I asked Jeff Chapman from Greenlight Techs to clean up my old android laptop (Lenovo), and help set up my new one. He came to my house to do this. And he did exactly what I wanted. In addition, he suggested that I replace the hard drive in the old computer, so that it would work faster (it was very slow, and I have had the experience that removing all the junk that seeps into a computer over time slows it down). Between cleaning it up and replacing the hard drive, the old one is much much faster. i did not need much to set up the new one. But he did give me several tips on dealing with smaller problems as we talked as he worked. This is the second time I used his services, and I am happy with the results. Jeff came by the home office the next day, first thing in the morning and after some diagnosis found the issue - an ext/rnal USB hub needed to be rebooted. If I'd taken my laptop to a contractor, the problem wouldn't have been resolved. This is the second time I've used Jeff for PC/peripheral technical assistance. This is the first yelp review I have ever written, so bear with me. I own a small vending machine business and rely daily on my laptop to work and make money. Jeff the owner has helped me often over the pass 4 years. I have had my laptop stolen and he has helped me get all my info back and up-and-running for the next business day! He has helped sync all my devices together around my office and home. He has picked up crashed/virus laden devices fixed them during the evening and was able to get them back the next day to minimize my downtime, which saved me more money then I spent on the repairs. I decided to take the time to go online and write a great review after my last service with him. During the evening time around 9pm I was having computer troubles, he had giving me his cell number (I wanted to think it was because I was special, but I think he just makes himself really available to everyone). anyway, I texted him in a panic and he was able to remotely fix my computer from his couch (during his family time) THAT DESERVES FIVE STARS! fast....available... knowledgeable..
