After trying to contact JPC several times resorted calling another repair service. they came to my site and had it up and running within an hour, restored all my files. Thank them for that! When John had my computer he installed Windows 11 without permission which may be causing issues with copier, still workng on that. My frustration of having a very expensive PC came down to bringing it to a computer shop to get it fixed. The price was very reasonable, and the guy there was able to diagnose and fix everything all within a day. He got my computer working perfectly after a couple days of bashing my head into the wall trying to get the Windows OS up and running. Don't expect a big PC supermarket though.
