Service is by far the worst. They spend all of 20mins they never get the spider webs like my contract states. I've tried endlessly to get out my contract but they won't let me they rather credit me $125 then like me cancel for free. By the way the cancellation fee is $250. Make it make sense. The owner of the company will not call me. They told me on my last review to call them so they could resolve the issue but all they did was give me a credit. They owner is more worried about money than bad reviews. As Rachel the office manager states he doesn't make phone calls that's my job and she's doing a horrible job at it. I want out of my contract the customer service ppl are horrible there product sucks I still have issues in my home. They said there product suppose to kill upon contact and it doesn't. It's sad that the owner won't even close my contract out. By the way they are not always open!! Techs do not come out after 5PM read more

I switched from Burns to Greenleaf after moving this past year and have been satisfied with the pest control service they provide. My first two conversations with ladies in their office we're rather unpleasant, but it has been better recently. As others have mentioned here in unfavorable reviews, the sales pitch at the beginning was a bit much and mostly untrue. The big push that "all your neighbors have us" and "someone down the street just moved so we have an opening for you" was laughable. I had planned to call Burns once we had settled in, but Greenleaf was at my door and it was a fair price so I gave them a shot. That being said, for anyone from the company reading this, the shmoozy sales pitch is probably hurting your business. As for the positives, the service technicians- namely Matt, have been wonderful... friendly and extremely thorough. read more

Super aggressive sales people will continue to come to your house. It's very strange. We finally answered the door on the third time and got the sales pitch. I do wish this company would follow the no soliciting rules and signs in neighborhoods. If you choose to use this company, good on you. However as a rule of thumb, we do not do business with people who go door-to-door. read more

Greenleaf Pest Control - Pest Control Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

DO NOT CONTACT THEM! I had cancelled my first appointment with them and they still sent someone out and tried to charge me. They then went on to schedule appointments and charge me! I never signed any type of contract for them to continue coming out. I then call them to cancel the account and they proceed to tell me that I need to pay for the initial visit because they can only refund the visits ( THAT I DID NOT SCHEDULE ). They now want to send me to collections... A JOKE. My attorney is going to love this one. read more

So my issue is not with the contracts because you're not obligated, and my problem is not with the pest control service because they do a great job. My problem is that I hired them to do a weed control treatment and when they came back to do touch up they sprayed the chemicals on my front porch, driveway, vehicle, and house. It was literally the biggest mess flipping ever. And the icing is when you call and they just tell me how sorry they are but they're not going to do a thing to help because there is "nothing we can do" lol lol lol. I don't even really know what to say but that's it for this group and I recommend you strongly reconsider before hiring them. read more

They go above and beyond and ever since they start spaying my bud problem has went away as well!

A salesperson came to my home today and gave me his sales spiel. I thought I may be interested so I gave him my email address and phone number, but I DID NOT sign the agreement because he asked for my credit card information and stated that if I cancelled the agreement I will be charged $250. I said no thank you to their service and the salesperson said, "Ok, I'll just email you the agreement to look over and if you are later interested, you can give us a call". We shook hands and he left. A few minutes later, I received an email that welcomed me as a new customer and included an account number. How sleazy!! In the email was a link to the agreement for me to sign -- Of course, I DID NOT sign it. I told the salesperson that I was not interested, but he went ahead and signed me up as a new customer. Next thing you know, I'll receive a bill from these scammers. Greenleaf Management: If you see this review, please delete my information from your system. I am NOT INTERESTED!!!. Prices are off the charts, you call and they are not honest with pricing on weed control so i have canceled all services. 109.00 or 55 per month for bugs scorpions etc 249.00 every 6 months for weeds when you have weeds. read more

Made an initial call, they followed up by calling....after 10pm. Sounded rather desperate to make the sale, but, after they offered a $50 discount, went ahead and scheduled it. They were made aware of our schedules and were told they'd be here at noon, or as close to noon as possible. Noon came and went with no call or notification. Called to see when they'd get here, and was told it would be more like 4pm. That wasn't the plan, kids. New plan, cancelled the charge, got the money back, scheduled with another company that was even cheaper than the initial quote. You snooze, you lose. read more

Today began with a concern my house had termites. I had the best experience with Greenleaf. I called and they came out right on time the very next day. They offered a free termite inspection, both inside and out. Alex and Harrison were absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, thorough, polite and professional. After the inspection was complete, they explained I had no termite problem ..currently. YAY They asked how long I had lived in this house and I said 6 yrs. It was suggested I should think about doing a termite treatment as it's always a good idea. I agreed but I am grateful they were so open and honest. I really did not want my Christmas gift to be a termite treatment! I will definitely be calling (and highly recommend) Alex, Harrison and Greenleaf for my future pest control needs. If you're local here in the Phoenix area.. don't look any further. Call Greenleaf and ask for Alex and Harrison. You'll be glad you did. i read more

I am giving this one star because it can't go any lower. When we first signed up with this company, we told the salesman we would only be available on the weekends, he said he would notate that in our file, guess it didn't happen because each time they sent the reminder I had to call and reschedule to a Saturday so we could be home. Most recently 6/19/21 and now today 6/26/21 we were supposed to have our services completed, last weekend 6/19 I was told the technician would be here between 12 and 4 pm, waited until 4:30 and then I had to send an email, no one called me to say why they missed their time. Then I get a call from a number that came back to a doctors office in Anthem so I didn't answer it, turns out it was this company telling me the technician go.my sick from the heat and had to go home and we would be rescheduled for this weekend 6/26. I called this morning while running a quick errand and they said the tech would be at my house before 12 pm and someone would call 30 minutes in advance. Well here we are again, it is almost 12:45 pm, the technician hasn't shown up, no call from the office or the technician letting me know when they will be here or why they can't be here. When I call the office I get a recording and stay on hold for 15-20 minutes and no answer. Seriously frustrated with this company right now, that as a customer I have to do the leg work and find out about the service I'm paying them to provide for me! Shouldn't be that way, should be someone from the company calling me. I will definitely be calling on Monday to cancel this contract and go with a different company that doesn't treat their customers like this! Would not recommend this company after these two horrible experiences, so here I sit again waiting when I could be out completing errands and other things I need to do! read more

Best pest control company ever. They got rid of a massive cockroach infestation in 2020. They continue to perform incredibly. Amazing customer service. And just wonderful service. I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to everybody. nobody else I would ever trust. :) read more

Use EXTREME caution if you choose to use this company for pest control. Do not let them out of your sight while in your home. Months ago a large amount of money went missing after a Green Leaf tech was in our home, money that only happened to be there for a pending trip. When we talked to Green Leaf about the issue, they initiated an "investigation" which obviously led to nowhere. We confronted them about a previous customer review that had a similar incident happen to them. Green Leaf assured us that that prior incident had been taken care of and that employee was no longer with the company. After making contact with the former customer who made a similar claim of theft, it turns out it was the same tech who was in our home and whose employment had not been terminated after the prior incident as Green Leaf claimed to us when we called to complain. Losing money meant for a vacation was bad enough, but Green Leaf lying about the previous complaint being "made right" and that employee no longer being with the company was even worse. While most of their techs were great for the short time we employed them, it would be wise to keep a close watch on them while in your home. read more

AWFUL Allegedly there's a referral program. I referred my mom to this company after they signed up. They stated that the prices we were quoted would be different from hers once they arrived at her home despite being told she'd receive the same promo. The best part is her home is 1000sq ft less than ours. Explain how we'd be paying more for a smaller home? Sounds like a bait and switch to me! read more

Total scam- door to door sales people are very heavy handed. Once you sign up you are done for- poor service, still see bugs and you can't get out of the contact without paying a $250 cancel fee. Do not open the door to these people read more

I'm sure what the work the guys do is within there scope, but the aggressive sales pitch and lies he said to get us away from the non contractional vendor who supplied the in home pest control system and service. It's all on me for making the change but the company should really be more diligent on training and how there sales person promotes the company. I'm sure they do homes in our neighborhood, but to flat out tell me that our neighbor across the street had recommend them and to talk to us for service was BS. I talked to my surrounding neighbors and none of them use Green-leaf. I was told they spray and use up to 15 gallons of materials around our home. They barely use 7. They also don't move anything out of the way when they spray. I also didn't notice anything around my front entry? My ring camera only picks them up when they knocked to tell us there here and when they were done. Workers are one thing but sales and tactics like a car salesperson did in the past is no way I think they should be selling there services? Look at the negative reviews here to say the least. I'm not one to complain and a easy person to work with. Just don't like to be lied too I would cancel and go back to Home Defense but I'm not going to pay $450 to cancel. But I definitely will not resign. . read more

So professional ! Called in advance before driver showed up to let me know he was almost here before ringing my door. Please don't sign their bs agreement. They did not respect my no soliciting sign and came to my door acting like they were doing a spray because "neighbors complained" that bugs were coming out after their initial spray in my new home. I work overnights and was half asleep, signed what I thought was a month to month thing and now they're bullying me into paying them $65/mo or like a $300 "early termination fee." Please beware, these people suck. read more

Randomly showed up at my house without appointment and without me ever sharing my address or name. Not cool. Creepy AF. I started a quote request on Yelp in Sept when I noticed some termite tunnels around my garage. I did multiple requests and had Greenleaf respond. They requested more information and despite giving accurate information on my property, they insisted on a phone consultation. I never moved forward with the company. Yesterday, Nov 10, a sales person randomly shows up at my door wanting to give me a pest estimate. Not a termite estimate -just spraying my yard. I stress that: 1. I did not give this company my address or name - but they knew both 2. The sales person wasn't even capable of talking about the termite. He only wanted to sell me monthly service. This is so freakin' CREEPY! Warning to Yelpers - don't use the request for service if they are disclosing your actual GPS location. That's a HUGE breach of my privacy. Very very very upset that this company was so shady. read more

Hi Aaron. I am sorry to say but Rachel, your supervisor was completely rude, unhelpful, and apparently does not understand customer service. My husband and I made an agreement with one of your salesmen that apparently lied to him and confirmed there would be no penalty for canceling our agreement early as we knew we would not be living in this home much longer. Instead of making a deal with your company and coming to an agreement, Rachel told me there was nothing she could do and that we would have to deal with the collection department instead (the cancellation fee has not even been sent to collections yet). You could have made $100 today but instead will be dealing with a lawsuit. I am a business owner and I understand that PEOPLE are what makes your business grow. I would encourage you to train your people to have better customer service and negotiation skills. Good luck. read more

Great prices and they are very friendly every time they come. If I need them to spray again they will come with out any issues or charge

Brian was our lead tech today. He was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I could tell he loves what he does.

Be careful with their sales people. When I was getting sold the pest control service, I was told they were servicing my neighbors and their pests would run into my home- this was a lie. I was told it's a bimonthly charge of $70 and I could skip the service and not get charged- another lie. At the one of signing up, they set up a sham phone call where the sales person told me to agree to the terms that they are going over even if I could barely hear the l person on the other side of the phone. I got to learn that they do this so when you call in they can say you agreed via the phone as well. I called after my first charge and was told the same thing- it's bi monthly and you only get charged when a technician comes to your home. By the 3rd month, I was still getting charged monthly and would still get charged even if I skip the service. There's a $250 cancellation fee if you cancel in the first year. This company is sending out sales people to deceive customers. As a customer who got sold on something I didn't need and was misinformed about the terms, I have nothing good to say about this company read more

Amazing service! I live in an area where there's so many scorpions we were terrified that they would get in the baby's room or crib. You can always call and they will send someone out to spray inside and out of your home as soon as the next day. Great service! read more

They presented that the tech would be spraying the inside house and that the walls would be sprayed up to 2 feet. Tech sprayed around furniture even thought there was enough space to spray without moving any furniture Tech then advised they don't do closets' yet the on the outside walls. I was told they would spray the yard for bugs. First tech spent total of 22 minutes for a 39,000 square foot yard and a 2,000 house. NO garage spray inside or out . Upon leaving a review the office called on the 29th. I returned the call the same day with no response after 30 days . Ants appeared in side yard within 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I would Never recommend this company for any pest control . read more

I have had Greenleaf for a long time now and love them! They have taken care of so many problems for us (little spiders, scorpions, ants, earwigs), you name it they've treated it for us! Alex is the tech that treated our home most recently and he was so nice and knowledgable. When I call in to the office the staff is always friendly and quick to respond. Writing this review to help others. Please don't be fooled. This company is the biggest scam you could ever imagine. They charge you whatever whenever. When they sell it to you in person they will tell you a completely different thing. They will show up whenever they want to spray 1/4 of the house and leave. The service tech acts as if he sprays when every time I tell them to actually do what I paid for. You cannot get out of this agreement as you are locked in for a year and if you want out it's a heavy fee. PLEASE PLEASE listen. This is seriously a scheme. Read the other reviews. They said the canceled my account after multiple phone calls as I documented, as soon as the year was up. This month they send me another bill and say my account isn't closed and I need to pay. This is no joke. Please find any other company it will save u so much trouble and anger. read more
