UPDATE: 5/7/26: I got a call yesterday from the General Sales Manager. He was kind enough to open a case for me with Stellantis. Which however is. Joke. I had a case started and they refused to help me, then closed my case and are now telling him that they have no record of me ever calling, when in fact, I have a file of every piece of correspondence with them and my old case number. Now with the new case, I have to start over. Gresham Dodge refuses to try and help me get out of my car. They refuse to financially step up and help me. They don't want my car back. The Sales Manager told me they lose money on every care they sell. Which is bullshit because they would be out of business if that were the case. They just want to pass me off to Stellantis and hope I go away. He was nice, but sounded very annoyed when I was talking to him. The General Manager wont call me, nor will the owner Daniel Crainic. They failed to give us that information. They failed to respond to emails. We will not be taking our car there for service . Unknowledgeable staff. Cars are filthy on the lot. One would think they would take pride in the product they sell. I will say the staff was kind, but you can tell there's a lot of pressure to sell and the turn over in personnel is probably huge. I sat for a few hours waiting for my car to be fixed and I watched what went on. I am extremely disappointed. I'm stuck with the car now. I have been around around the car world all my life. My suggestion to the owner, take pride in what you sell, keep your staff educated on the product they are selling and offer those upgrades even though you may have The response that I have on text from my sales person was, "with all due respect, you test drove it and you read the options on the sticker." Which is true, but then we found out when we got home the car doesn't even have some basic standard options that most cars have now. It's an upgraded package that we were not informed about. I don't leave reviews often but feel like it's necessary to share my nightmare before you experience the same. Coming from someone who recently purchased my 4th Jeep (first from this dealership) let me tell you to be prepared for a painful experience throughout. Dante will call you and make a deal with you over the phone only to change it after you've been at the dealership for three hours. Be prepared for them to try all the snake-y car dealer tricks in the book. Fast forward 90 days and being stuck with a car that is deemed unsafe to drive (with no fix available) they offer $27k for a car they just sold to you for $42k (and promised $42k was a "deal!"). KBB trade in value range is $6k - $9k higher. It's obvious they see this as an opportunity to take advantage of a customer who purchased a lemon from them. The mistake I made was not following my gut and leaving prior to purchasing my Grand Cherokee from Gresham Jeep. I've had better experiences getting root canals. Do yourself a favor and go to Tonkin or NW Jeep. Both provide superior experiences and they value the customer. Do not trust these guys! Genuinely the worst experience I've had buying a car. Go anywhere else. I leased a vehicle from this dealership about 2 weeks ago for a car that was at another dealership. Signed the papers, put money down, and traded my car in. I was told the car would be delivered Wednesday (the following day) or Thursday morning. Wed comes around and they tell me Thursday. Thur comes around they said Friday. On Friday they tell me the car had more mileage than was disclosed and they can't lease it (not their fault but certainly not my problem, they pressured me to sign the documents before having the car in their possession). The car was also sold to someone else on Wednesday but they strung me along until Friday. For the first few days I was chill thinking they'd work to resolve it. They offered me similar cars (after I texted multiple times asking for an update) that didn't have most of the features I wanted. They refused to pay the premium to have the other options I wanted delivered even though the mistake was theirs to own. Don't work with a dealership that sells inventory they can't actually get and don't care to make it right. I had to call or text multiple times to get updates when they should have been reaching out to me daily to fill me in on what solution they were trying to find. How can a Jeep dealership not secure a Jeep?? When I came to get my car back they had the audacity to act surprised and asked if I still wanted a car.... To start off with Dante who works there is a wonderful salesman and I do not blame him for my situation, but the dealership as a whole is trash and only rob you of your money. I purchased a Kia from them about a year ago now. About a month ago, on my way to Seattle my transmission died. After paying $700 to get it towed back to Oregon, I went to the dealership to trade it in. They get me into another car but tell me that as far as my Kia the "bank" wont take it so basically I can see if someone else wants to take over the loan or go into Repo after making my payments on time for a year. Not only did they not take the vehicle back I had to put down $1,000, on top of paying the following day to get my car towed from the shop back to my house. In the midst of all of this, they messed up on a section of my paperwork that they had to come to my job for me to resign on top of now calling me today to notify me that they realized my new car has not even been put through DEQ now and expect me to take more time out of my schedule between work, my son, and STILL figuring out how to properly get the kia out of my name without a repo on my credit. to be honest FUCK THIS DEALERSHIP. I have also made a complaint with the bank and they notified me that it is really not there decision to not take the car back, they are confused why after only having the car for a year, why the dealership just did not except the car back! read more

Me and my wife went into trade in her Jeep Cherokee. The sales rep asked my wife what kind of vehicle she was interested in. She really wanted a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Unfortunately, she had a lot of negative equity so the sales manager asked if we would be interested in an all-electric Jeep Wagoneer which had a lot of rebates. So, we test drove it and both the sales rep and manager mentioned they also owned one of these types of vehicles. During the signing my wife asked is there any special equipment or installation required for this vehicle. Both the sales rep and manager said no its just plugs into a normal outlet and it's easy to setup. After all the paperwork was signed the sales manager said she can pick up the charging station tomorrow. The next day my wife went to pick up her charger for the Wagoneer after work and the front counter person also reassured her that its easy to install and its just plug and play. When she got home she noticed that the charging station needed to be hardwired. She called the dealership and talked to different person, and they confirmed that we would need an electrician to install this type of charging unit, and it would be around $1500 - $2000 for installation. Never was it mentioned before or during the signing of the vehicle by both the sales manager and rep that this would require an electrician to be installed even after several repeated questions about if this required any special installation. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to Gresham Chrysler, Dodge Jeep & Ram ever again because they have completely lost our trust by using manipulative tactics and withholding information just to make a sale. read more

Could not turn the engine off. Quick fix apparently, but now one 10 times the engine won't start until you go from Park to drive. Expect to pay about $2,000 above advertised price on a new car. $1,500 for Lojack, you can get the same GPS tracking through Dodge connect, or get your own GPS tracker and App on Amazon for about $100. $300 for ally security etching (worthless). $95. for wheel locks you can also get on Amazon for about $25. They say these items are not removable. They say if you read the fine print it says dealer installed security options not included in price. If they are added to all new cars at their dealership, and you can't have them removed. This should be included in the advertised price PERIOD! read more

We dropped our truck off for warranty work and the covered repairs did not match our expectations. After a troublesome time establishing communication and explaining our concerns we established a line of communication that met our expectations. We were working on a severe timeline and we were anxious about the completion time of our service. We explained this to each person we spoke with. I can write this review stating unequivocally that Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram met, NO, Exceeded our expectations and our timeline. The work was done in a timeline that, in other circumstances, could not be expected. The service was done exceedingly well! Although our experience could have been completely different, the Team at Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram did an amazing job turning the experience around and I would recommend their service to anyone with Mopar vehicles no matter where they were originally purchased. Three weeks after I got my new truck one of the automatic doors stopped working. I emailed two of the sales people asking for help. No response. I called the lead sales person, no response. I emailed the sales manager: no response. I texted a different sales person, I saw that they read the text, no response. I called the service department; they were dismissive and said they'd call me back and schedule a time to look at the truck. They never called me back. 1 Star - Disappointing Purchase Experience and Non-Existent After-Sales Support My recent car buying experience at this dealership was frustrating and time-consuming. The sales representative, Alexandra, while friendly, lacked knowledge about the vehicle and failed to provide timely updates. We constantly had to push for information on our trade-in, pricing, and what was happening with the purchase process. The negotiation with Dante was even more frustrating. We were told the website price was the price but he added $1090 for wheel locks and theft protection that we discovered weren't even installed. Communication was poor throughout. We weren't informed we couldn't take the car home until late in the process, due to a lack of available service people to prepare the vehicle. Waiting times were consistently longer than promised, including over an hour delay for the finance department. Post-purchase support is non-existent. We reached out to the customer service manager, Paul, with our concerns via voicemail and email. Three weeks later, they are "still looking into it". Save yourself the frustration and hassle - take your business to a dealership that values honesty, good communication, and customer service. This place needs significant improvement in all aspects of their sales process and after-sales support. Update: Apparently posting a bad review will get people to start calling you! It may not resolve the issue but I have a much better understanding of how far this dealership will go to cover their deceptive practices. They did offer to add the wheel locks and etching, which is something we didn't want in the first place, and they certainly do a good job of making it seem like they are going out of their way. You will feel dirty and used if you buy a car from this place. I bought a 4Runner less than 90 days ago, paid 3,495 extra for a useless warranty. Sold me a car with electrical problems, shocks so busted they're not even attached to the vehicle, and then tried to say it wasn't their fault as the car was a repossession. Interestingly enough, the paperwork left in the glove box, showed the car originally was financed through fibre credit union to a nurse in Longview WA and was traded in for a new Jeep vehicle. They also claim that the eyebrow lights that do not work on the 4Runner limited are not stock, they are in fact stock. They have a service department, do they not have a rack to put a vehicle on and do they not know what shocks look like or where they're supposed to be attached to the vehicle? Do they not know that cars have different options or trim levels? I feel dirty, as if I got used up like a dumb idiot. This place is sleazy, slimy, they do not care. They will actually just lie. Say they're transferring your call and hang up on you repeatedly. They want your money, want you out the door and never want to see you again. Do not buy a vehicle from this place. They do not inspect the used cars they sell, or they do and knowingly will sell you a worthless piece of junk. *** Edit to add, they did offer to pay half of the cost of repairs to have the shocks fixed locally or, I could take the car to them and have their shop fix it. I asked if they'd pay for the tow, the car is not drivable without shocks, it's 59 miles from my home to their dealership, they never called back. 1. Why would I want their shop, that put the car on the lot knowing it wasn't right or unable to diagnose needed repairs correctly to even touch my car again?. 2. They would only do this if I took down my post, and signed something stating they fixed the problem and I wouldn't write another bad review about them. They also refused to address the non working eyebrow lights, at all. So for the 500 bucks they offered, this post stands. They can fix it and fix it right or I can use whatever platforms I have to prevent someone else from being screwed over. You work hard for your money, think who you want to give it to. DISABLED VETERAN'S BEWARE!!!!!!! I purchased my 392 in the summer of 2022 from Gresham, Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram. I have brought it to this location for its all its scheduled routine and periodic maintenance. The sales team and most of the service staff have been a pleasure to work with the acceptation Keith Weisgerber. Over the last few years of service there have been several issues when my vehicle was returned to me after service. Some issues were more serious than others (like not fully seating the oil filter) causing a major loss of oil, and having random tools and rags left in my engine compartment. When I would bring this up to Keith, I would get an excuse, in a condescending tone, and I would give him the benefit of the doubt as I listened. These are new mechanics, and they are still learning the ropes, is what I was told. Well, having worked in shops and on flightlines, I know that there is a QA process in which a senior mechanic reviews the work that was performed and signs off on it, approving what was done is. This means that a senior mechanic is physically required to inspect the work done. So, they should see when tools are left in the engine bay and when oil filters are loose. The fact that there are so many issues when I got my Jeep back from service tells me that there is a disconnect somewhere and I believe it starts with the customer interaction. In hindsight, the smugness I received from service staff was inappropriate. Recently, I scheduled an appointment at a different dealership as I was tired of the poor and rude service representatives (specifically Keith). The work that I had performed was service to the transmission and transfer case and I have to say, the experience was world's better than I have ever experienced at the Gresham location. Every service representative that I interacted with was kind and friendly!!! They seemed happy for my business and didn't return my vehicle with extra parts this time!!!! I was treated with respect and dignity, which made me feel good about spending my money there. They have earned my business again, something that Keith of Gresham Jeep has never tried to do. In the last three years, I never felt the sense of appreciation that I felt at the Time dealership. I like spending my money at businesses like that, and businesses like that deserve my money, not ungrateful, disrespectful businesses like the Gresham location. I am thankful to have had these two drastically different experiences and want to share it with my fellow Oregonians and Veterans. Over the last few years of taking my Jeep to the Gresham dealership, I thought that the service I was receiving was the status-quo. This is yet another two star dealership that would actually be a one star business if Yelp didn't require a minimum of one star no matter how bad a place is. I contacted the dealership through the dodge web app and expressed interest in a high end trim Dodge Challenger. Jennifer, the dealership "Internet Manager", a clerk who basically arranges to get you to show up at the dealership got back to me with the usual blah blah about how wonderful they are and how they will get me the right car at an affordable price. OK, talk is cheap. If you say you are going to make me a great deal on the car I already know I want, show me. For me, this is a very simple transaction. I know exactly the configuration I want and I know what a good price is. So prove to me that you are a great dealership and will treat me respectfully and like you actually value my patronage and it's just a matter of filling out your order pad and making me a compelling deal. What could be easier? My process, based on many decades of dealing with unresponsive dealerships is to have a conversation with the dealership General Manager or at least the fleet or sales manager. If someone in management isn't even willing to talk to me, a lowly customer looking to spend six figures on one of their vehicles, then I know to run, not walk away. The response from the GM? "I will have my new car internet manager Tylor reach out to you soon!". OK, message received 5x5. Dogs and sailors keep off the grass. Apparently the GM doesn't even know the name of his "Internet Manager". That or this is a floating title that gets passed around from receptionist to receptionist. In any case, nothing was ever heard from Tylor. Jennifer gets back to me a week later wanting to know when I can come in to give them a build order since they have none in stock. I reply, reiterating that finding a great dealership that will treat me wonderfully is currently my priority and lacking that, placing an order for a $100,000 vehicle would be premature. I once again asked if the GM, James Harding would deign to have a conversation with me before I drive clear across town to talk to one of their cheap suit sales sharks. This time the GM gets back to me with excuses and denying that he blew me off previously. And then makes me the not-so-compelling offer to place a build order for me that will "only" cost full MSRP plus $2,000. Providing, I presume, that I deal with one of his salesmen like a good little customer and don't bother him again. Such a deal! Any bets on whether I buy my Hellcat from this dealership? New vehicle (or used) prospects can do a whole lot better than dealing with these characters. They clearly know nothing about providing stellar customer service or anything close to it. Within 24 hours I realized the gas tank door wouldn't open & water was coming from under the glove box. I tried to contact them to see if they would fix these items. Our sales person said to come in. I took time off work to see the service department & drive an hour & half to have them look at it. I spent three days at this dealership and $112 out if my pocket to have a second shop do a safety check on the truck only to find out it had several problems that they said were absolutely fine on their "Certified saftey report" They lied about the services, lied about the repairs it needed replying to me that the oil and transmission leak and oil pan leak we're all "natural seepage" as if I just fell off a turnip truck!! The leaking oil was visible out the valve gasket cover seeping down the engine, leaking transmission pan gasket, leaking at the oil drain plug, plus 2 bald tires, all four tires were badly cupping, the brake pads were long gone and the rotors are warped. When I asked them to repair the items for my safe, drive 400 miles home they told me that it met their safety requirements, and that the truck was being sold "as is" even though they lied on the safety report.. Bunch of big fat liar's, and they wasted my time and most of all did not care about my safety. The following day, the Slim Shady's actually called me back four times to try to make me a different deal then finally on call four said they excepted my price I offered less costs to repair the truck that I gave them the night before.. I was DONE with them! I would never do business with Gresham Dodge ever again. To add insult to injury, when they were trying to make the deal the night before they " of course we will"reimburse you the money you paid for the second shop to do a safety check on it. I left disheartened, discouraged and insulted, but thankful they were at least gonna give me back my $112 out of my pocket. But in the end they did not.. They even played the old game "somebody's coming from Eugene to check out the truck at 10 o'clock in the morning, You should make this deal now because it won't be here tomorrow.. I told them they should go through the safety report I brought from A1 auto repair in Gresham and fix those items before the guy from Eugene gets there to buy the truck. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy a car from Gresham Dodge. Six closers, six liars the only person who was honest was my sales person Simon.. even he texted me to apologize. Stay away! And if you do consider buying anything from there, please please please for your own good get a second opinion from Honest 1 in Gresham, or another honest, independent repair shop, so you don't get ripped off! Definitely don't recommend this dealership, after I purchased a vehicle and bought their "warranty" my car had an issue with the ac & tpms sensors. I've left 3 voicemails and tried calling during business hours to get an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced but no answer. I will be taking my car to another dealership to get it serviced and no longer doing any future business with this place! worse dealership I have ever seen. I bought a brand new dodge ecodiesel at 22.000 it stalled on the freeway with my wife and kids in the car. I towed the truck to the dealership and they told me that it's a fuel related issue and because the truck is just over 3 years old the warranty won't cover any repairs. it's only 3 years bumper to bumper and 5 years powertrain witch is not fuel related . so they gave me a bill for $8900 dollars to replace all fuel lines all filter fuel pump and all. My initial purchase was almost perfectly smooth. I would've overlooked the few not so great parts....... I was in and out in 3 hours. Great. I bought a 2021, in June of 22. Not what I thought I was buying so that's on me for not paying attention. Fine. I love my new Jeep. I opted for some extras including a package for interior/exterior protection which needed to be scheduled They waited almost two weeks to call me, and I'd mentioned it to my sales rep, the finance guy & ultimately emailed the GM before I ever got a call. Really?! I had let them know (with a photo) a few days after taking possession there was a small hole in the drivers seat (hello - the MOST USED seat) It was never addressed, and now I'm being told that'll be ANOTHER appointment... so, you sell me something (brand new, 21 miles) damaged & expect me to go out of my way to get it fixed (TWICE) when you had the opportunity, and possession of my vehicle? The "rental" I was offered was SO filthy I refused to take it being I'd just signed all this paperwork about brining it back perfectly clean or getting charged. The gal Aisha (sp?) in service took care of it, not a huge deal just time, waiting. My SiriusXM has never worked and I was told while my car was there for a couple days they'd figure it out. Sure buddy. Don't count on it. If you're buying a new car, you're gonna get 5 star service, but once that's over - you're going to be in apparently the SAME boat as everyone else in the hundreds of awful reviews. I felt bad reading the reviews because initially that wasn't my experience, guess I just needed to wait a couple weeks. I would not recommend buying here. read more

I had to take two showers that night after purchasing a car from here last week. This is the sleeziest place to ever purchase anything from as of today. I have purchased over 22 cars from here since 1999. As of today "Sammy" is the lowest low life of scum I have ever encountered in my life. I know I purchased the car but the after affects are unbelievable. I told them I did not want the "Lo Jack" but the said it had already been installed. I found out it was never installed so I went back and they refused to take the charge off. They also sold me another product called Ally which is essentially the same product as Lo Jack and "Sammy" refused to take that off also and Ally said I could not take it off. If you want to have customers for life treat them right!!! Do not take advantage of them. My wife refused to go back to sign some papers as she felt the "vulture sales men" who jump all over every one when they enter the property were disgusting. I saw an ad on their website for a leasing special about a Jeep Beach Edition for 449 a month with 3,999 down. I of course knew this would not include taxes and fees. I contacted the dealership and texted regarding the vehicle and stated my finances and my trade in. Was transparent about only having my trade in equity as a down payment. My trade is was valued at 30k to 33k. After test driving the car I asked to crunch numbers. They refused to give me estimates without running my credit first. I asked multiple times to just give me estimates first to see if we could get close to my desired payment, which was the 449 lease special. Eventually I gave in and just filled out an application. They still didn't come back with any number print outs from the bank as is normal for car dealerships. It was all word of mouth. The numbers were double the leasing special and they told me I'd have to put 20,000 down to get to that price. I asked again about the leasing special and I was ignored. The finance manager came out and said "I can dream of having a Lamborghini for 900 a month, but that doesn't mean it's going to happen." I immediately walked out. And I can only imagine this treatment was because they thought they could scam a young woman who just wanted the pink jeep. I went to a different Dodge dealership the next day and was able to lease a more expensive Jeep than the one at Gresham Dodge for exactly in my desired payment range and also was provided lease estimates before they ever asked for my credit, without me having to ask for it! Which tells me the numbers Gresham Dodge was throwing out had nothing to do with the vehicle and finances, and everything to do with scamming me. read more

Do not take your vehicle here. They try to get out of warranty work, tried to blame cosmetic damage as what was causing the mechanical issues. Tried to say I was in an accident, which never occurred and then she had the audacity to call us liars. She is incredible rude, incredibly unprofessional, and incompetent to boot. The only way I got her to sit down and stop yelling to the shop that we were liars is by getting my phone out and taking her picture. Update: the mechanic that worked on the vehicle admitted that the skid plate damage (Yes, part of the skid plate was missing from a tree root, but the vehicle was NOT in an accident), could NOT be causing that noise. Kelsey got quiet after that, except to say that she would not apologize. I would expect nothing less from someone with no customer service skills. While I'm frustrated that I have to now take it to another shop to prove that the SKID PLATE is not causing the mechanical issue, at least the mechanic acknowledged that he did not think it was causing the sound, he just couldn't figure out what was. I will be making a formal complaint to Dodge about her. In the meantime, If I can save one person from this experience, then this post will be worth it. One thing that I've had to learned the hard way is that as woman and a person of color you have to be your own advocate, or else people (especially in the automotive industry), will walk all over you. That's unfortunate but true. This incident never should have happened. I realize that customer service isn't what it used to be but not even apologizing when you found out you were wrong and the customers that you YELLED were liars, weren't lying is over the top terrible customer service. read more
