Green Machine Pest Control, Cory Hodnett (Owner) and Doug (Technician) are the best of the best! We have had their services for 1yr now and we haven't seen a big inside our home since. I would highly recommend their services and would request Doug to treat as he is a sweetheart and so personable. He was even so kind as to knock on my door after my service and tell me that the neighbors might have an ant issue as he found some wondering around in my yard. He searched everywhere to make sure I didn't have any nests. They just go above and beyond every time and I love it. Plus, if you're like my husband and Iand leave your home early and come home late due to work, they offer Saturdays which is perfect for the working household. They accommodate to my schedule as I like to have the inside sprayed each treatment. Can't get better than that. 3/16/19 Doug visited again for another treatment. As usual he gives superb attention and loves to educate on the products he is using and what they achieve. He always checks on my propane levels and lets me know the best time to order more to get the best rates. The last time we had our service I had friends from out of town staying with us. Our story with Green Machine begins 2 years ago, when we had just purchased our home in Gilbert. Within a week of moving in, a salesman from Green Machine Pest Control came to our home and asked if we would like their services one time every two months. Before his arrival, we had only a slight awareness of pests, and their existence. After a few months of settling in to the neighborhood, we got to know our neighbors and started some involvement with NextDoor. I was surprised at the number of complaints and concerns that people had with pests in and around their home. We just never noticed any on our property. Since Green Machine only came every other month, we rarely thought about them. They didn't bother us during the service so I didn't even think to give them credit. Again this month, we received an email notifying us that our fantastic service technician, Doug, would be coming on Friday. I paid a little more attention this time, and realized he was well aware of our home. He knew our dogs, and even what breeds they were. He showed me where all the big cracks outside were and the key places to treat. We've been with Green Machine for about two years now...in three different homes. The first had the tiny "sugar" ants that wouldn't go away...DONE! The next, we discovered a MASSIVE infestation of roaches, and a serious infestation of scorpions. Green machine got it under control, but we still moved based on a breach of contract for the rental (those bugs weren't supposed to be there. Now we're in a new home, it too had minor issues with the sewer roaches and scorpions. Called Green Machine to continue our service...Problem solved. We now in our fourth month and haven't seen a scorpion or "live" roach since. We haven't seen a single insect in the house. We've had other pest control company's that were OK, but only Green Machine lived up to there promise...all the way. Thanks Doug, we appreciate the peace of mind. p.s. Crazy story: After moving in we found 4 scorpions on our own. Called Doug and he came asap. That night, we were walking the perimeter of our home with a black flashlight and found a fairly large dead scorpion right outside the back door. As we were looking we noticed small glowing spots surrounding it. Upon closer inspection we discovered they were baby scorpions...19 in all! When our family moved into our house 2 years ago, there was a known pest problem that went neglected by the previous owners. So before I brought my kids into the house, we needed to find a pest service to get rid of the crickets, roaches, and other undesirables (roaches were particularly rampant). So for two years, we went with a local pest company that did a pretty good job of keeping the pests out. Two years later, Cory knocked on my door, and really did a hard sell to try and convince me to change pest services. So when July 7th rolled around, I wanted to give it a fair shot and see if I could be convinced to change companies and pay a bit more to get the job done right, as Cory put it. Well, the pest technician, Parker, did a very thorough job in the interior and the exterior of the house (knocking off the cobwebs and other bug junk from the house exterior). Not only did the initial service give me peace of mind, it really has kept the bugs out (including the general perimeter with them placing granules in the bushes right near our house). I cannot complain one bit and am very happy to pay just a bit more to get the service they exactly promised me. Cory has truly convinced me to change pest companies. I am very appreciative of this company. I signed up in November and my mind has been put at ease. We recently purchased a home in Gilbert and upon moving in we realized we had a SERIOUS problem. We found several of these little peskies inching around so we did some investigating. I found that most companies were comparable in price, but some had better reviews than others for customer care. I can see why this company was at the top. From day one, they have been concerned, understanding, and attentive to the problem. Doug has been out to service our home and has been great. He's very helpful with questions and takes his time to make sure our home is thoroughly treated. He gave us clear direction and let us know what to expect over the next few weeks. Since his last spray, we have found 8 crispy (dead) scorpions around our home. 7 in one night! We walk around the property about twice a week to monitor the activity and see if there are any more dead ones. We've been clear for a while now. I am so glad I chose this company! read more

I originally found this company on yelp when I was in contract on a different house last year, I wanted a general pest control inspection in addition to the termite check. Cory did an excellent job. I ended up cancelling out of that house when I discovered serious foundation issues, but happily found another one and recently moved in. I meant to set up pest control with Green Machine but with everything else going on I hadn't gotten around to it. A couple of days ago I suddenly experienced an ant invasion which lit the proverbial fire under me, and called them. Fredy came out yesterday and I was very favorably impressed -- he listened carefully to everything I related, went around the house with me, and did all the appropriate treatments. One thing I especially like is the computerized writeup that lists exactly what chemicals were used and describes exactly what was done. I was extremely impressed by Doug Souther's knowledge of our two problems in our house (cockroaches and roof rats.) I was also extremely impressed about his empathy techniques regarding our shared interest in Yes, and his rather obscure and correct (since I had already known about this) knowledge regarding Olias of Sunhillow and where I could find information on YouTube. I am glad we have him for our bug spraying. He also went out of his way by checking our traps and bait boxes, which a different excellent crew from Green Machine usually handles our roof rat problem, which now appears to be solved! It was great from the start. When i called in, the rep, Brad explained everything to me in great detail. He told me about the process, how the chemicals are of the highest quality, and what to expect in doing business with Green Machine. When Tyler arrived at our house, he explained what he would be doing. The plan was to add granules to the service but when he saw the chickens, he said he would remove that part of it from the areas where they roam. He did everything as Brad had explained. When he was done, he mentioned that the number he texted me from ( ahead of his arrival to give me a 20 minute heads up) is his number and that I am welcome to call with any questions. Always wonderful service! Scott is super proficient and very pleasant to talk to. I've never had any issue with their customer service AND I rarely have issues with bugs, spiders, scorpions on my property. With continued service my home is pretty much pest free! I've been with them for over 2 years! Their service charge is super affordable and they use kid & pet safe products. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control!! Also, they are more then flexible with their time. For example, I couldn't have them spray inside of my home bc I was gone the last time they came out. Horribly company to do business with! Technician came to spray, technician then says I need to call office to reschedule, I decide to cancel my service instead. Keep in mind they refused to spray that day. Now 3 months later this stupid company is trying to bill me for a service that was never rendered. Crazy I run a service based business and never billed anyone for a service that was never done. Beware of these scammers! Yes I'm 100% sure it's you guys. I've used Green Machine for many years and have always been very pleased with their service. Agustin just finished with the service yesterday and as always did a very good job. I told him about the crickets and he found where they were hiding so exterminated them. The inside of my house was sprayed a few years ago but now any pest that gets into my house is a dead pest. Crickets are getting into my house (don't know how) but they are dying once they get in as well as any other pest. I also found a wasp nest near my front door and was able to destroy it before Agustin got there. First time I've seen a wasp nest since I left California and I've been in AZ for 17 years. read more

I cannot say enough about his level of professionalism and customer service he provided. I had questions and he was so gracious offering great informative answers. Brad Humphrey came out to check out what was going on with my beetle situation. He did an exception job at reviewing every area and taking samples back to the office for review. He also treated the whole house with the indoor spray on all the baseboards. He even informed me if there was still activity he would come out again with a few other options. He was in it to really resolve my problem. I had another large company come out who was not able to fix my issue but I have all faith that Brad and the Green Machine team will be able to do it. I really appreciate these guys. They are knowledgeable about their products and their control strategies, and were more than happy to answer my questions about those topics when I was grilling them as a new customer. What really, really impressed me, however, was when Scott performed the service on the first monthly maintenance treatment. I wasn't home at the time, but he brought my recycling bin back into my backyard and also locked the gate behind him. This was a small gesture, but was very thoughtful and showed a lot of consideration for the security of my home. We had horrible bug and scorpion problems at our home... our landlord called green machine and set up an appt. A tech named Doug came to the house and took care of everything. Very thorough and really looked for places bugs could enter the home. He helped us understand the issues we were having and did a great job. Since the initial service, the house has been serviced 2 more times and we have the same great service from owner, Cory and tech, Doug. Had Green Machine Pest control come out to do a pest and insulation removal from my attic, add in new insulation as well as some exclusion and weed removal work outside the home. Brad and his team did a Fantastic job! Everyone was amazing from the inspector that came out to check my property, to the owner for stepping in and working with us on a price, to the guys that came out and did the job! I recently started using Green Machine. I always had a scorpion problem with my old company. I have checked my yard every night since the first service. I have not found one scorpion!!!! Such a relief. So Terminix came by to check my bait stations. The man asked if I cleaned the exterior of my house monthly. I told him about Green Machine. He couldn't believe what I was paying and the quality of the work. He further mentioned that they couldn't compete with Green Machine's price. This is a truly honest company. All of the work that I have received from this company has been good which is why this review is 2 and not one. The technician that recently came out to my house was fine. He seemed nice enough when he called me when performing his inspection. However, I did not know before hand that he was showing up and had no idea why he was there to provide a service that I did not authorize or request. But I see that more of a Green Machine fault than his. Green Machine's new auto billing is also annoying. Getting an "annual" auto bill for the first time three years after the last service with the company is a little sketchy. read more
