She always made sure I received the right fit and quality of shoes. Whether they be ballet slippers, tap shoes, jazz shoes, or character heels, Ms. Nathalie always provided the best service and quality! If you have a phone number associated with your business, please make sure that it's either available to be called or at the very least, have a voicemail. Forcing customers to either A) Travel a long distance to speak in person or B) call multiple times is frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope they respond positively to my email and are open to either an exchange or refund.
