I like to make a lot of grilled cheeses. I experiment with a lot of different ingredients when it comes down to what goes into a grilled cheese. I also like poutine, but find it hard to get a good poutine outside Canada. But today a friend and I tried the Grilled Cheese Gallery. We had the Gallery Steak Poutine to start. It was real tasty, an excellent gravy, the fries were cooked just right and the cheese curds were just as I expected for a poutine. The ribeye, the onions and kale are what really made that poutine over the top delicious. For my friend got the Southern Belle and although I did not taste it looked really good. My friend thought of it as one of the best grilled cheese he ever had that featured crispy chicken. I got the Duchess, and I really enjoyed it. It was full of lobstah (pardon my Boston native language) and I could taste the lemon, the cheeses as well for the paprika in this beautiful grilled cheese. Dipping it into the chipotle aioli was just the icing on the cake for the sandwich. By far one of the best grilled cheeses I ever had and when I go back, I'll get it again after I try something new. Along with each grilled cheese they serve it with a little sauce cup with Tomato soup. I loved it because it tasted fresh. The next time I'm eating here I will probably will get a bowl so I can enjoy the soup some more as well dip my next sandwich in it.
