I ordered the rainbow poke salad, hubby ordered the salmon and mango salad, and son ordered the chicken satay salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. We liked the food so much that a week later we went there for lunch. We realized we had been here once before right when they opened. It's a cute little space neatly decorated like a Chipotle where all of their add ins have been chopped in front of you and are waiting for your selection. This time I ordered the poke burrito wrapped in rice paper, the son ordered the chicken satay burrito, wrapped in rice, paper and hubby stuck with the same salmon mango salad. We took the order to go which they made with love and effort. Again, food tasted healthy and fresh. It was delicious. We'll definitely go back for either a healthy lunch or a healthy dinner. Bonus - the lovely ladies told us that they're also turning this into a champagne lounge during the evening hours, something else to look forward to!

It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful.
