Peter was able to come over with very short notice when I was available, my old one died my new one arrived and I had to go out of town. I asked what he suggested, advising I wanted to transfer what was on the broken one over. He arrived on time and prepared after a brief exchange of what my concerns were. He reviewed my systems and gave some suggestions, explained some new tech things I wasn't aware of was very generous about is time and his expertise. His rates are extremely reasonable, if you don't think so shop around you will see. Peter didn't try to sell me anything or talk over my head, he was clear, kind and extremely knowledgeable.
