This Company does not even deserve a star! They completely deceived me and perfomed a service when they were just suppose to inspect and discuss their findings. I then received a bill for $958.00 . The sales rep Alex denied our conversation and then tried to say my friend that refered me agreed with him! He lied to me and says what he needs to to get the sale. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE ! I had my quarterly pest control service done yesterday. I was glad to see Michael G pull up as we had noticed an increase in insect and pest activity due to the warmer weather. I showed Michael all the areas where we noticed activity and he pointed out other areas we weren't even aware of. He treated outside and inside and removed all cobwebs from the outside, the garage and interior! (My cleaning people don't even do that good) He went over with me everything he did and gave some good advice on how to stay pest free. He also made sure to tell me not to let the dogs outside for an hour or so until the treatment dries. Unlike my previous pest control company, when Michael left, I knew exactly what he did and why. Bradley was very professional. He came out right away to remove bees from the eaves of our porch. I hate killing the bees that keep coming and building at our house. He and his son talked with me a bit about our love of bees and their intelligence. I learned a lot. My reviews based on recent changes. The company has recently in the last month or so changed their pricing was paying $68 every two months to $55 a month. That's a $252 a year increase. I understand that things are getting more expensive but the conversation I had with Tyler the office manger was disrespectful from a customer of over 5 years. They wouldn't even match competing prices and was given the impression that my loyalty as a consumer is not valid any more. I have previously always enjoyed the customer experience and services but with the increase and disrespect I am not longer loyal and switching to another competitor. read more

Brad with Green Machine was out today to do the termite treatment. He let us know when he would arrive and he and his partner went right to work. Brad explained exactly what they were doing today. We had noticed the presence of a couple of roaches which we pointed out to Brad and he also found a couple. Having had a roach infestation a couple of years ago, I wanted to be sure this was taken care of immediately. They performed the treatment and cleaned up afterward. If I hadn't known they were here today I wouldn't have known as everything was cleaned up nicely. Brad and his partner were very professional and were very knowledgeable. We just had green machine back out for a quarterly respray for pest control even though we have had no issues at all whatsoever since they originally did it. Excellent company and excellent employees. Jamily was the one that handled it for us today and as usual she does an excellent job and represents the company wonderfully. Very professional and easy to speak with, even though I was interrupting her work flow. That says a lot! They also did my weed control spray about three weeks ago and at that time she reminded me that if all of weeds didn't die, to definitely let them know after two weeks and they would come back out to address anything else. I had a lot of stubborn Bermuda grass we were trying to get rid of and it didn't entirely die because of how it grows. Anyways, they came right back out and re-sprayed it , no charge. Green Machine Pest Control is my regular pest control service provider and they have done a good job managing the routine multi-legged critters attempting to move into my domicile. On a recent regular treatment, the technician observed a bee infestation outside my garage. Green Machine offered remediation and within three-days of discovery had its Bee Specialist James Ouimet on site to persuade the bees to buzz off. He was exceptional in every aspect of treatment. First by explaining the procedure to be undertaken and sharing how long it would take to see results (normally three to seven days), then undertaking proper set-up procedure to assure the bees didn't relocate to another place on the house, and finally eradicating the bees. Total treatment took about two hours and was completely successful. So successful, that the bees were gone within two days. Green Machine Pest Control receives high marks from reviewers on Yelp!, Angieslist, and Home Advisor. Cory himself (the owner) came out to meet me and provide a quote. We had concerns about potential roof dwellers and wanted to establish service at our new home. We'd left a provider that was not meeting the marks for what we wanted. Namely trying to pull the wool on customers. I'll leave that for another review. Cory and his assistant came by and dropped some traps for potential rats and assessed the property. Very competitively priced and great customer service from the get go. We signed up and Scott came out a couple of days later. We've been using them coming on a year and have had no complaints, only compliments! A great example of the exemplary service: Scott who's serviced our house since signing on left a note in the service notes saying he couldn't get into the backyard as it was locked and to call so they could service. I called that afternoon, he was back out for a day or two after and no extra charges or the like. As long as we own our home, we'll be using Green Machine. Thanks for the great service, Scott! The GMPC technician, Brad Humphrey, walked out after only minutes on the job and sat in his truck for over an hour, refusing to perform a scheduled termite treatment while I waited. What should have taken one hour, went from 10AM~1:30PM which included all the theatrics by Humphrey and finally the termite treatment. Humphrey claimed to "not like my attitude" in the 1st few minutes after we met. He asked me numerous times if "I" knew where the termites were, each time I explained I was the Realtor; not the owner, who had a death in the family and could not be present. Apparently I did not supply the correct answer for Humphrey, so he accused me of having a bad attitude and walked away to only sit in his truck until management made him do his job. I even called a male neighbor, I've known for months, over to speak with Humphrey to encourage him to do his job and attempt to convince Humphrey I was not a rude person. The neighbor stayed with me for protection, his idea. This behavior of Humphrey's was simply unwarranted. I've been a real estate professional over 30 years and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. When Mr. Humphrey FINALLY decided to do the termite treatment, I was asked prior, by manager, Kammy, to stay away from Humphrey, preferably in my vehicle, while he treated the vacant home. GMPC had already performed an inspection weeks prior with the home owner. The salesman/inspector was kind and professional same as Allie, the receptionist. Wish I could say the same for the Manager, Kammy and technician, Brad Humphrey. If time was not "of the essence", we would have happily, without hesitation, cancelled the service entirely. Beware! Something is just not right here. UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, the Owner Corey Hodnett, has not only phoned me with false accusations, i.e., I threw things, violently kicked boxes, yelled at Humphrey. HE ALSO PHONED MY HOMEOWNER AND MY BROKER/EMPLOYER, requesting they both INSIST I remove the review. They both refused. Hoping the owner's harassment and defamation comes to an immediate halt. read more
