Their location is quite far from me so I tried calling at 11 AM and have called 3 times since, trying after 30 minutes each time. I haven't been able to get through at all, and I'm disappointed that there's no voicemail. I ended up emailing them and will update this review with how they respond (if they're able to). If you have a phone number associated with your business, please make sure that it's either available to be called or at the very least, have a voicemail. Forcing customers to either A) Travel a long distance to speak in person or B) call multiple times is frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope they respond positively to my email and are open to either an exchange or refund. The only reason why this review isn't a 1 star is because I absolutely had a wonderful time at the bra fitting and both individuals were very personable.

I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. This was a really nice gesture! However, when I went into the store and asked the associate about the gift card, she just stared at me slack-jawed and said she "wouldn't know anything about that." End of discussion. Didn't say she'd check the back office, didn't offer to call her manager, nothing. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Going to these types of stores can already be uncomfortable, and Groove makes it worse. Go to Castle instead, where the associates genuinely care about ensuring you have a positive experience.
