My pup, maltipoo - Sunny, had a slight limp after long day hiking so I thought a doggy massage might do the trick. Sunny liked Frank right away, after a few minutes playing with him they were like best friends. Still for massage Frank asked to put a mussel to prevent possible biting. I can not say that I liked that as Sunny never bites. I guess I understand that other dogs have sharp teeth and maybe bite but ok. Sunny was so happy afterwards and seemingly enjoy the massage a lot and less limp plus energy. We will definitely have to do this again in a week or so, thank you!

They really explained everything and they were both so wonderful. I was understandably a little frustrated because they didn't really give me a diagnosis as to why my sweet dog was acting the way he was last week throwing up multiple times and then throwing up blood and refusing food but they did their best to try to figure it out. The front desk staff isn't so great.... One of the ladies in particular was very rude and demanded I leave a deposit before my bill was worked out. I decided not to do an X-Ray and they needed them to take that off my bill before I had to make a deposit. If I wanted to leave and get lunch I still had to pay which is understandable but the tone was unacceptable and when I went to pay at the end of the visit my bill was more than expected. So, I thought they made a mistake again. They ended up taking off what they should've and the bill was correct but of course that same lady had a lot to say about everything and I just didn't want her opinion. I wanted her to have a little empathy and kindness. I was frustrated that the doctors never really figured out what was wrong with my dog and needed to have a follow up visit and I was frustrated that I really got no answers and ended up paying almost $450 when I had already gone to another emergency vet last week and paid around the same amount! That's a lot of money for anyone. I got here at 11 am and left at 4:40! That's a very long time for my sweet dog to be there. I have to come back on Monday because they need bloodwork checked again. I'm not looking forward to seeing the receptionists again, but I do look forward to working with the staff that works directly with the dogs. This place would be so much better if they had different receptionists. There was one lady at the reception desk that was nice, but the others were just rude. They all need a lesson in empathy.

This vet is great! I adopted a dog that happened to have kennel cough(its common, it happens…read moresometimes) and they have done everything in their power to help my sweet girl! They even call to check up to see if they need to intervene more. They were the only vet that I called and could get her in same day. From the first visit, I could see they were caring, efficient and not trying to gouge me for money. They also work very quickly and can usually diagnose the problem in under an hour if not sooner. My dog is also pretty calm when she goes in meaning I think shes knows they are not going to hurt her and are only going to help her. Although this vet is a little far for me, I will continue to go here knowing they actually care as much as I do about my furry family! Thanks Paradise Point! Keep up the good work!

So about two years ago, I took our new cat there. I saw Dr. Garthe. People rave about her but she was cold and had a dismissive attitude toward me. I did not go back. I also find it super weird that her husband is the one that responds to the reviews in Google. I'm guessing he's an "employee" office staff since she is the doctor and acts like she doesn't have the time to speak to you. Do not go here.

We did no cancer treatments since it would not have been good for her physically other than giving her some pain meds........ Early one morning last July 2025 she unusually woke me up early and wanted to go outside and she just watched birds and nature for about an hour before she looked at me and I could feel in her face and eyes she was telling me it was time for her to leave us...... I called Shawna at Circle L Animal Hospital and asked if the vet could come to my vehicle and Shawna said "Of Course" and for me to call when we arrived... I parked as directed at the private door and Shawna came out immediately and talked with Patti for about 5 minutes and I could see that Patti bonded with her and then the vet came to Patti's passenger side of the vehicle... The Vet gave Patti a shot to tranquilize and immediately another shot for sleep .... Patti was gone almost immediately ..... It is never easy losing a pet but Circle L personnel treated Patti like their own and made a very difficult day as positive as possible...... I think it is important to know my experience with Circle L when you may have to make that very difficult choice.....
