If I could give zero stars for this business I would. The management support staff is almost nonexistent. Trying to have them help you with an abnormal situation is impossible. The simple fact that the manager would rather have me call corporate to have a situation handled is completely unacceptable. They are very money driven money hungry business and they refused to take care of their customers when they know that they're in the wrong. Coming from writing service and managing shops for over seven years I can't believe the way that the manager acted in front of me today. So I wanted a newer truck and bought a 07 ram 2500 it was in the shop more than in my position I put 200 miles on it and traded it in on a 14 ram and lost 6k and paid full price on the 2014. A few years ago I would have left a bad review for this place but my opinion has improved. My main beef before was regarding the parts department. As a classic car owner (1968 Charger) it's easy to tell how far a dealer is willing to go to work for you. Call it a litmus test of sorts; if you immediately get the cold shoulder when asking for help with a rare or unusual car or part you can tell they don't care. These days Gresham Dodge (and Dodge in general) seem a lot more willing to help classic car owners out with at least some sort of useful information. A recent example of their willingness to help came with my 1994 Dakota pickup. By doing a little extra legwork they were able to save me about $250 on a fuel system repair. Parts for this thing are getting harder to find too but instead of just ordering the part from Georgia, which they were going to do, James and one of his mechanics got on the phone and started calling around to check on aftermarket parts. They were able to find the part locally and it was made by the same company that makes them for Dodge (Delphi). Aother positive thing is that they recently remodeled the dealership providing more customer parking with a nice new showroom and parts room. Finally, the dealership began hosting a classic Mopar show a couple years ago and I entered my 68 Charger last summer. I got 2nd place in a category I can't remember and I got to meet a lot of nice people. I don't really care about car shows and trophies but my point is that one of the parts guys organized it and the dealer paid to feed the crowd, they bought the plaques and prizes and did a lot of work to make people feel welcome. The event was well-organized, the place was clean and there were several volunteers there to make things run smooth. To me this says Gresham Dodge is now in the business of trying to win new customers and keep the old ones happy. The only thing I might suggest to them is that they reconsider providing loaner cars for repairs that might take a long time. My Dakota broke down on a Friday and due to the pending weekend, poor parts availability and complexity of the repair, I was without my pickup until the following Tuesday. I made due but it would have been nice to have something to drive, even if it cost a little extra. read more

Absolutely the shadiest service department I have ever visited. Absolute nightmare dealing with this place; 6 months of trying to fix my Jeep. So-called Service adviser Keith Weisgerber is a fraud and attempts to rip off customers with parts they don't need. Service manager Steve Becker is a snake oil salesman at best. Been here several times with transmission issues they have been paid to fix, but have not been able to repair. They've been paid over $3000 and now refuse to repair the Jeep and refuse refund. This service department put me through the third degree and drug me through the gravel. Absolute worst service department I have ever been to; cannot emphasize that enough. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau and filing complaint with Attorney General. PLEASE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I worked with Zach in the sales department on a used Jeep. Living in another state there was a lot of information to be confirmed by phone, pic. etc. Yet when we flew in to purchase the Jeep, we discovered there was no AC - a requirement of ours. When questioned, Zach even confirmed his manager sent him out to verify it had AC before we flew in. He stated he went outside and turned the dial to cold and it blew cold so it had AC......it is winter - of course it blew cold!! But that is not AC! To compound matters and make them worse, the sales manager offered us $1500 off to pay for retrofitting AC to the Jeep. When I asked to see the kit list so I knew what to take to my local dealer, I got a lot of run around and pushing to make the deal without producing such a list. When I pushed back, he finally admitted no OEM retrofit existed and that it would be aftermarket......yet he couldn't produce a kit. He only showed replacement compressors from some auto repair store and tried passing that off as a kit cost. Then he tried pushing us to a different Jeep with an automatic even though MY stated requirement was a manual since negotiations began the week before. I feel like I was manipulated and lied to at every turn by this dealership. No excuses or apologies. No attempts to make this right in any way. The LOWEST they will go, their BOTTOM line was the sticker price. STICKER PRICE! LOL! Get outta here with that noise. We all know it's not your lowest and we were definitely expecting to pay MORE than we had offered - (this is what you do with a used car, you haggle, I mean isn't that the fun and exhilarating part??). Utter incompetence. My husband called the service center and asked if they had the parts for two recalls on his Dodge Charger. They said that they had the parts for the Takata airbag recall. He proceeded to make an appointment for 10:00AM a week in advance. He drives down to the dealership and they tell him," we're backed up and won't be able to get to your car for a few hours." My husband says okay, whatever, he didn't want to argue. So he calls me to come pick him up and I do so. One hour later he gets a call from the dealership and the arsehole says," oh we pulled your car in to work on it and realized we ran out of the parts. Sorry for the inconvenience." Why the hell would you have a person come in and then after they leave call and say you don't have the parts? Who in the f*ck is running the parts department there. You wasted our whole morning with your incompetence, you dicks. I guess we won't be going to Gresham Dodge to fix the recall stuff. Who wants to deal with morons like that. So I bought my Dodge Ram here and brought it for the 1st free oil change. All went well with me but I seen customers in the service office complaining. Then I took it in for a oil change #2 and they said fuel filters were due up so I went ahead and did those. Again at checkout there were customers complaining. I joked with the ladies about the bad service and how I was lucky that it wasn't me. I spoke too soon. I took the truck on a road trip to California. While in California I smelled diesel and the whole trip I was using more diesel then normal. About 4 days into my trip I noticed a puddle of fuel under my truck. I tried to drive it to the nearest Dodge dealership but it was so iffy I pulled over and called a tow truck. Mind you I was on my way to a theme park this day with my family. The truck finally got to the dealership and luckily they had the parts in stock to fix it. They explained to me what was broke and how it was the dealerships fault. Overtightened parts caused the filter housing to crack. I took pictures of the proof. The day was totally ruined. I spoke with the service manager (who was already relieved of his duties when I returned to the dealership) about the problems I was having. When I returned to the dealership I asked for compensation for my time, loss of diesel, and a full detail because my truck was filthy from leaking diesel. The new service manager and manager told me they already fixed the problem?! The problem their dealership caused!! The problem I paid to get fixed that they didn't!! I had to fight for minimal compensation. They gave me a small $$ amount and vouchers for a car wash they probably get highly discounted or free. Just a shame that the managers had no sympathy for the day lost or fuel lost on my vacation. Let alone the danger my family was in from the leaking diesel. This is the worst service department we've ever had the unfortunate privilege to waste our money at. We called the service team for a quote on a key fob, got a quote and schedule our appointment. Fast forward 2 weeks later, we get a higher price than what we were quoted. Apparently the hourly labor went up, and 2 other items were not quoted at all for us. My husband brought this to their attention when the work was complete (because no one confirmed the quote prior to the work being started). I called right after he left and was told multiple excuses but none of them were I'm sorry, and that I would get a phone call back to see what could be done. I was even asked if the cashier offered a discount to my husband and said no, still no discount offered there.....also never got a phone call back. They have the WORST customer service in their service department I have EVER seen. They have no mechanics there on the weekends they only do oil changes! Guess what? Some of us actually have to work Mon-Fri and are only available on the weekends. They suggested I drive to McLoughlin Blvd to there dealership! Took my Durango in for a repair. I was told it would be 2 hours. Went to waiting room to wait. After 2 hours 45 minutes I went to check on the status. First they couldn't find my vehicle in their computer. Next they couldn't find the paperwork. Then I was told that they hadn't even started on it and that it would be at least another hour. I should have read the reviews for this dealership before bringing my Jeep in for some maintenance! We just moved here and definitely still have to find another Jeep dealer to service our vehicle. There are too many things that this dealership lacks, but in a nutshell they have no idea what good customer service is or any customer service for that matter. They don't know how to return a phone call from management down and obviously don't care about the customer's satisfaction. Our service tech was Jason (who NEVER answers his phone) and the service manager, Kevin is no better. I guess how do you expect employees to return calls when their superiors don't bother. They went above and beyond my expectations. I bought a used Honda Civic from them. Soon after I realized the CV Joints were bad; however, I didn't purchase a warranty. All my friends told me I was screwed. Technically they didn't have to fix this issue. When I contacted Radu, the sales guy, he said the manager, Majid, agreed to fix things at no charge. Well I tried to give them another chance but they SUCK on all levels. My brand new truck's headlight went out. It took them two hours, they forgot to put a screw back in because they could not find it and then shut the hood on the screw as it was sticking up. I did not notice it until I got home. I called them and went back in(waste of my time). No damage was done luckily and they did give me a free oil change. I never used the free oil change because I get way better service at Dick Hanna Acura and why would I trust them! They cant even put a screw back in a headlight! I have 3 recall letters so I decided to give them another chance. I made an appointment a month out. I was going to drop it off the night before and just needed a ride home to Sandy from Gresham. Nope sorry they can't do that! Cancel my appointment you crappy, expensive, horrible customer service dealership. I would never recommend you to anyone. Kyle our salesman was great, funny willing to work around our schedule and zero pressure. The price for the truck was also a fair price. What was really inappropriate the financial person. He offered us $5,000 less than the RAM website quoted us for our trade in. When I asked why, he said the CARFAX showed a major accident with extreme damage to the front end. Since we had never had an accident in the car and checked it before we bought it I asked to see the report. When he brought it to me the report showed a minor incident to the front left fender. He said he must have confused mine with another customers.... I told him what the website quoted me and he didn't believe me. "They would never offer that much" he said. Then he asked if I had email confirmation of the offer. Not knowing I needed to bring proof of an offer from Dodge, I said I wasn't sure. Then I looked through my deleted emails and found it. When I showed it to him he said he didn't understand why they would do that and I couldn't expect that for a trade in. Then out of nowhere he said that the "frame didn't line up", which is completely untrue and slightly ridiculous. When I said that his offer was too low he said "he'd see what he could do". Then came back with not a conversation or offer but just another already printed up breakdown, offering me $750 more for my trade in. He didn't mention it, just started to try to get me to pick a rate and sign. If Kyle hadn't been so good to work with, I would have left right then. It absolutely ruined the whole process and I doubt I'll ever recommend this dealership, if I do I will definitely warn them of the 1960's pressure tactics by the financial department. read more

My college aged son bought a car here. From day1 it was a headache. Loan was approved then we were called three times in two weeks that it wasn't approved and needed different co signers or needed a new application. Son did get the car but we were still doing loan work for next few weeks. Then a month later check engine light came on multiple times. He had extended warranty and every time he took it in they couldn't find the problem. Warranty was a joke and it didn't typically cover what needed to be fixed over the next two years. Was a learning experience for all of us. Maybe good dealership for some but not us. read more

This was the worst repair experience I have ever had. My vehicle was in the shop for ten weeks to replace a window and fix a transmission leak and oil leak and fixing the locks and door panel. It took TEN weeks. The door panel was not fixed, the window frame was tossed inside and left, scattering glass all over, one lock out of five was fixed, the requested rear door seal was not installed as requested, the tire cover was not reinstalled. I've left numerous messages for the service manager, Steve. He always refers me back to the very inept service manager, Jason, who seems totally incapable at his job. Gresham Dodge gets no stars from me. I will never go to Gresham Dodge again. This is the absolute worst. read more

I was browsing the dealer inventories online and found just what I wanted at a good price. I got the deal done and put a deposit over the phone from Seattle and picked it up a few days later when I was able to get there. I've purchased a car from here, and referred my daughter to as well. Her first car purchase. It needed repair after we two months, 800. And " we got you a deal" on the burst tranny cooling lines. Give it back and the engine lights on same day. Return it again and they say it's something with the exhaust and a module and address it. We have asked about the open safety recall on it during these visits to no avail. Pick up car for second time and they hand the keys to my daughter and say " something is wrong with the power steering, you should get it looked at and flushed to start with" they had the car for two weeks! Why wouldn't they look at it?? We dropped it off to lithua dodge in Portland, let me tell you, the service there is top notch, fixed the power steering, addressed the open safety recall without being asked, and put her back in her own car the following day. Lithia dodge in Portland will forever have our business ( we drive all dodges, Jeep's) check out that facility , it's clean, efficient, customer service oriented. don't go here! I was looking into getting an SUV and the Jeep Compass struck my eye and I wanted to look at it and this was the first place I called. I made an appt for a test drive and stopped by asking for the person I requested. No one could find him or bothered to help me for 15 min finally he came out and we went to go look at them. We walked around the lot for about 20 min for no reason searching for a "Jeep compass" even tho we passed at least 20 of them he kept on showing me Jeep grand Cherokee's. I told him I was only interested in the compass and he goes "compass, Cherokee same thing" Ummm no they aren't there's about a 10k difference there sir if I wanted to pay that much I would go with a wrangler. Finally I just pointed out a compass and said that I would like to test drive that one and he said ok took 5 min to grab the keys and said that the owner had those keys put away for another customer ... I said ok and picked another one 5 more min and he comes out and gets in a Cherokee and pulls it up I tell him that's not a compass he goes "oh my bad, let me go grab one" 5 more min comes out again pulls up another Cherokee, I say yet again "this is not a compass I want to test a compass, if I wanted a Cherokee I would ask for one" he goes inside and grabs more keys and brings up YET ANOTHER CHEROKEE! how ridiculous or rude do you have to be to waste someone's time and not even allow them to test a car that they Requested in hopes they would be blind to an entirely different model and just go with it, I literally walked out after wasting an hour in the cold without even getting to look inside a Jeep Compass. The person in service listed out REQUIRED maintenance for 50000 and 30000 on our 2014 Dart. Even though I tild her we had dine the 30000.servuce in .CA, she had that work started. She came in with a quote if almost $700 at the halfway mark. Turns out she was doing the 30000 work plus 3 items not required until after 100000! Great place to buy a Jeep. I researched many dealers in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Cali and can say Branden was the guy I was looking for. He was honest, completely showed all costs up front online and didn't give any run around for added things I was not interested in. He is a very honest guy and done his best to make my purchase experience as trouble free as possible. I was at Gresham Jeep about an hour with everything complete, a new jeep GC in hand. My last purchase at another dealership was 4+ hours, it was a terrible experience. I would highly recommend Branden, contact him on the internet and he will get you fixed up with a very nice rig for a VERY competitive price. I called back twice to make triple sure this was true. Joey confirmed it both times. So I took the time on a Sunday to make the long drive to the dealership. I asked for Joey when I got there. I asked to see the cars we had talked about. He went to check and came back saying he didn't have what I wanted after all. He essentially 100% lied to me three times. I really would like a zero star option! A couple of months ago I purchased a used Jeep. I took it into Gresham Dodge's service department for an oil change, and 35k service. We also requested that all fluids be flushed and brakes and battery inspected. They quoted us a price which seemed fairly high, but we live in Gresham, and we always try to go to the dealer for service. When we went to pick up our vehicle, the paperwork was very limited (no vehicle checklist with green-yellow-red, which I have always received at the Chevy and VW dealership. The service employee just said "everything was fine," so we checked out (which took forever due to a price adjustment needed when they over charged us, and then we had to wait outside literally 20 minutes for the shop runner to pull our Jeep around.) While we weren't exactly thrilled with our service, we planned to give them a second chance. Two months after this service and inspection our brakes started grinding- metal on metal. We ended up having to replace the rotors also (took it to Schwab). The brake wear should've been noted at the service, and we would've replaced them at the time for probably a much lower cost without rotors. We will NOT be back to Gresham Dodge for service. My father's friend had a recent bad experience there too, so it may be a trend. read more

Worst service I have ever received. Was in over a month ago they were supposed to order parts and call me and never did. Dropped car off to have the service completed said I would get a call that day and did not. Called the next day to be placed on hold for 20 minutes and being sent to voicemail after ten minutes each time to call back and leave a message with another person. Finally get a call back to hear they had not looked at my car yet and would get a call when the tech came back from lunch. Three hours later still no call.
