Thank you, Jen!! --- The service was absolutely lovely, but I'm disappointed I left with a bra that has a band size too large after a fitting on Saturday. Their location is quite far from me so I tried calling at 11 AM and have called 3 times since, trying after 30 minutes each time. I haven't been able to get through at all, and I'm disappointed that there's no voicemail. I ended up emailing them and will update this review with how they respond (if they're able to). If you have a phone number associated with your business, please make sure that it's either available to be called or at the very least, have a voicemail. Forcing customers to either A) Travel a long distance to speak in person or B) call multiple times is frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope they respond positively to my email and are open to either an exchange or refund. The only reason why this review isn't a 1 star is because I absolutely had a wonderful time at the bra fitting and both individuals were very personable.

The interaction felt dismissive and quite rude. Given that this is a high-end boutique selling very expensive bras, I expected a higher level of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. I love being able to find something that no one else has! Also, these suites are very affordable(there is even CUTE suites on the discount rack!) The girls here are so helpful and sweet, they are always honest and help find the best suite for you(what color and shape honestly looks best on your body) I also know that they have many different sizes, so for all you women looking for a certain or maybe larger cup size(carrying up to a size H) they have all different sizes and styles including tankinis, bikinis, one-pieces and so on(plus, swim accessories, flip flops, jewelry, etc.!) They also have these really neat swim suites that leave no tan lines!!! I highly recommend checking this store out, and don't be shy.... ask the girls for help!! During one of my more recent visits, I went in there(it was the same store but moved over a couple doors down)..the new store has an even larger selection...so not knowing really where to start the owner Tricia came over and asked if I needed I help. Even showed us how to sew it. The experience was night and day and I wish we had just come here from the start. Her previous fitting took 20 minutes, with Nathalie it was 1 hour. My daughter felt at ease there. We left with a beautiful pair of Gaynor Minden Lyra's at msrp, NOT marked up. Would confidently recommend this place to any dancer looking for shoes or dancewear.

I'm not sure how many dance shops are in the area, but all of my instructors always recommended this place which is not very close to our studio. The staff is all very kind and knowledgeable which trust me is a very good thing. Dance shoes can get confusing! There are at least three different kind of tap shoes! Dee's also has costume rentals so if you ever need a crazy costume at the last minute Dee's can help you out with that too!
