You know in this allotted slot she cleaned only restroom and kitchen. I promise those two rooms were not in that bad state to take the whole time. But that's their strategy. Every one hour after allotted time is $75. They want me to extend. I told the lady to do fast and not to be so in detail, but she just replied that how I work and continued her work. I have given two stars only because whatever she cleaned she cleaned it perfectly. I am not complaining the quality of work. I schedule a deep cleaning service with them because I was told I needed to do that before they…read morecould come out biweekly. Big mistake. Scheduling was a pain. The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

She first came by right after we finished remodeling and couldn't get rid of the dust no matter how much we cleaned. Brenda showed up, worked her magic, and the place looked amazing. She's also helped clean our rental properties after tenants moved out, and now a few of our neighbors hire her too. Everyone loves her! What I really appreciate is how trustworthy she is. I'm pretty cautious about who I let into our home (especially after a couple of bad experiences), but I've always felt totally comfortable with Brenda--even when I'm out of town. She's reliable, professional, and super kind. When we had our baby and were totally overwhelmed, she went out of her way to help however she could. It seriously made such a difference. Their booking system on their website was easy and understandable to use. The response time was really quick and easy too. I was able to get something scheduled the next day. They offered me times for the same day that I messaged but I wasn't available to have them come over. I opted for the deep cleaning which pretty much took care of all areas of the house, including living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. I ended up running errands during the time they were scheduled to clean so I just let the maids do their thing and came back after a few hours. They were definitely very thorough with their work. I had a spot in the carpet that I didn't successfully remove in the past but somehow they did. I knew I had some dust buildup and they pretty much took care of all the dust too. They even cleaned the inside of my oven which I never thought about before. I really enjoyed the place after they were done. The pricing is pretty decent for a deep cleaning. I had such a good experience with them that I would highly recommend this company to others who needs a detailed cleaning service. They do have some promos for first time customers too! They have promos for re-occurring cleans which would be nice for those who don't have time to clean on a periodic basis or even AirBnb hosts.
