ZERO STARS ! Going on Day #4 no internet. My experience with Greenfield Communications has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The internet service has been unreliable, with outages that leave customers without a clear timeline for when service will be restored. This is especially unacceptable for people who work from home and depend on a stable internet connection. Communication during outages has been poor, and customers are left waiting without proper updates or support. There has been no sense of urgency or accountability for the disruption caused. Customers are paying for a service that is expected to be reliable, and when that service fails for an extended period of time, there should be accountability. Greenfield Communications needs to provide proper compensation and account credits to customers affected by this outage. Many of us have lost valuable time, productivity, and income because we rely on this service for work and daily responsibilities. We deserve transparency, better communication, and a fair resolution for the inconvenience caused. Greenfield Communications - Still no fix - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Dana Point, California

I've had their service for many years because of how limited the options were in Ranch Murieta. Last Sunday the internet completely went out and as of 0430 today I still don't have a working system. They cannot seem to get anything right and are passing the buck to the streaming companies now. I have called repeatedly to get them to update the IP address to one in the United States, not a bouncing one from another country, and only get a response of it may take a few days. I will be looking into changing companies and not recommending them to anyone. It has now been 5-1/2 days without internet service. COMPLETLY UNACCEPTABLE read more

Greenfield's internet service has been out for about 20 hours in my area. I've only been a customer for about a year as they were the only provider for my building I moved into last year. No one has given me an answer about the cause, nor when it might be back up and running. And their website looks like it was built in 2002 and they have no social media presence to speak of. We were the 1st home in the new Riverview subdivision to close and setup service. We have had wonderful service from everyone at Greenfield...from Rachel in the Dana Point office to Jaime Espinosa in the field. My entire community has struggled with poor internet for years. I've lived here for 1 year with continual outs. It seems pointless to even call for help because the customer service is so terrible. For the last few weeks my internet, phone and cable keeps failing. Stayed home a couple of days in August and noticed a pattern...service goes out in the morning then returns in early afternoon...seems suspicious. This last weekend the service failed around 8am on both Saturday and Sunday. Called Customer Service and got standard response...they were aware of the problem and technicians were on it...both days I called and complained...left my cell number in case tech might call...never happened. Problem continue until around 3-4pm in afternoon....after about 3 hours the same issues started and service failed again. Not sure why this is happening...if it does not get corrected will need to find new utility. read more

Greenfield Communications provided internet service to my subdivision/community until about 3 months ago, when our HOA contracted with a new provider. I paid extra (~$50/month) for two lines of VOIP service with Greenfield and had this set up on automatic payment. Greenfield sent us a letter early this year stating that we would no longer be able to receive VOIP with them and that we would need to change phone providers, with instructions that we should port our numbers to a new phone provider. I called another provider (Spectrum) and tried to port my numbers, but Spectrum couldn't do the port, so I just got new phone numbers with Spectrum. I discovered this week that I have still been billed by Greenfield (and auto-paid them) for the last 3 months, even though they do provide me with VOIP service. I have contacted them twice, both lower level customer service providers were unhelpful and the first one was combative with me. I was transferred on my second call to their Billing Manager, Emily, who was likewise extremely unhelpful. They will not refund a cent of my money! They state that I have been paying them to hold my numbers until/when I port them and that I was supposed to call them to cancel my service (when, in fact, they sent me a letter stating that they were canceling my service). I asked her if she would be willing to meet me halfway or refund even a partial amount of my money (as I clearly wasn't receiving $50/month of service from them, and "holding my numbers" clearly does not cost them $50/month). She flatly refused. When I asked her, as nicely as I could, if this is the standard level of customer service they provide, she didn't really answer. Here's my recommmendation, if you are a HOA, home owner yourself, or business looking for a ISP, do not under any circumstance use Greenfield! Just in glancing at other reviews, I see that the poor customer service I received is SOP for them. Don't use this company! Greenfield, you now have an ill-gotten $150 from me. I hope this review, and the many others like it, cost you orders of magnitude that amount in lost business. read more

Really bad. Tech came out to see what I needed and set appointment. The day of the appointment I get a call saying they must reschedule, with no reason (that's two afternoons wasted). I say, I can't reschedule as my office afternoons are valuable to me (stalemate). He says, "he'll get back to me". A lady from the SoCal office calls to try to talk (she was a bully) me into rescheduling. I explain the circumstances of already wasting two office afternoons on this but she won't budge. Turns out "it's to hot" to run the cable the length of my garage in the upstairs attic. LOL, I grew up in this valley working construction and playing sports all summer long. Our snowflake society has infiltrated the minor corporate players and it will be the death of them..."I guarantee it". read more

Terrible service and expensive. They promise 24/7 support, but a call nearly two hours ago has not been returned, and the dispatcher just admitted that I may not get a call back before Monday. It wouldn't be a problem, except that I need internet for work, and I'm overpaying because our builder signed a contract of adhesion with them. read more
