When John had my computer he installed Windows 11 without permission which may be causing issues with copier, still workng on that. He claimed that he was going to reimburse me or give me a laptop of equal value. It's been a year now and I still haven't heard anything from him, no email, no phone call, no text messages, just ghosted. I will be taking him to small claims court soon.
