Do yourself a favor and hire James. He's knowledgeable, reliable and priced fairly. I'm hiring him again and you should too.

Computer crashed, gave to John to work on , whiched cost me $400 plus. Got it back and it worked for about two weeks and crashed again, Sent it back and was told nothing could be done to fix it and it was something I did. My phone calls, texts, voicemails went unanswered. After trying to contact JPC several times resorted calling another repair service. they came to my site and had it up and running within an hour, restored all my files. Thank them for that! When John had my computer he installed Windows 11 without permission which may be causing issues with copier, still workng on that. Cannot recommend JPC which is a disappointment since have known and worked with them for so long. Stuart

I recently built a pc and went in to solve a problem of it turning off by itself. I had asked that…read morehe check the wiring and make sure everything was how i was supposed to be. I was hoping to find a solution but instead was met with a solution of needing completely scrap everything and buy all new parts. The parts he suggested were the ones he conveniently had himself or was sponsored by. Offered no actual help or solution and instead try to sell me something to his best interest. He never once even tried to look at what was wrong with the computer and after taking it back and saying I would go some place else, I was still charged. He didn't even look at the computer. Solution was a. bad connection and could have been solved if he had just looked at the wiring like I had asked. Overall they didn't help and were honestly quite rude. I couldn't find the location due to google maps not taking me to the right place and I was told it was "very obvious". When I went to take back the computer I was ignored and talked down to for trying to get my computer and leave.

I loved this place until they hiked the prices sky high. The large machines are now $8 a load. A…read morefew months ago they were $7. That is cold water only. If you want warm water add $1.50. Used to be. 25. Want hot water? Add $3.00. Used to be $1.00 more for hot water. This is for a standard 33 minute cycle. If you want to do a "superwash load" which is 60 minutes so double the wash and rinse cycles, add another $4.00. I paid $16 a load for a hot water superwash. Never again. That is before drying anything. Small wonder the place was dead on a Friday night after work. Oh and gone are the two nights a week local homeless folks could do a single cold water wash for free. Clearly the goal is to extract as much money as humanly possible from the business. Too costly for me. The bathroom is now locked and for customers only. Have to get the key to use it. I don't like being treated like a criminal after spending north of $50 on laundry. Not a welcoming vibe. Nor was the fact the Dexter Pay app was down for maintenance my entire three hour visit. When I asked a staff member about it I got a blank look and was told they had just arrived and had no idea about that. Clearly no interest in helping me figure it out either. Not what I was expecting across the board. Disappointed.
