I always love coming to this place! For the past few years, I've always been able to find everything I've been looking for and more. I love the interior as well as the little things like the snacks and drinks you can additionally get with your purchase. Their movies-to-buy section is also pretty neat, the prices on them and the rentals are all very reasonable and it really just has everything you could ask for. I love Superstar Video!! They have great customer service and are always friendly and courteous. The store has a wide variety of movies to rent, new releases and oldies. Plus, if you go on Mondays, new releases are discounted and rental date extended. I especially like the classic films and musicals, which they have plenty of. Employees do wear masks. read more

My children and I love coming here at least 2 to 3 x a week. The owner i believe the young man with glasses is GREAT AND WILLING TO HELP. However I do have an issue with the older mexican man hes very rude and if you ask for help its an issue yesterday my daughter (7) asked him for help location a movie n his response was just look a lil harder then walked off. Hes always in a bad mood. Maybe he should work in the back where he dont have to deal with customers.. Other then that we love this place. read more

Went for the first time yesterday, simply put...a trip through the memory lane. Clean store, well organized, friendly and helpful staff, and a HUGE selection of dvds. Low fees to rent or purchase dvds, with a excellent quality. Easy and quick membership set up. I definitely plan on visiting again soon. read more

Staff is awesome! Always have the newest titles sooner than rental boxes. .99 cents on Mondays even on new releases. I'm there every week since I found out it wasn't a front. Seriously for about 5 years I thought it was and didn't dare to go in, though sometimes I feel like they've got me hooked on their deals! Great rental price and brand new movies previously viewed for under $10. I've always seen this place but didn't think it was ever open. One day I went in since I had just moved in to the same neighborhood and fell absolutely in love with this place. Everyone is so awesome they are always willing to walk around and find a movie if its misplaced. Bob is my walking dead buddy I go in Mondays on 99¢ day and talk about the previous nights walking dead. Haha It's such a family friendly place they have seen my kids getter older and bigger last couple years so it makes you feel good to support that local business. Especially because Matt the owner he is such a nice guy and when his last building burnt down my heart broke for him. I hope superstar never closes. Great selection, cheap rentals and friendly staff.

We've gone to Superstar for years. Even followed them through multiple moves. A local business I wanted to support. Lately though, it has lost its appeal. Today I walked in with my 2 kids. Usually, the clerk will mute or change an inappropriate movie playing. Not today. We left in 2 minutes after hearing 3 F bombs and blatant sexually inappropriate content.
