I had a great experience here today with Gemma as my fitter! I called ahead to see what size range they carry as some recent weight gain has me near the top end of their cup range and I wanted their knowledgeable assistance. (28-46 A-I is their range, I believe, but reach out to them for confirmation on band sizes if you're near either end.) We went through probably a dozen bras, with Gemma providing feedback on the fit of each. (Assistance is on demand and to your comfort level - if you want help into a bra, they're there to help. If you want to do it alone, you'll receive as much or as little feedback as you want.) Some were the right size but not for my shape, some were likes but not loves - she kept bringing back options until we had everything I came for. They even have the ability to notate in the system different styles that worked for you but that you didn't purchase that day. I was particularly impressed with their sports bra selection. It's often way more difficult to find good sports bras for larger breasts that aren't just compression, uniboob devices, and I was thrilled with her suggestions. Will absolutely be back! I'm so glad that I booked a bra fitting at The Demi Cup instead of shopping for new bras online. I have a large bust that has fluctuated in size after having a baby, and I tried on nearly 50 bras for over an hour! Susan was incredibly patient and determined to help me find the perfect fit, and the owner, also visited us frequently to weigh in with ideas and opinions. Both had an encyclopedic knowledge of their inventory and the details of each particular style. Even within the same brands, the fit of each model differed greatly, and I couldn't have come close to replicating the experience online. I am a long time customer of The Demi Cup for a few reasons which are it is convenient location for me, Linda, the owner, carries one particular brand of bra that I have used for many years. Finally, I receive personal and professional assistance, which is non existent in the big box stores in malls. A good lesson for me is that I am in the habit of relying heavily on Yelp reviews and yesterday I read a very disheartening review of this business and I can only tell anyone interested in this business that I am extremely happy with giving The Demi Cup my business, so, please take whatever reviews you read as very subjective and then come up with your own decision as to whether to give the business a chance. This is the best bra fitting I have ever received. Both the owner and her daughter were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I came in looking for another bra like the one I came in with, and I found a slew of amazing options from brands I had never heard of (that are now among my favorites!) as well as my same bra in another color. The fitting went beyond just size, and they helped me find things that were the most flattering, even when it meant recommending getting something from another store. I kept reading that most women are wearing the wrong size bra, I didn't know I was one of them! I just thought that bras didn't fit and were uncomfortable because that's the nature of the beast! I went to The Demi Cup and met with one of their knowledgeable staff. I found out that I was wearing a band size 2 sizes too big and cup 2 sizes too small which is why my bra straps kept slipping off my shoulders and my boobs were saggy. The most disrespectful experience. Buying a bra should not be uncomfortable and aggressive. On 9/3 I went in to update my wardrobe and the associate did not want me looking around and picking out bras I'd want to try. She told me twice that I'd need a room so I waited. I was then fitted for a bra where I was not able to have privacy in my room to dress and undress myself. The associate brought other bras that were not the ones I originally picked out. The associate would not let me snap and unsnap the bras I was trying on - she had to do it. When I didn't like the style of bras she proposed she then touched my breasts unsolicited and told me I was wrong and that she brought me what I asked for. I'm choosing to write this review so other women have the opportunity to avoid having an experience like mine. There other great stores out there who will provide respect their shoppers. read more

Amazing shop. I've been fitted at some higher end shops and department stores but this was the best experience. Forget measuring. Literally eyeballing it I was fitted with great bras on the spot despite being a less common size. Yes they cost more but these bras last years so overall are actually less expensive, fit better, and are beautiful regardless of size. Bra emergency solved!! Called Linda, on her cellphone, after business hours, needing a bra that would work for a funeral the next day. My 19yo daughter had bought a dress for her Grandfather's funeral but didn't think to tell me until the night before that she had no bras that worked with it! The only place I could find that carries my size 32G they even had sports bras that fit me! My husband was happy that he was welcomed to help and see how they fit before we bought them, after all he was paying ;) Staff was extremely nice and helpful, probably the only place I will buy my bras now.
