Otherwise was a great rental experience, they even give you til closing the day after you rent, at the one day charge. I'll use them again in the future.

But since I don't have a truck and the trailer blocks my driveway, it needs to be moved every time I have hay delivered every 3 weeks, so the only way for me to accomplish this is to rent a truck every 3 weeks from this Enterprise location. I think I've rented probably 5-6 times so far, and every time I have picked up or returned my rental, it has been such a pleasant experience. From when I first walk through the door to the time I'm behind the wheel, it probably is only about 5 minutes total. What an incredible resource this location is for anyone who needs a tow vehicle temporarily. Everyone there is so personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. They always go above and beyond to help me with my rentals, including cheerfully answering all my questions about truck brands or rental policies, graciously assisting with price adjustments when I've overfilled the gas, and having no issues with accidentally early or late pickups. They also now recognize me when I walk in, and I'm always greeted cheerfully, as well, which is nice! This particular occasion, they had assigned me a Dodge long bed, and even given me a discount on the rental price upon request as the normal day rate I'd been getting for months had gone up quite a lot for the summer season, so they split the difference, which was so helpful and a wonderful gesture. That's when I happened to see a Chevy short bed on the lot, and asked if I could have that one instead as I hadn't ever driven a Chevy before, and our home is a bit too small to maneuver a long bed easily. They swiftly and cheerfully agreed to swap the trucks and put the Dodge back and got the Chevy ready for me, including vacuuming and washing it. It was apparently brand-new and even still wrapped in plastic inside, so I was the very first renter! I know for a fact that if this location did not exist, there would be no way I could ever try out a brand-new truck in a real-world towing situation, so I'm very appreciative and grateful for the services this location provides! In general, this location always has sparkling clean, very new trucks, often in higher and more luxurious trim models, in good repair. Whenever the hay delivery people see the trucks I rent connected to my horse trailer, they are always astonished that these are rental trucks since they are such high quality. Your nice trucks are definitely your own best advertisement! There was one time you rented me an F-250 XLT diesel in a glossy light grey, and that one definitely turned heads! I haven't yet had a need to actually tow my horses anywhere, but I know that until I can afford my own truck, I will definitely always rent from this location to ensure that I can have a new and sufficiently strong tow vehicle so that my horses can be transported as safely as possible. Truly, although it is expensive to rent every 3 weeks, the fees pale in comparison to the price of a new truck, and as a bonus, I don't have to worry about any of the maintenance or other ownership costs. I've never been so glad to give my hard-earned money to a rental car company before now! If only every rental car company was as nice and accommodating as Enterprise Trucks Corona is!! We rented a truck here two weeks in advance. We rented a 12 foot truck. We chose budget because it…read morewas less expensive than the other companies. However, upon renting the truck we were told we had to buy $450 worth of car insurance or we could not have a truck. We were never told about this. We have excellent car insurance and every time we have rented a car or a truck in the past, they have used our own car insurance. This $450 with a car insurance made them level with Penske who has newer trucks. We drove all the way to Riverside from Texas and had people waiting for us in big bear to fill this truck and we had no time to shop. This was a total bait & switch. I highly recommend if you are reading this review that you call Penske because our truck was horrible. Only one tail light worked correctly the other one i could barely see. The truck road rough and had horrible gas mileage and was dirty. The day prior to our rental date, when we were driving to California from Texas and could not make any changes, they said they did not have a 12 foot truck but would give us a 16 foot truck for the same price, to which we agreed because we had no other choice. The next morning-we arrived in Riverside California to rent a truck. They promptly told us they had no 16 foot truck, but they would give us a small moving van. The van would not be big enough so we declined. We waited about 45 minutes to see if a 16 foot truck would be turned in which it was not. It seems that they only have one. They gave us a 24 foot truck instead. We filled about 12 feet of this truck with furniture, which made the drive from California to Texas quite uncomfortable, especially with the wind storms we drove through. Not only will I never rent from this budget again, I will never rent from budget again. This experience was horrible.

When we showed up, they only had the 20 foot truck available. They ended up charging us more for the larger truck when that's not what we reserved. We spent days trying to get in contact with the manager to have him argue that they had to charge us more money for the truck that we did not want. Super unprofessional and would not rent from here.

Oddly, the associate never "checked in" the rental, so the system showed that I still had the truck. But here's the kicker, the truck I "returned" was the only truck available in the size I needed, so they simply gave me the keys back and I was on my way. In other words, it actually worked on my favor. Be nice to these folks. I reserved my truck by phone and received and email with which I checked in with my info so there was less to do when I picked up the truck at 7:30am. The staff was courteous and quick. I even got a nice cup of coffee on the house.
