We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing everything tasted, which is something people are still talking about. As a Black woman, I can't help but notice these things, because they add up over time. I'm not saying this was intentional, but it left me with a strong impression about the level of care and attention given to guests (or candidates) who aren't proactively advocating for themselves. I really wanted this to go differently. Cooper's Hawk has a great reputation, and I was rooting for a good experience -- both as a potential employee and future customer.
