I really like this store. However, tonight I was disappointed with their customer service. I live 45 minutes away, so when I shop here I make the trip worth the drive. Skylar is a doll and is always very friendly. Tonight there was a female associate that had no regard for the customer. She would benefit from a coaching from Skylar. She approached me while i was shopping and asked if i needed help finding something. I said yes and told her a certain style in lingerie I was in search of. I never saw her again. I did thd best I could looking on every rack. But no luck. I had 4 outfits that woud possibly suffice, depends how they fit. It was 8:55 pm. I waited at the fitting room and was met by the female associate. She informed me it was 8:57pm and the dressing rooms were closed. WTH how hard is it to unlock a fitting room?. There was another couple heading to check out so it's not like I was the only "last call" shopper. I could wait in line with other items in my basket or, I could spend a few minutes adding mayhe $150 to my order. Seems like the best decision for the business and for the customer. But alas, she refused to let me try on the outfits and explained their 7 days store credit only return policy. I told her if I lived closer, no problem, but im 45 mins away and not planning a trip to the east valley anytime soon. She didn't care one bit. Clearly she had a Something very important to do at 9:05pm. Needless to say- i didn't roll the dice and buy the outfits hoping they'd fit when I got home. I wasted an hour + of my evening hunting around for nothing no outfit for this weekend ;( read more

First time in today and first impression was good. Very clean store with so many options. The girl who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. However, the girl who checked me out asked if I wanted to sign up for their loyalty program and I did but she provided no explanation. My friend checked out next to me a minute later with the girl who greeted us and she gave her a full explanation of the program as well as $2 off for signing up. I figured I also got $2 off and wasn't told but when I checked my receipt when I got home I didn't. Not a huge deal but it really should be a universal conversation and discount especially when it happens minutes apart between friends. read more
