I rented a car here over Presidents' Day weekend. From the moment I walked in to pick up my car to the moment I dropped off the car the women who helped me were very respectful, kind and courteous. The process wig picking up the car and returning it was easy. I actually got to drive the car I wanted which was a plus and I would definitely rent here again.

I came to return my rental 26 days after an accident. I had a Nissan Rouge. At first I was being charged $167.00. Manager was involved after numbers did not add up. She was able to properly adjust to charge what was originally said to me, $26.42. I needed a Ride back to Fritts ford and they were able to help me. They were also awesome with my kids and helped them with a snack.

An update to my previous one star review posted three days ago. Alas, though I rented the car for two days, Walters Mercedes finished my van on the same day. I modified my rental online and got the confirmation. I got to Enterprise at 5:30 and handed my keys to the manager Jasmine. She was actually pleasant (I suspect she saw my earlier review) and when I told her I was going to walk the couple of blocks to Walters to get my van she said "Why don't I drop you off?" She took my keys and went inside to close my transaction out. I mentioned that I needed a receipt. A few minutes later a guy names Makyi (sp?) came out and gave me a ride back. He was the coolest. Very polite and upbeat. I actually thought about deleting my earlier review. On Wednesday, I got a voicemail from Jasmine saying that I needed to return the car and complete the transaction!!! WTF? I dropped it off to HER! I called the office and Makyi answered. At first, he was puzzled and said that I had wracked up over $400 in charges. As soon as he remembered me, he assured me that he would correct the situation for me. I got a receipt for the proper amount within minutes of hanging up. He is the star in this office.

Sorry, I had a hard time renting a car with the location on university had to go there three times and the one in Moreno Valley one time just to have a reservation and be told that they don't have the cars there and I am paying for my own transportation there and back so that was pretty upsetting. It had taken three days, but I went to this location here in Indiana and I was actually given a a ride from one of the sales guys cause I had went to the wrong location they had brought me into the correct rental location. He was so sweet and so considerate that I had been frustrated and overwhelmed from being turned away from enterprise on university so many times he brought me to the correct location here on Indiana where I was greeted with Jasmine at the counter who has been one of the greatest experiences i've had with enterprise she then gave me Dylan who pretty much got me to my rental. They help me so quickly. It took less than 15 minutes and I had been struggling with the other locations for three days. I just want to give this location a huge thank you I'm so thankful that you guys were able to help me get into a new car so easily and happily you guys truly made this experience great and easy thank you for giving me that kind of service where I don't have a bad taste in my mouth from the experience I had going on with the other other enterprises this location. I highly recommend, they are truly the best and I do want to thank that gentleman who got me a ride to the correct enterprise from the sales department I truly appreciate you. I'm so sorry. Can't remember your name but you were so sweet. Thank you guys so much.

This location and Staff are Epic. (No. I do not work here lol) I have been renting in this location for many moons, Enterprise is one of the only places that would rent to me under 25. Not only would they rent to me without ridiculous fees, they would have my car request ready. Never an issue with drop off or pick up. Let's fast forward to 2021. The most pleasant, upfront, and personable team. I had a crisis where I needed to drive out of state to Louisiana. I went to check availability and bam they had a luxury car, that I needed for the unexpected travel. Not only did they get me on the road quickly, I was in a great car for a great price. Yes it was last minute, during Covida and I had no exact return date. Anywho, I had an interesting situation out of state at another Enterprise in New Orleans Airport, where I could say was shocking and lacking proper training. However, upon my return Katie and team made all the distress of bad service a breeze, and Katie was the epitome of Customer First. I really have a lot of faith in this company and how they treat their customers. I am beyond pleased that they continue to live up to my expectations. I highly recommend this location, because I literally never have an issue that they did not resolve. I am grateful and usually go Enterprise for my car rentals. Katie thanks for everything, you are essential!

Stay away from Enterprise!! I booked a reservation via Costco Travel on March 19th at the UCR location for a minivan, they called me the next day said that they don't have any minivan available. So I searched online, it showed they had a minivan available at Enterprise Riverside Auto Center. First I called to check if it actually available, the woman work there told me that they have a minivan in stock and ready for pick up. Once I booked reservation, I asked her if I can use my Costco discount. So she gave me the phone number to call to apply the discount which was on March 20th. I ended up paid $497.12 with my Costco discount. This morning March 22nd at 9:44am, A guy name Robert called and told me that they just gave the last minivan to a customer that had reservations before us. However, when my husband looked online, it still showed as available minivan at their location for $658.24. He decided to book it without going through Costco Travel at 10:40am. By 11:23am, he got a call from a guy called himself Danial asking my husband if he still interested in renting a minivan. He told my husband that the van is available and ready for pickup anytime. However, by 1:03pm I got a called from Evette kept asking if I had another reservation under a guy name because we had the same last name. Long story short once they figured out that we are together, by 1:09am she called to my husband's phone and left a message that she spoke to me and will cancel my husband reservation as well. When I called back to confront them, they couldn't get their story straight. I had all the proof, yet they can't even apologize! It's just so messed up that a big company like Enterprise trained their managers to scam people like that!! Why Enterprise have a deal with Costco if they won't honor the deal. They would cancel customers reservations to give to full price new customers!! We were even willing to pay full price so we can take a trip with our kids. We will definitely stay away from Enterprise from now on.

Then, continues to try and push selling his crap car rental insurance, despite his horrendous attitude and angry miserable face. Then, doesn't list all the scratches, dents, damages I see on the vehicle. He said just if it's major. I told him I'm going to take a video and pictures of this vehicle so you don't charge me for this. He said yea that's fine. Car smelled like smoke when I got in, and it was filthy inside and out. I don't think it was cleaned after the last person rented it. I only went here because enterprise was out of cars, and I couldn't make it to the airport car rentals which are always a better experience. I will exclusively go to airport rentals from now on.

I recently returned a rental from HERZT and feel compelled to share this warning…read more I rented an EV and used Tesla Superchargers during the rental. Every single charging session was clearly documented with time, location, cost, and a photo as proof. Most of the time, I charged the vehicle at home. The total charging cost was about $151, but HERZT charged me more than double that amount without any explanation. Their bill did not match my records at all. I called their customer service several times to dispute the charges, but no solution was offered. The attitude I received was essentially: "If you want to rent from us, you have to accept our terms." No explanation, no itemized breakdown, no accountability. I ended up returning the car today. Seven years ago, I had already noticed that HERZT tends to overcharge and sneak in fees. I gave them another chance, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. This time, I made sure to clean the vehicle carefully and took photo evidence before returning it. At this point, I would not be surprised if they still try to add a cleaning fee out of nowhere. My advice is simple. Go to Enterprise instead. I have rented from Enterprise for over 15 years and never had a single unpleasant experience. Their pricing is transparent, and their service is reliable. I underestimated just how unreliable HERZT still is. I will never rent from them again. If Enterprise is not available, I would rather ride a bicycle than deal with HERZT again. Seriously.

The car was a Toyota Corolla and was clean. There was a slight odor of marijuana in the car during pickup but I just fixed that with some air freshener. I got a great deal on the car so I was not going to complain. The reason for the 2 stars- upon returning the car I received my deposit a few days later. No problem. However I noticed that I had an additional charge on my account for $47. When I called I was told this charge was made by mistake and I have followed up week after week and it still has not been refunded to me. I'm not sure how you can even make a mistake and charge a random amount to a customer after our business with them was completed. But it seems shady. All my calls to them have been brushed off and there is no sense of urgency to have this mistake corrected. Good prices, friendly people at first but because of this I will not be going back.

At 80 years old, Sam is as incredible as you can imagine--kind, energetic, and an absolute joy to meet. When I arrived at the branch, I met Destiny at the front desk. Despite being busy with four customers ahead of me, she greeted everyone with a big smile and a warm, pleasant attitude that instantly put me at ease. Andrea then helped me finalize my rental. She was an angel--equally professional, patient, and friendly throughout the process. Every person I interacted with at this location was both professional and genuinely welcoming.
