I called a month ago and made an appointment for a bra fitting, having a hard time finding a well fitting comfortable bra. Camden and Gina assisted in finding me multiple styles to not only wear out to work, but a very comfortable bra for Pilates and several comfortable for around the home or just a quick trip to the store! I have several well fitting bras now in a multiple of unexpected colors that I was thrilled to find and a few more that were ordered that I look forward to receiving soon. There was also a bottle of solution to wash the bras properly and take care of today's investment! Thank you ladies for your time and patience! I am a larger lady and after multiple children, heavy weight loss and implants and removal, it's rather difficult to find a well fitting bra. I truly appreciate the selection available at The Demi Cup! I drove almost an hour to get there and it was time well spent! read more

I had a great experience here today with Gemma as my fitter! I called ahead to see what size range they carry as some recent weight gain has me near the top end of their cup range and I wanted their knowledgeable assistance. (28-46 A-I is their range, I believe, but reach out to them for confirmation on band sizes if you're near either end.) We went through probably a dozen bras, with Gemma providing feedback on the fit of each. (Assistance is on demand and to your comfort level - if you want help into a bra, they're there to help. If you want to do it alone, you'll receive as much or as little feedback as you want.) Some were the right size but not for my shape, some were likes but not loves - she kept bringing back options until we had everything I came for. They even have the ability to notate in the system different styles that worked for you but that you didn't purchase that day. I was particularly impressed with their sports bra selection. It's often way more difficult to find good sports bras for larger breasts that aren't just compression, uniboob devices, and I was thrilled with her suggestions. Will absolutely be back! Thank you, Demi Cup team and Gemma for your assistance. read more

If you're struggling to find a bra that's comfortable for you, please give this place a try!! I've had 2 kids and my bras just don't fit the way they used to. I've been living in nursing bras and sports bras. My husband booked me a fitting here and it was life changing! There were 3 different employees helping me out and they were all amazing when I was feeling pretty awful about myself when I walked in. They reassured me that they would find something I would love, and it worked! They will measure your size and then bring you all different styles of bras to try on. They have everything from minimizing bras, push ups, sports bras, and lingerie. I know as a mom, it's hard for me to spend the time and money on myself. However, this was so so worth it! Thank you guys. read more

I will admit I was skeptical when I walked in and found two very young girls at the helm. Neither even needs a bra so how could they help this menopausally shifting body?? They were sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. She said, "I know exactly what you need." She brought me that bra, and so many others. But of course I ended up with the one she knew I needed from the beginning! read more

This is my second visit to Demi Cup. I've lost weight and needed a fitting and brought my favorite bra that I bought from them last year as a starting point. They are very honest in appraising how the bra fit and brought different sizes and brands to get the fit I needed. Walked out with 3 new bras and 2 being special ordered. Very comfortable easy environment to bra shop highly recommend. read more

Wow! These ladies know their business and take customer service to a new level. My daughter has a difficult time finding good fitting bras. Demi Cup staff hooked her up (no pun intended) and she's back in Minnesota all set for her new job. Thank you for making her feel so comfortable. Dee read more

5*. is not enough!! My wife, Ellen, has had difficulty in finding a bra that meets her specifications for many years in NY,Chicago and neighboring states. Imagine our pleasant surprise when we found The Demi Cup in Scottsdale, AZ near DC Ranch. Ellen was really looking for a good cup of coffee. In her words: I am difficult to fit, due to my petite size and mature age, I needed a very small size and supportive bra, a hard combo to find. Linda (owner) and her daughter, Jen, gave me their time and expertise. A lot of time and patience went into their search. They were wonderful to work with. What a great time. I cant recommend this store highly enough read more

This place is amazing. I had a great bra fitting with Kerina. She really listened to everything that I wanted and was looking for, but threw in really good recommendations too. It is so important to get fitted periodically, as most of us are wearing ill-fitted bras. I highly recommend them to everyone. The cost of my fitting went towards a new bra. read more

A beautiful boutique filled with lovely pieces from carefully curated vendors. Linda was so helpful in helping me select the perfect gift for a bride to be. I love supporting small business owners--this was not just a transaction, but transformational and meaningful. Can't wait to visit again. read more

I'm so glad that I booked a bra fitting at The Demi Cup instead of shopping for new bras online. I have a large bust that has fluctuated in size after having a baby, and I tried on nearly 50 bras for over an hour! Susan was incredibly patient and determined to help me find the perfect fit, and the owner, also visited us frequently to weigh in with ideas and opinions. Both had an encyclopedic knowledge of their inventory and the details of each particular style. Even within the same brands, the fit of each model differed greatly, and I couldn't have come close to replicating the experience online. I left the store with bras that felt and looked better than any I've ever had. Bras are an important daily investment, and I'll be getting all of mine at The Demi Cup in the future! read more

I like this place a lot! Only been once so far but plan to come again! She truly knows the best style and shape for your body to give you both support and confidence! read more

This is the best bra fitting I have ever received. Both the owner and her daughter were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I came in looking for another bra like the one I came in with, and I found a slew of amazing options from brands I had never heard of (that are now among my favorites!) as well as my same bra in another color. The fitting went beyond just size, and they helped me find things that were the most flattering, even when it meant recommending getting something from another store. I walked away with several lingerie sets as well as everyday bras. Best bra store ever! Having lived in Detroit, Chicago, and LA, this is by far the very best!!! read more

I am a long time customer of The Demi Cup for a few reasons which are it is convenient location for me, Linda, the owner, carries one particular brand of bra that I have used for many years. Finally, I receive personal and professional assistance, which is non existent in the big box stores in malls. A good lesson for me is that I am in the habit of relying heavily on Yelp reviews and yesterday I read a very disheartening review of this business and I can only tell anyone interested in this business that I am extremely happy with giving The Demi Cup my business, so, please take whatever reviews you read as very subjective and then come up with your own decision as to whether to give the business a chance. This shop has beautiful lingerie and I'm always made to feel very appreciated as a customer. read more

Fabulous boutique! Linda is exceptionally skilled at bra fitting and sizing. Great selection. Wide variety of sizes and colors. If the shop doesn't have it in stock, Linda will order it for you. Only quality brands here. read more

I kept reading that most women are wearing the wrong size bra, I didn't know I was one of them! I just thought that bras didn't fit and were uncomfortable because that's the nature of the beast! I went to The Demi Cup and met with one of their knowledgeable staff. I found out that I was wearing a band size 2 sizes too big and cup 2 sizes too small which is why my bra straps kept slipping off my shoulders and my boobs were saggy. The staff easily found bras that looked good and fit right! She knew exactly what bras would work for me. Highly recommend! read more

I'm glad I took the drive up to The Demi Cup. Suzanne fit me perfectly and gave me advice on shapes of bra that are best suited for my shape. The bras are high quality and there is a large selection of lingerie. read more

Its been too long since I've needed professional fitting for new bras. As I've aged I've neglected the need to get the right fitting bra. So happy to have found a shop that still performs this skill and while not the most exciting thing to shop for it was a wonderful experience. Susan gave me lots of options and never lost her cool in a kinda busy time. I will definitely be back! Thank you. read more

The most disrespectful experience. Buying a bra should not be uncomfortable and aggressive. On 9/3 I went in to update my wardrobe and the associate did not want me looking around and picking out bras I'd want to try. She told me twice that I'd need a room so I waited. I was then fitted for a bra where I was not able to have privacy in my room to dress and undress myself. The associate brought other bras that were not the ones I originally picked out. The associate would not let me snap and unsnap the bras I was trying on - she had to do it. When I didn't like the style of bras she proposed she then touched my breasts unsolicited and told me I was wrong and that she brought me what I asked for. I'm choosing to write this review so other women have the opportunity to avoid having an experience like mine. There other great stores out there who will provide respect their shoppers. read more

Amazing shop. I've been fitted at some higher end shops and department stores but this was the best experience. Forget measuring. Literally eyeballing it I was fitted with great bras on the spot despite being a less common size. Yes they cost more but these bras last years so overall are actually less expensive, fit better, and are beautiful regardless of size. And of course significant others will love them even more than you do. read more

Linda is AMAZING!! She enjoys making you look beautiful! I had my first professional fitting ever today and I couldn't have been more comfortable. I'm on the thicker side and Linda had beautiful bras that make me feel sexy. I definitely left with more than intended, but my husband loves them all and was happy to spend the money. Thank you Linda/ Demi Cup. read more

Bra emergency solved!! Called Linda, on her cellphone, after business hours, needing a bra that would work for a funeral the next day. My 19yo daughter had bought a dress for her Grandfather's funeral but didn't think to tell me until the night before that she had no bras that worked with it! Even though she was closed for the day Linda told us to meet her in 45 mins and saved the day!! So incredibly grateful. read more

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Went today to buy some much overdue bras as my size has drastically changed during pregnancy. Was able to find the perfect fit and walked away with three bras that will meet my needs both now and post pregnancy. Looking forward to going back for nursing bras when the time comes. read more

I have the hardest time finding bras that fit being petite but full chested, and couldn't get over the personal attention and great recommendations I was given! And they have the pretty bras that Nordstrom tends to run out of often! Save yourself a trip to Fashion Square. This store is a treat and you will leave knowing your true size not just according to their inventory (like everywhere else that just wants a sale), but what styles and sizes will work for you from a variety of brands! read more

I love this store! Linda helped me find bras that were both beautiful and fit perfectly! She helped me find some Marlies Dekkers bras that are beautiful and serve as a bra and camisole. The fit is so good I felt like I was not wearing a bra even though they are a well supporting underwire style. The service was great going beyond my expectations! read more

Linda is amazing! If you have even the slightest doubt that you are in the wrong sized bra, you should go see her for a fitting! She not only could tell what problems I've struggled with for years, she also listened to what I said about the fits of different bras and worked with me to find something that will be comfortable for me. She said I was the toughest case she had all week, if she can help me, she definitely can help you!! read more

This is a great store but more so a great service experience. I am hard to fit and have struggled with finding any bra that fits me correctly. The owner of the store helped me and identified the challenges I have and brought out lots of items for me to try on. We kept refining and I found an everyday bra and a sports bra. It has been almost a week and I am so pleased with my purchases. Will definitely be back. read more

This was a fantastic experience. I had lost a lot of weight and Linda took a lot of time with me to find a strapless for a wedding as well as some bras for every day. I appreciated her patience and how she made the experience so comfortable, and was not pushy for the sale. I will be back next time I visit Phoenix! read more
