My friends and I came here on a Monday afternoon. It wasn't so busy so that was nice. You order at the register and then take a number and you can choose to sit inside or outside in the courtyard. It was great that they had the courtyard option. I had the ice coffee but it was watered down and just didn't have that strong coffee flavor. I also had the avocado toast which was pretty good for $5. Everything on their menu looked overprice for what it was really worth. My friends had their pesto sandwich which I hear was good. If you like the atmosphere and don't mind the decent food, then it would be the ideal spot. However, there was nothing special that stood out. read more

Kickin kale salad FTW!! I think I like this one better than veggie grill's since the kale here is more chewable, it comes with AVOCADO, & the ginger dressing is delish!! Comes with a slice of bread which makes up for having no protein option to add in Also had a bite of my friends toasty avo-campania panini & it was good too!! (we stuck to the vegan options) Cute cafe setting & if you want to post up here they have coffee, tea, pastries, free wifi, & patio seating!! Alright. I finally made it over to this place. I took advantage of going here when I took a day off work as my husband is not sure that he will eat anything from here. His taste buds have changed and have opened up to many more things, but things like avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes, coconut bacon, etc. are still not working for him. The fact that most of their items are on the healthier side is what led me in. This place is quite small but they do have some outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is shared with at least three businesses though so be sure to go to the right table. I unfortunately went to the wrong one and all the ones for Green Bliss were full so I went back inside. No biggie. There is probably enough seating for ten in the front and maybe six in the back area. There were a few items that I was checking out, such as the BLT with salad. I saw that it has coconut bacon and although I am not a coconut fan, I can deal with it in small amounts. I figured I would like it but I wanted something different. I have BLTs at a lot of places. They have various salads and paninis, and I chose to go with the avo-campania panini. I don't remember if I am missing any ingredients but it definitely has avocado, mushroom, and pesto. The panini itself was nice and tender, not hard or soggy. The salad that it came with was also delicious and had a delicious dressing on it. Once again I am no help and don't remember WHAT it was, but I am telling you to try it!! They have a drink menu, and I chose to go with an iced tea. Drinks are also marked if they are made from organic ingredients. My choice was not but I went with the Hawaiian Berries. It wasn't the best but not bad either. The cup was your regular sized glass and ran me at about $2.75 which was a bit steep. I am hoping that you get at least a refill out of that but I am unsure. I was done eating by the time I finished and I didn't ask. They advertise being organic, vegan, and vegetarian friendly. I love that. While I don't eat like that enough, I try to where I can and more often than I used to. They also have vegan friendly desserts like cupcakes and such. I would come back. read more

I came here around 11:30am and it wasn't to crowded. You basically go inside, order your food, and then go find a seat and they will bring out your food. The decor of the place is very cute and homie. My siblings and I sat outside since I took my dog with me. There are lots of tables outside but for Green Bliss specifically, you can only sit at the tables that are gray. Other seatings are for other restaurants. We each ordered our own dishes and we got: Avo-Campania panini with small green bliss salad (vegan). The sandwich came with mushrooms, avocado, artichoke hearts, and hemp seed basil pesto on flax bread. This was actually quite tasty. Not to much of the pesto where it is overbearing but it had the right amount where you can taste everything. The side salad itself is very refreshing. This meal will definitely fill you up as they not only give you half a panini but a WHOLE one!! Usually salad and paninis always come with a half sandwich and a side salad. Garlic Mushroom Flatbread: This came with mushrooms, garlic, fresh curds (cheese), and Italian parsley. This was might tasty! I thought this was suppose to be a flatbread! It sure was NOT flat but super cheesy and meaty with the mushrooms and the thickness of the bread. Seasonal: Ranchero Quesadilla: This was a special that came with two slices of cheese quesadilla and a salad with some kind of chipotle sauce. It was super spicy!! This dish was okay Overall our total came out to be roughly $30. A bit pricey but this is probably what you would expect when you dine in places like these. this is hands down my favorite breakfast place. the food is healthy and affordable which is a blessing because many restaurants with healthier options are too expensive. the affogato here reminds me of the espresso in colombia- more savory and flavor focused, not too sweet. it's so rich and delicious. the veggie panini has a BOMB pesto sauce and the kale salad has this tangy, sweet dressing. I've also gotten the veggie croissant here which didn't disappoint. there are many vegetarian and vegan options and i usually get a meal that's between $7-$14. the staff is very nice and there is outdoor seating in a courtyard filled with plants. this place needs more hype and i refuse to gatekeep an affordable restaurant with fresh, healthy options. read more

One of the many cute cafes in Fullerton. This is a vegan place, so of you're a vegetarian or vegan, it's a great place to eat. As a non-vegetarian and a person who eats vegetarian/vegan food often because of family and friends, i have to say this place is very yummy! I got the farmer's sandwich consisting of potatoes, tomatoes, and organic (vegan?) Eggs on rye bread. The bread was toasted to a nice crisp. And at first I thought I'd still be hungry because of the ingredients they used, but it was springs lyrics filling. ~$7 I also got a hazelnut latte. They have it in 12 Oz or 16 oz. 12 oz is a good size. They make a simple cute latte art on it with the foam. It was a good mix between sweet, thickness and a zing of coffee. Love it! ~$3.75 The vibe is really nice and it feels homey. The inside seating is a bit small and there is also outside seating. Water is self serve and you use cute little mason jars to fill it and drink out of! Overall, very nice place that I would come back and try more things from their menu. The area is nice and they have a big outdoor seating area with loads of shade. The salad was pretty decent, I added chicken to it. The ginger tahini dressing has a small kick to it which was yummy, but other than that the salad tasted pretty basic. Got a side of fruit as well and it was okay. Food & atmosphere is great here. I like to come here, grab a bite to eat, and get down to studying. When I need a break, I just go for a walk around downtown Fullerton to all the cute boutique shops. I like the healthy hipster vibe going on here. I like to get the avo-campania panini, curried chickpea salad panini, or garlic mushroom flatbread. It's not super big inside, but there's also outdoor seating. Sometimes they do have weddings in the patio area out back, so when that happens you have to move inside. read more

Fresh food takes time, but it took over 40 mins to get our food (sandwich and an omelette). It was not a busy morning; there was one other person in the cafe eating. To start, we ordered a strawberry/banana smoothie and a lemon poppy muffin. The smoothie tasted very plain. Usually fruit adds a hint of sweetness, but instead it tasted "watered down" with milk. As for the pastry, the gluten-free/vegan muffin was topped with pink frosting. This "muffin" that looked like a cupcake, tasted more like dry cornbread. As for our meals, presentation was awesome, it looked great on the plate. I ordered the Farmers Sandwich (eggs, cheese, no tomato, added avocado, with rosemary potatoes on swirled rye bread). 1. Potatoes were heavily seasoned with rosemary 2. Everything else was so bland. If I ate my food with a blindfold I would have had no idea I was having an egg cheese breakfast sandwich. I tasted nothing but crunchy bread & rosemary. I don't think it would matter if ordered something different, it would of had no flavor. I wouldn't return, or recommend this cafe. I am a frequent customer at Green Bliss. I love their spicy chicken sandwich. The salad is also pleasant and fresh. They have a really nice peach tea which I usually order iced. They have tables set up in the little area with the fountain. Sort of like a plaza. It's very cute and nice. It's always pretty quiet and calm. I have been looking to try new healthy restaurants around orange county and found this restaurant on yelp. I ordered the curried sandwich with garbanzo beans and really really liked it. But my friend ordered a pizza, and we both decided that pizza is not what we should order from here. They have a really pretty courtyard outside that has a great ambiance. Customer service needs some fine tuning, asked for Tabasco or crushed red peppers and server told me they have it pointing to the location, I said okay went over there and they have neither. Then the lady comes and tells me they have one hot sauce bottle that they buy and that someone is using it and then leaves. Tried this restaurant on Friday for the first time. We really appreciated finding a place that had vegan brunch options. Very cute place with a nice courtyard area out back where you could eat outside. I got the BLT with avocado and coconut bacon. It had really good flavor and was a generous portion, but the coconut bacon was so fragmented that it was really hard for it to stay in the sandwich. Anytime you took a bite, it would all fall out. It might be better for the chef to consider substituting mushroom or tofu bacon for ease of eating. In addition, the side salad - although tasty - was dressed with such a spicy dressing that I could barely eat it. I don't know why it had to be so spicy; it did not seem like an appropriate complement to the sandwich. My son ordered the crêpes. Honestly for the price, I expected three decent-sized crêpes to be served, but instead the dish arrived with two very skinny crêpes. In contrast to my dish, it was paltry. I ended up giving him half of my sandwich so that he would not go hungry. We both ordered vegan vanilla lattes which were good. Unfortunately, this very basic brunch for two cost us just over $50. You don't mind paying a lot when everything is good, but when it leaves something to be desired, you feel taken advantage of. Doubtful we'll be going back. read more

The Breakfast of Champions ($7.44): Gluten Free toast (2 slices), baked eggs, and coconut bacon. I liked each item individually but not really together. It comes out as a sandwich, but I think it would have been better deconstructed. Water is self served. --SERVICE-- Not great. I asked if I could have my eggs done over-easy and they said they couldn't accommodate that. Every time I asked a question, in fact, she couldn't answer herself and would have to ask another employee. --SEATING-- inside seating has small tables, booths, and one long communal table. Outdoor seating is available in the back courtyard and in front. --OVERALL-- It's a disappointment. I personally didn't enjoy eating at this restaurant as much as I thought I would. They are located in a historic building in downtown Fullerton. The ambiance makes you feel like you stepped back in time. The decor is simple but nice. I got their kale smoothie that didn't taste that great. It was about $5+. I really wanted to get their strawberry and banana smoothie but my daughter is allergic to banana since I am breastfeeding her. I asked if I could swap out the banana for another fruit and she said she would charge me for that. How ridiculous. Most places wouldn't mind throwing some other kind of fruit in lieu of the banana. I mean, if it's a fruit that costs about the same. In looking at all their smoothie options, the kale one was the only one I could eat since my daughter is also allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. For a restaurant that espouses to be healthy, it sure had very few options to accommodate to those who have food allergies. read more

I tried three vegan options here! This place is so cute but for me the food was lacking & with improvements of dishes this place would be amazing. I tried the vegan arepa, vegan breakfast burrito, & vegan avo campania panini. The panini was good & the best of the three. The other two all I could taste was solely the vegan soy chorizo & nothing else. The arepa itself tasted fresh but once again it was just very boring only that soyrizo. Green Bliss is one of my favorite cafes in Fullerton! I came to Green Bliss for their vegan options; but I've kept coming back for their friendly service, cozy atmosphere and quality food. The vegan market sometimes gets saturated with heavily processed foods to achieve their flavors, but I love Green Bliss because they use PLANTS and damn does it taste good!! The kale salad that they offer as a side with their sandwiches is sooo good, and they also have a little water canteen to refill your reusable water (less waste!). Got a cappuccino and a sandwich which were both very good. Not somewhere I would go if I was starving but definitely a great Café to top off the tank. I've heard such great things about this place from my cousin who came last week so I decided to see what the hype was about (: As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly Good morning. Alright off to the right start. It was my first time here so I wasn't sure what to get. The cashier was quick to help me out and give me suggestions, which honestly made me feel more at ease. They have such a variety of food and drinks, everything sounded great! I was recommended the Vegan Tacos and a Hawaiian Berry iced tea. So that's what I ordered and oh my gosh, seriously it was the best thing I have ever tasted. Everything was so fresh and had so much flavor! After my meal, my plate literally sat on my table for 30 seconds before my plate was picked up by a really nice lady (turned out to be one of the new owners) who asked me about my meal and how my day was going. I really appreciated that. A couple minutes later I decided to try their coffee and dessert. As if this place couldn't get any better, the girl who made my drink was so knowledgeable, even better the coffee she made me was probably the freshest and most delicious coffee I've ever had. Sorry Starbucks. Overall, I give this place 5 stars! Due to the fact that customer service here is BEYOND AMAZING (such friendly people), the food is INCREDIBLY GOOD and to top it off I've never been to a place where the owners are so genuine and caring! Joined a friend here for lunch and we enjoyed our visit. This is a casual coffee house and café with a small vegetarian and vegan menu breakfast/lunch menu. We tried it out a few weeks ago and there were some wins. Service was friendly. We were unrushed so did not have a problem with service wait times. We tried the soup of the day which was Potato Lentil...it was delicious! I was so looking forward to trying their other daily soups but found out they only serve them in the Winter season and have replaced soups with Acai bowls for Spring/Summer-will have to try one of those instead. My friend ordered a potato rosemary vegan flatbread with cashew cheese, she did not much care for it but she loved the soup as did I. I also ordered a Kale Salad which came with a lovely tasting tahini dressing which I could not get enough of...it was the perfect compliment to the Kale and the salad was dressed perfectly.
