She was knowledgeable, funny, very comfortable to hang out with and really listened before offering her expertise - it was like having our own valet that we could have as easily been hanging out with socially. (more like a cool friend than a valet though). Trish has all of the answers for any question you may have, and All of the other folks were also very cool and happy to be there! They have everything you need/want, and nothing you don't...very well thought out inventory and quality products; everything mechanical carries warranties and they have just the right selections without a ton of other stuff. I would not give this place 1 star if Yelp would allow it. The stuff in this store is cheap and of poor quality. I made a purchase and tried to exchange it as the item was extremely loud and it rattled as if there were lose parts inside. I explained to the rude sales lady who acted like she didn't have time to help me because interrupted her personal telephone conversation. She wasn't interested in hearing how loud it was however she was in a hurry to get back to her telephone call. She stated that they'd only exchange due to a manufacturers defect, like if it didn't turn on. Whatever the case, do not shop at this crap hole establishment. Love that all the staff are wearing masks and taking necessary precautions! I originally went in on a Thursday close to when they were 30min to close and the two people helping me at check out were so kind and didn't rush me at all. I did rush myself however hahaha and didn't realize what was / wasn't in my bag. I went back the next day because a security tag needed to be removed and I thought I was charged for this one cute loungewear set that wasn't in my bag. After getting help from Victoria and the other person working there (idk the name but was wearing a really cute all black outfit with a high waisted skirt and a flower mask) both helped me out and showed me it was just a misprint from someone different and misunderstanding. I wasn't charged for the item and found replacement items with Victoria! I cannot stress enough how kind the people are here even for something that wasn't their fault. A review from an entertainers perspective: This is the type of place where you buy an $80 dance-wear outfit and it breaks after one use. The shoe selection is basic, some times tacky. They usually don't carry heals more than what appears to be 4-5 inches (most dancers I know are looking for the aesthetic of a 7-9 inch heel). Lingerie/rave wear/dance wear is minimal in selection as well. Can't say much about other sections of the store, I usually but my toys (ect) at Castle or online. The customer service here is freaking atrocious. There's a rude woman who seems to be there all day everyday (and is blatantly miserable about it too) I could go into detail but her main ingredients are bad attitude with a pinch of resentment. Like I said that lady seems to be there all the damn time, upon my last visit, she was not. This time it was a new guy. So new he felt like harassing me would be a good idea. I mentioned I was an exotic dancer so that he could apply the discount dancers receive and instead he went on about how he'd "get a dance from me ;)" he eye balled me up and down, took forever to ring my shit up, and kept making remarks like "your skin is very pretty" amongst other uncomfortable stuff. Upon leaving he rudely apologized for my profession, adding "I'm sorry for what you do and all the bull shit you have to go through" Do I smell a stereotype? Do you apologize to your waitress at Olive Garden for the shit she "goes through" at work? So out of line. I'm sorry that you are 40 something earning minimum wage in a hum drum ghetto corner store sex shop, have no professionalism and zero capacity to talk to women ‍ Hope you don't visit the store to buy personal items for yourself and/or partner and find yourself being scrutinized by small minded cashiers at check out. The only reason I would come here was because it's a straight shot down the road from work, the manager Cassie is nice but since she has no reign over her below average employees her kindness is only of value to the store when she's the only employee present.
