I eat here or do take out a good bit since its close to me. I recommend the red curry shrimp or mongolian beef. They make it pretty good here. Red curry shrimp is my favorite. I had got the pad Thai, because I am a big fan of it. My thought on it: -portions are way too small for the price. -it was drenched in sauce, like I was eating noodle soup or something. -I know some people like to complain about having less meat in their food, but this pad Thai has MORE meat than it had noodles. -pad Thai usually comes with lime and peanuts, but I did not get any of that. -service was definitely HORRIBLE. read more

A traveling neighbor mentioned Green Tea for sushi so we decided to take a drive and give it a try. The instant we sat down things began appearing on our table and the staff stayed attentive throughout our dinner. The fish was fresh and the slices were generous. My husband and I typically order two rainbow rolls, one california roll, and two side salads. We clean our plate and walk away satisfied. I took my son here last night and was greeted by a kind staff and a clean restaurant. I was in the mood for Thai and sushi and my son for Chinese so how could it not be perfect? I ordered a TNT roll which the waitress badgered my son into trying (he loved it), and the pad Thai. My son ordered the sesame chicken. The food was well prepared and used quality ingredients. The chicken was actually chicken and not a whole mess of fried breading. The fish in the TNT roll tasted fresh and the noodles in the pad Thai were cooked perfect. We will definitely be back. I went in today to place my pick up order but then when I told the guy behind the desk no potatoes in my Massaman Curry and to just replace it with other veggies like how I ordered it before, he said it would be an extra 2 dollars which isn't that much but then I asked why it was more money when I'm just replacing veggies with veggies and he said if I ordered the Panang that I could get the other veggies, but the Panang was the exact same price so it didn't make any sense so then he argued with me and then FINALLY said ok I'll only charge you 1 dollar. I love Thai food and was quite excited when I found this spot on yelp while visiting my cousin in Winder, Ga. It's a small, cozy spot that could use a better decor. We have eaten both lunch and dinner here many times. I love the pad Thai; I requested "hot" and they delivered! My husband orders various items, but prefers basil chicken and Kung pao chicken. The egg rolls are pretty standard fare. The only thing I have ever found is the sweet tea tasted off, but it may have been the brand they're using. Everyone in the restaurant is very friendly. Unlocked the crab wonton deal, first time having it, it was good crispy wonton with crab in middle with I think cream cheese served warm with warm sweet and sour sauce. Hubby ordered general tso chicken was not spicy tasted like sweet and sour chicken, I had crispy noodles with house special full of delicious fresh crispy vegetables, chicken, shrimp, and beef! Fried Rice that came with husbands meal was kind of bland and needed some more veggies and egg mixed in like we are used to. This has to be the worst dining experience I have ever had. We had a party of 3. 2 of us arrived at 930 and we were immediately questioned how long before our 3d member arrived. We ordered a glass of wine then were rushed to order. When asked why they were being so rude and rushing us, we were told that it was cold outside , that it was daylight savings time change tonight and we were late for dinner ! We even asked if we should leave - and we should have. This treatment continued each step throughout dinner and upon getting the check. The fact that my ordered was screwed up and the sweet/sour sauce was all in my bag was the not the worst irration of the evening. The chicken was dry, dry, dry. I drove by Green Tea with my sister on our way to pick up my niece (her daughter) from preschool, and it caught our eye. The reviews on Yelp were good, so we decided to give it a try for dinner that night. I'm glad to say that we had a very good experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the place is VERY family-friendly (it's located right next to a playground and a Tae Kwan Do studio, so there were lots of kids playing outside and lots of families with young kids dining at the same time as us. The food we ordered tasted very good, though I have to admit it's maybe not the most authentic, since it kind of feels like they're trying to do a little bit too much (Chinese AND Thai AND Sushi). That said, everything we had was tasty and they couldn't have been more hospitable, which deserves all the stars in and of itself! Here's the breakdown of what we got: Crab rangoon (free if you check in on Yelp and order more than $25!) which was hot and fresh from the fryer. Thai iced tea which was seriously baller and bigger than my whole face. Panang curry with tofu -- SUPER thick and creamy and had a little bit of a different taste than traditional panang, but it was definitely yummy. Stir-friend string beans were delicious -- a little bit sweet with the sauce, and fresh and crisp. Yum. My brother in law got the spicy basil noodles with beef, which were very tasty but different than I was expecting noodle-wise. They use the long flat Chinese rice noodles rather than the thick fat ones you'd usually see with pad see ew or drunken noodles. Spicy tuna roll + crab roll - both were very tasty and well-rolled. I would totally come back for sushi so I could try more of their rolls. Kid's meal with lo mein - you get a lot of food with the kids meals! The main dish + french fries + a drink, and my niece seemed to like her lo mein (but, let's be real, she's 3, so what she really enjoyed were the fries.) Green Tea is a great option for Asian Food in the Dacula area, especially considering the convenience of not having to drive down to Buford or Duluth to feed your rice craving. read more

This is our favorite go to for Chinese food or sushi. We have been customers for years. We have ordered the "family style" off the menu many times that comes with sizzling rice soup, wontons, and spring rolls to accompany the entree orders. Always fresh. Chicken and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, and Mongolian Beef are our favorites. Fresh white meat chicken in the selections we order. There is always some left over to take home. The food here at Green Tea is great! This is the third time I've been here. I've gotten their rice and stir fry dishes in the past and have loved them. The portions for the dishes were large enough that I could eat the leftovers for two dinners. This time, I got the crunchy spicy tuna roll and Thai iced tea. This was my first time getting sushi and it was delicious as well! The Thai tea came out very quickly; did not feel like I had to wait at all. Visited Green Tea for Saturday lunch. Ordered a ginger salad, salmon, tuna and yellow tail sushi. All of the fish was fresh, tasted very good and the salmon was especially superb! Every server knows exactly what my fiancee drinks and her favorite dish - a testament to the high level of service. The Chinese dishes are great and the sushi is excellent (and I've eaten Sushi in restaurants from coast to coast). I came here for a quick lunch with my daughter. It was a bit slow and I got a great seat with my stroller nearby. It seemed to me that the waiter was the owner or manager. I placed my order and asked for my free order of wontons. I was denied because my order wasn't $25 or more. I think they or Yelp needs to be clear about this in the offer section. The sushi I order was delicious. All fish, rice, and soup were fresh and I was pleasently surprised. The salmon was a little dry, but not horrible. Miso soup was outstanding and had a very unique flavor to it that made it taste more homemade. I ordered one of the rolls of the day - fresh, great flavor, very satisfying. I gave this place a 4/5 because they could be a bit more friendly and better customer service. The restaurant was a bit cluttered too, but that's not a biggy. read more
