I was so busy shopping that I completely forgot to take pictures which is a first for me! I ended up finding a gorgeous black jacket with beautiful gold trim and it's absolutely stunning. It has that polished elevated look that makes a simple outfit feel luxurious. And apparently I have to go back in a couple months to use the next $75 credit:) even without the credit, this is definitely a store to splurge on something special. The service was fine, nothing memorable but the selection and quality made for a very enjoyable shopping experience.

Clothes ranging anywhere from 2 - 25 25 being the most expensive thing I saw there. Some friends and I stopped by after visiting the Denny's across the street because none if us wanted to go home. My friend found an extremely fashionable and cozy warm jacket for under 15 dollars and it wasn't even on the sales rack! I got the cutest pair of black sweatpants from the sales rack for 7 dollars and they fit like a glove. Tight in all the right places and loose in all the right places. They make you feel like a queen the second you walk in with hellos and don't bombard you with sales or just to let you knows. Cashiers are always visible and willing to help you. I will be going back and I hope to see others visit too. One of the best retail experiences you could have.

When I browsed through the shop there was a lot of Louis Vuitton, Coach, with a smattering of Gucci, Prada and some Balenciaga handbags in good shape. Prices were very reasonable for the Balenciaga bags I looked at. There was also a very nice Bottega Veneta up for sale was well, and a small selection of Louboutin shoes in great condition. In terms of smaller items, I did see a section of some wallets by designers such as LV and Gucci. The owner, Rose is a sweetheart and can procure more exclusive brands as well, such as Chanel and Hermes if you have the coin. All the handbags are authenticated before they are put on the sales floor. I had fun chatting with Rose, talking about our own handbag preferences and styles. I asked about consigning items with her too, and she will typically either buy the bag from you or put in the contract that she will not sell below a certain price, something which I am very appreciative of. I've been so annoyed when I've signed over my items that I paid a lot of money for only to find out the consignment shop sold them for a pittance so they could get rid of stock. If you have a phone number associated with your business, please make sure that it's either available to be called or at the very least, have a voicemail. Forcing customers to either A) Travel a long distance to speak in person or B) call multiple times is frustrating to say the least. I sincerely hope they respond positively to my email and are open to either an exchange or refund. The interaction felt dismissive and quite rude. Given that this is a high-end boutique selling very expensive bras, I expected a higher level of customer service and professionalism. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. It felt as though assumptions and biases were being made based clothing I was wearing or my perceived financial status or more. During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.
