In addition, he suggested that I replace the hard drive in the old computer, so that it would work faster (it was very slow, and I have had the experience that removing all the junk that seeps into a computer over time slows it down). Between cleaning it up and replacing the hard drive, the old one is much much faster. i did not need much to set up the new one. But he did give me several tips on dealing with smaller problems as we talked as he worked. This is the second time I used his services, and I am happy with the results. I took my laptop here because it suddenly stopped working. After being told it will take 2-3…read morebusiness days to run a diagnostics, all they could tell me was it was the motherboard about 3 calls and 4-5 business days later. He had no idea what specifically was wrong with the motherboard and yet I still paid the full diagnostics fee? They couldn't find the motherboard replacement part because they didn't have the serial number when I could find it from the model number on the bottom of my laptop. After requesting a data transfer it took 3 more calls from my end and 3 more calls from them to update to get it done. All in all it took 2 weeks to get my laptop back for something that should've taken 2-3 business days WITH a data transfer. Very upsetting and all around they seem incompetent with poor service. Take your laptop anywhere else.
