I figured bc she's a big dog it was just a long thorough process. I called 3 hours in and they hadn't even taken her to bathe yet. She'd been laying in a kennel for 3 hours! As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

Instead of speaking to me and telling me she could not sell me any fish today she put up a note saying fish sales for the day were done. then disappeared without explanation. i am not mad about the fish sales being finished for the day, i am upset about the lack of customer service or interaction. i left with out buying anything. i went to Petco and was helped very well by their staff and i spent a lot of money. i will not be returning to Pet Smart, maybe train your employees to actually speak to customers.

The vet cleared their schedule for the afternoon to make sure the surgery was done and they kept him on watch for 2 days. My dog received great care and he loved all the docs and techs that saw him, which if you knew how stubborn my dog is, you'd know how big of a deal that was. We are full time nomads so he's been to his share of vets across the country, but I honestly believe this has been his favorite vet. Unfortunately, the mass on my dog's spleen turned out to be an aggressive form of cancer, so his best prognosis is 3 months. I don't blame the vet at all- if they wouldn't have done the surgery my dog would already be gone, so I'm very grateful to Aspen Vet. Thank y'all so much for your kindness, compassion, honesty, empathy, and care.
