We did no cancer treatments since it would not have been good for her physically other than giving her some pain meds........ Early one morning last July 2025 she unusually woke me up early and wanted to go outside and she just watched birds and nature for about an hour before she looked at me and I could feel in her face and eyes she was telling me it was time for her to leave us...... I called Shawna at Circle L Animal Hospital and asked if the vet could come to my vehicle and Shawna said "Of Course" and for me to call when we arrived... I parked as directed at the private door and Shawna came out immediately and talked with Patti for about 5 minutes and I could see that Patti bonded with her and then the vet came to Patti's passenger side of the vehicle... The Vet gave Patti a shot to tranquilize and immediately another shot for sleep .... Patti was gone almost immediately ..... It is never easy losing a pet but Circle L personnel treated Patti like their own and made a very difficult day as positive as possible...... I think it is important to know my experience with Circle L when you may have to make that very difficult choice.....

That says a lot to me about the care they received while we were away. Getting pictures of our dogs looking happy and content during their stay made us smile and gave us peace of mind knowing they were doing well. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were when our travel plans went completely haywire through no fault of our own. Having unexpected travel problems is stressful enough, but being stranded in another state and not knowing when we would be able to get home to our dogs added a whole other level of worry. Wags and Whiskers worked with us, made sure our dogs could stay safely in their care, and took one major worry off our plate. We have multiple dogs with different personalities, so finding somewhere we feel comfortable leaving them is important to us. Seeing them happy and relaxed both in the pictures and when we picked them up told me we made the right choice. I appreciate knowing that a professional is caring for them, especially if we're out of the country. A few reasons I love having Kelly as a pet sitter: 1. I can tell she genuinely likes our pets and enjoys visiting them. 2. She's a great communicator. She made sure she had all the info on shots, vets, food, etc, etc before our first trip. If there's an issue (like an escaped cat in our case - our fault), we hear from Kelly immediately so we can help resolve the situation. During our last trip, we even got a text of the dogs on a walk! 3. She's super responsible. She won't stop caring for our pets until she knows we're home. So if we get stuck in snowstorm or have a delayed flight, our pets are the last thing we have to worry about. In short, knowing she's caring for our pets gives us a peace of mind while we're gone.

Good: Took my poodle mix for groom here for the first time and the overall experience was fine…read more Staffs were courteous. Picked him up after 3 hrs. Was charged $68 which is quite standard. They include nails trimming, anal gland expression, bath and cut. Nails were trimmed smoothly which i asked for. Bad: my dog would return home the first day and start to scoot. We noticed redness down his butt but it wasn't as bad since it was the first day. Over the last few days, we noticed he was very bothered and now there are scabs. The redness was deeper too. Called the groomer to tell them to put a note for future reference, and the receptionist was quite defensive and said it is normal with razor burns. She did not apologize right away until later in the call, which i don't appreciate.

As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

The staff is amazing and they take great care of my pups. One of my dogs needs medication and they give it on schedule with no issues. I would highly recommend.

This boarding facility almost killed my dog and didn't even apologize or refund any of his stay…read moreeven though we had to pick him up half way through his stay. I boarded my dog here for what was supposed to be a six night stay over Christmas while we stayed with family about 15 minutes away. After three days they called me to tell me that they hadn't been able to feed or give water to my dog and hadn't bothered to call me even though I had emailed every day and told them I could come get him if they were having trouble. He is very aggressive towards people he doesn't know so I called beforehand to make sure they would be able to handle him and they assured me they could. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Three days without food or water could've easily killed him and we couldn't even get an apology. On top of that, they left the leash on him in his kennel (which he then chewed off - they also decided they wouldn't pay to replace the leash) so he easily could've died if it caught on something. Lastly, they didn't clean out his kennel so he was in a small cement room without food or water, attached to his leash, and laying in his own poop and pee. I cannot emphasize how awful this place is. They couldn't do the bare minimum and apologize or give a reason as to why they didn't call us or respond to my emails. It was beyond unprofessional and considering this was about our dog who we love very much, the owner could've done ANYTHING to make this better but all he did was tell us he "didn't want to have a back and forth so we should leave the premises." Please please please if you care about your dog, take them ANYWHERE else. Literally anywhere. Leaving them at home alone would be better than leaving it with these incompetent, unapologetic boors. I can only pray that they will be shut down before they actually kill someone's dog.
