As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

I will never go anywhere else. Period…read more I have tried almost all of the other grooming places in Flagstaff. No one seemed to be able to handle my dog with grooming. My poor pug had previous surgery on his paw, and getting his nails done was always a catastrophe. After my first experience with Our Dog Wash, it was like night and day. All the women there have YEARS of experience and really know how to handle a needy dog. (PSA Robbie is the best!) They are experts with what they do and always do such an amazing grooming job, despite being busy. I get him groomed monthly, and they have zero problems doing his nails!!!!! He also gets anal gland release, full bath, and ear clean. Additionally, my dog doesn't cower in fear going inside, he actually wags his tail and walks right back with them! They are so sweet towards him. I now have my family going here as well, and we've had nothing but great experiences. Thank you for taking care of my baby!

For just over $25, I was able to use the tub without breaking my back or doing yoga poses to give our big girl a bath. She's about 70 pounds so this place was a huge help. The touchscreen guides you through a multi-step process. The water took a while to warm up - like a good two minutes, but once it did it was a steady stream of soapy water for the initial step. Then it moved onto the conditioning - or was it the flea bath? I forget all the sequencing, but it was easy to follow along all the way through the drying process. The young woman who checked us in explained the process. Gave us extra towels and guided us to the various brushes from which we could choose. Showed us where to properly discard everything. Then she returned to her cave in the back. Lol. My Black Mouth Cur didn't really need the grooming table and I keep her nails grinded down, but they do have that plus nail trimmers & other grooming tools. This place was clean although it was just us that morning before 9 for about a half hour on November 23, 2025. Parking was free & plentiful. Again, I'm such a fan and my dog did very well in great part due to the easy set-up.

We had some specific instructions around his sanitary area, specifically his scrotum area, no shaving!! They called to say he had some matting and needed to go a little shorter. However when we picked him up he had been shaved all over including sanitary areas. She said he might be "a little bothered" for a few days since she buzzed his scrotum area. He constantly sits down mid walk and licks furiously, he is a lot more than bothered, he's miserable. She even shaved part of his tail! She just wanted to buzz him quickly and didn't want to take the time to brush him and do as we requested, she commented that she was "very busy" today. Needless to say we will not go back! If she is an experienced groomer I guess I'm thankful I didn't get a groomer just starting. Please don't take your doodle here.

My dog was acting strange, so we brought him in. Turns out he had a mass on his spleen that burst…read moreand he needed emergency surgery. The vet cleared their schedule for the afternoon to make sure the surgery was done and they kept him on watch for 2 days. My dog received great care and he loved all the docs and techs that saw him, which if you knew how stubborn my dog is, you'd know how big of a deal that was. We are full time nomads so he's been to his share of vets across the country, but I honestly believe this has been his favorite vet. Unfortunately, the mass on my dog's spleen turned out to be an aggressive form of cancer, so his best prognosis is 3 months. I don't blame the vet at all- if they wouldn't have done the surgery my dog would already be gone, so I'm very grateful to Aspen Vet. Thank y'all so much for your kindness, compassion, honesty, empathy, and care.

Very poor customer service. I woud not take my animals here. We had a canine emergency at 5:00PM…read moreand their phone message said they were in a meeting. So we waited over half an hour waiting for the meeting to be over. When we saw their staff leaving in the parking lot my wife stopped one of the cars and ask for help. The staff person we talked to said we don't do emergencies. We went to Continental Animal center and they handled our emergency in a professional manner. Our dog got quilled by a porcupine. We needed the quills taken out. This Aspen Vet Clinic has a great web site but its not true. We have been customers since Dr. Conley Westover statred this clinic (over 30 years ago) and i'm sure he would not appreciate the lack of service we got.
