I went to pick up a curbside order. The individual who brought my item to me told me to look at the product. When I looked at the box I said whoa this thing might be too big for me and it's my first time ever buying a toy. It's a King cock 9in and she tells no I'll be fine. She also tells me it came with batteries because they had to test it. I get home and the thing is humongous like no way is it gonna fit but I'm aware of the return policy so I'm thinking ok F it I'll use the benefit of the vibration. Just moved to Glendale from Mesa not long ago, figured I'd check out this location since it's not far from my house, and I was pleasantly surprised! I've been to a Fascinations before a couple years back, and it wasn't nearly as well-met as this one. The ladies working there were so nice, helped me out with some lingerie/a couple bras, advising me on how they tend to fit, and they let me try some on in the fitting rooms just to be sure. I've purchased a few things from this place before but I'm left very disappointed after my purchase last night The lady who helped me was very very helpful, I wanted to get a tail with a plug at its end and after looking at several I finally found one that I had liked, I picked up my husband so he could see it and he agreed that he had liked it too and we decided to purchase it. I don't know how I missed it and the lady helping me had missed it, but where the plug and the tail connects is hanging by a thread, I called to see if I could exchange it (I haven't used it yet, but I did clean the silicone plug that comes attached (barely attached, I should say!)) and the lady I spoke with cut me off before I could even finish my sentence and jumped down my throat telling me that there was no way they would take it back, I asked for the manufacturers name and she gave it to me so as I was writing it down I said I had one more question (I was going to ask if they had the manufacturers number) and she immediately hung up on me, I'm so disappointed with this purchase especially after being a loyal customer for almost a year I thought they'd at least be kind with me while I was trying to find a solution to the issue. If I ever go back I'll probably always leave if the lady that I had liked isn't there, she was extremely helpful and answered a lot of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase and I absolutely do not blame her for what happened (she is without a doubt, the best person in there, I wish I had her name so I could share it with everybody). I just wish I could have spoken to somebody today who cared about my concern and would take time to listen The tail was $75 I ended up spending just under $100 with everything I had purchased which is honestly a lot of money for me so I wish the tail could have lasted longer than 24 hours without use. I will be contacting the manufacturers to see if they could help me, since I obviously won't be receiving it from this end. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but, unfortunately, Yelp requires me to give at least one star. I purchased products at the Paradise Valley location and was told that I could return any of the clothing items, including lingerie, to any location for an exchange or store credit. I just went to the Glendale location and was told that their definition of "apparel" does not mean lingerie and panties. I was told that even though all of the Fascinations in the valley are owned by the same person that the store manager gets to decide what's included in the definition of "apparel". The dictionary says that "apparel" includes all clothing, not just what they think it should mean. There's absolutely nothing in writing that says that they will not return nor exchange any of these items. So be cautious when you shop at this store as you are likely going to be told something different than what their, in writing, policy states. read more

Worst service ever!! Wasn't greeted when I walked in right in front of the 2 young ladies that were working the floor, walked the store for 10 minutes and was never approached, finally found what I needed, batteries at the register, I had to yell "hello" to be checked out! very rude and more interested in getting the task of a floor set done then helping a customer or the very least acknowledging one.
