Wow! This was the best experience ever at an adult store. Not overly big on sales pitches or follow you around type employees that you typically get at stores like this. Alicia T. is phenomenal! Madi also helped answer some questions about toys. But Alicia went above and beyond and I could talk to her for hours. She is friendly and speaks very passionately about products. I am so excited to go home and try out my new toy! I've been to stores all over AZ and never had someone spend the time to really figure out the right toy and recommend something so highly before that they actually use! So me and my husband got married on may 5th and yes we are a gay couple and we went in and a great girl by the name of Hollie helped us out. I LOVE this Fascinations!!! Every time I go in there they are always very nice, very knowledgeable, offer their help if you need it and let you have your own privacy to look around. I hate when you go into a sex store and the people that work there are creepy.... You definitely don't feel that here... the people are way cool. Great service, awesome inventory, and the prices are are of the lower average range, which is very acceptable! walk through the door and within 2-3 steps you are politely and motivatingly greeted. They will walk you through the store and shop with you if needed and the talk can get as naughty as the lingere! lol So dont be afraid to ask just about anything there, they are very professional to the shy and can require a seat to sit on from laughing so much if your unscathed the chat only gets better! I have visited several adult stores in the Phoenix area including your biggest store. I find that the Glendale store is my kind of place. The sales people are all very personable and knowledgeable. It is great to have this store in my neighbourhood. There is a manager who flips between stores (I simply can't recall her name) who is particularly helpful. You have a good selection of products that are all quality made. Your presentation and selection for clothing is fantastic. Staff member Jessica was extremely helpful (and very cute) to my wife and I. She suggested several products and was very knowledgeable about each product. She even offered better alternatives to the items we had chosen. The store itself was very clean and organized. Very easy to find items. Despite the location being small, they have more than enough product to fill the store and a large variety at that. I like this store! It is always neat and clean, feels like you are walking into a department store instead of some hole in the wall sleepy store. The staff are friendly but non intrusive, they do not hover and make you feel sleezy or like they are waiting for you to steel something. I love the store for the cleanliness & organization of products, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff and the overall "fun" feeling I get when I go there.
