When John had my computer he installed Windows 11 without permission which may be causing issues with copier, still workng on that. The parts he suggested were the ones he conveniently had himself or was sponsored by. Offered no actual help or solution and instead try to sell me something to his best interest. He never once even tried to look at what was wrong with the computer and after taking it back and saying I would go some place else, I was still charged. He didn't even look at the computer. Solution was a. bad connection and could have been solved if he had just looked at the wiring like I had asked. Overall they didn't help and were honestly quite rude. I couldn't find the location due to google maps not taking me to the right place and I was told it was "very obvious". When I went to take back the computer I was ignored and talked down to for trying to get my computer and leave.
