was a really nice gesture! However, when I went into the store and asked the associate about the gift card, she just stared at me slack-jawed and said she "wouldn't know anything about that." End of discussion. Didn't say she'd check the back office, didn't offer to call her manager, nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Going to these types of stores can already be uncomfortable, and Groove makes it worse. Go to Castle instead, where the associates genuinely care about ensuring you have a positive experience.

The store was much larger than I anticipated and it was laid out really well. I love that almost all the different toys were able to be held and turned on. As a woman I felt very comfortable inside to be able to shop and ask questions. Will be back again!

(28-46 A-I is their range, I believe, but reach out to them for confirmation on band sizes if you're near either end.) We went through probably a dozen bras, with Gemma providing feedback on the fit of each. (Assistance is on demand and to your comfort level - if you want help into a bra, they're there to help. If you want to do it alone, you'll receive as much or as little feedback as you want.) Some were the right size but not for my shape, some were likes but not loves - she kept bringing back options until we had everything I came for. They even have the ability to notate in the system different styles that worked for you but that you didn't purchase that day. I was particularly impressed with their sports bra selection. It's often way more difficult to find good sports bras for larger breasts that aren't just compression, uniboob devices, and I was thrilled with her suggestions. Will absolutely be back! Thank you, Demi Cup team and Gemma for your assistance.
