I would not recommend this business to anyone. When I walked the guy who helped me appeared to be…read moreannoyed. When I told him what my laptop was doing it seemed that he was frustrated as he took a deep breath and again sighed. When I told time what I had done he make a noise and rubbed is forehead. At that point I felt stupid and advised him that I would be taking m business else where for that specific reason. I advised him that I did not know about computers which was why I was there, he said that he would he me. I was told it would take a day to look at my laptop and that the charge would not be more then about 10.00 and that if it would be more they would call me. Three days later and 3 calls they said it was ready. When I picked it up they charged me about 55.00 which I paid as I just wanted to be done with them. Since then my computer has been VERY slow. I cant really do anything without it spazzing out. They did not tell me about the programs they installed and what to do about them. Also no matter how much I bookmark a website, they wont record. Peter was able to come over with very short notice when I was available, my old one died my new one arrived and I had to go out of town. I asked what he suggested, advising I wanted to transfer what was on the broken one over. Rather than come to see the broken one and then come back he said it would be better value to be there when all arrived, if that was acceptable. He arrived on time and prepared after a brief exchange of what my concerns were. He reviewed my systems and gave some suggestions, explained some new tech things I wasn't aware of was very generous about is time and his expertise. His rates are extremely reasonable, if you don't think so shop around you will see. Peter didn't try to sell me anything or talk over my head, he was clear, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Peter is not out to bilk you he is out to take care of you as an ongoing customer. I can tell you that I have a few pc's and gadgets and I will from know on use Peter exclusively for our home.
