We had Gabe, Megan, Kyana, and Bailey, to help with a group of 16 guys over four hours. To give you a sample of their contributions: Bailey was QB1 and threw football passes into the pool for our guys to fight over to try to catch. Kyana hit us with well-timed drink deliveries, and was an ace with the water gun. Megan was a spirited flip-cup competitor, secret-handshake-developer, and champagne sprayer. Gabe was a crucial co-planner (we were in touch prior to the event), bartender, and photographer, anticipating many of our logistical needs in the flow of the party. Today I was disappointed, appalled, and made deeply uncomfortable that children were permitted tickets and attendance to this show. We're talking children probably around 6 and 10 years of age. This is the second time I've seen this happen. This is a show that is mature and adult in nature. It's inappropriate to both show children and put the performers in a position where they have to choose between performing striptease for minors or refuse to perform. Personally, I will be leaving the show next time if I discover children have been admitted again and just eating the cost of the ticket. The owner must be fully aware and is allowing this situation to exist. The show itself was very good, but I can't enjoy a show under these conditions.

A man repeatedly tried to touch and interact with us after being told no and after we made it very clear that we did not want to engage with him. When we ignored him, he became increasingly aggressive, started calling us "bitches," yelling insults at us, and eventually shoved one of the girls in our group. None of us ever put our hands on him or touched him. Security witnessed the situation and instead of removing the man who had been harassing us and became physically aggressive, security escorted our group out of the club. They continued allowing him to stand there arguing with us and calling us names while we were being removed. It genuinely felt like security was protecting him instead of the women he had been harassing. After we complained about how the situation was handled, they offered to let us back inside. We declined because at that point we did not feel safe or comfortable returning to a club where someone could repeatedly disrespect us, put his hands on one of us, and seemingly face no consequences. Women should be able to tell a man no without being repeatedly touched, verbally harassed, shoved, and then removed from the establishment while the person responsible is protected. We did not initiate a physical confrontation, and none of us touched him. I'm posting this because people, especially women going out in Scottsdale, deserve to know how this situation was handled. I sincerely hope Cake Nightclub and its management review what happened and take a serious look at how their security team responds to harassment and physical aggression toward guests.

At that point, I honestly felt so uncomfortable with the demeanor and lack of customer service that I had to walk away for a moment. This was not the type of experience I'm accustomed to having here, and it certainly isn't an experience that makes me want to spend my money at Off Chute Too. What makes this especially disappointing is that I actually made the trip over from Scottsdale specifically because I wanted to continue supporting a local business. I know I can purchase the same products elsewhere (at a significantly lower cost compared to the extremely high markups here), but I intentionally chose to come here because I've been a frequent customer and wanted to continue supporting this store. Unfortunately, one employee can have a significant impact on a customer's perception of a business. His attitude and lack of engagement turned what should have been a simple purchase into an extremely negative experience. As a frequent shopper here, as well many others I've recommended to come here, I know customers have choices about where they spend their money. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because experiences like this can easily drive loyal customers elsewhere. It still felt authentic and immersive. Again, several puzzles I haven't experienced before that made you think differently. Every single puzzle (not using more specific words here to protect the secrecy of the rooms) worked perfectly and we were able to navigate without any issues. Throwing us under the bus but we did use a couple hints in each room. Very minimal though! Highly recommend trying their rooms out whether you're an expert or an amateur. It's sure to be fun for all, either way!
