Since a minimum of three ladies come every week, they are in and out in about an hour & 15 minutes. Although not all the ladies understand/communicate in English our lead lady does and if she has to be out, they send at least one who is familiar with our house & the routine! All the ladies are sweet, cheerful, polite, and hard working! They try very hard to please! A thing we love about the ladies' is their concern for and attention to our little dog who is always eager to welcome them! We did have another little senior dog until he passed away last May, who was blind the past year & a half of his life and our sweet head lady would always go in & pick him up from his bean bag bed in the family room when it was time to vacuum in there, carry him across the house to my husband's office & put him in a bed in there. We never asked her to do that since one of us is always here when they come, but she just started doing it! Since we have been using the service our home has had at least three floodings, some remodeling, etc. and the ladies always just work around whatever is going on! Greenly Maid has now been cleaning my home going on two years now year on an every other week basis. I continue to be impressed with the team and their service. They are always dependable, punctual, very efficient at what they do and more than reasonable price wise. It is also a plus that they are English speaking so there are no communication barriers. They are personable, yet professional and extremely proficient at what they do. Without hesitation I have referred them to several of my friends and, without fail, my friends have have later expressed to me their gratitude for the referral and each one of them has continued to use their services either on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis depending on their individual needs. Outstanding in all ways. They came in, we discussed what I wanted done, and HOW I wanted it done. This service is all about what the customer needs and wants, I have tried a lot of cleaning services and some were good, but I've never had one this wonderful, industrious, helpful and considerate. The house was spotless when they left, smelled wonderful, and they even put my things back the way I had them. When I was asked if I'd like to look around towards the end, everything was perfect. The cleaners are very nice to have around, not intrusive, just did their work in a happy manner. The owner, Carmen, who came and worked with them, is one of the nicest people in the world. Carmen and her team have been cleaning my house for about three months now. They do a phenomenal job for the price! The prices are competitive, and the service far outweighs that from other services I have used over the last couple of years. They clean the tops of fans, lights, shelves (things requiring ladder access). Carmen usually points out things which need to be addressed the next time around so we can plan for it. I love that my house feels and smells clean when they're finished -- not like I have to follow afterwards and redo everything (I wish I could justify having them more than once a month). Let me just first say this is my 4th maid service in the last 2years both me and my wife have very high expectations especially if we are willing to pay for it. We were not there for our deep clean, but when we returned home the house looked remarkable we have three young children and they organized their rooms so well instead of just moving the toys to the side like we have witnessed before I highly recommend this service the deep clean was more expensive then my regular cleanings that I've been receiving the past few months but that's common with the services we had in the past also . read more

I found Greenly Maids at all places - a Kroger in Sachse. I pulled in and their wrapped car intrigued me, so I took down the number and I actually met Carmen as she was walking towards the car and chatted for a minute and she told me to give her a call. I used her for my first house about a handful of times - for a move-out and for my house showings (my realtor was very impressed with their work!). I came home to a wonderful surprise of a clean home with such a fresh clean smell when I opened the door. Floors, furniture, blinds, baseboards, bathrooms, and kitchens are a part of their cleaning. Nothing was left for me to do except admire and enjoy my clean home. You can't ask for more than what they just came in and did. I am thoroughly pleased. We had Carmen and her team come out to perform a deep clean, and was so impressed with her work, that we kept her on with a weekly cleaning service. I must tell you that her team is very professional and very very helpful, as they also perform other small task outside the original job scope from time to time without even me asking them.
